Apartment layout has small minor inconveniences such as no drawers in master bathroom and certain cabinets in the kitchen unable to be reached. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen are awkward sizes that makes fitting items difficult. Overall, great apartment so far outside of the minor issues mentioned above.

I just moved in recently but the leasing staff have been very attentive and thorough. The apartment complex is in a great location and the amenities are great. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Best place to call home
6 months ago I made the BEST decision to call Regatta at New River "home." Moving was a stressful process, but the team at Regatta is willing to address and concerns quickly and amicably. Fernando with maintenance is the definition of a true professional. His ability to fix any issue and friendly demeanor make any problem quickly disappear. Our manager Chrissy is always available to help, even on her days off. The location speaks for itself, but the staff make this place more than just another rental apt., they make it feel like home.

So far, there have been four Management companies which leads to som confusion. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. Would like to see more community social activists, less notifications for games, quizzes, I have a lot of work notifications as it is.

Beautiful property, superb location, great amenities, very clean, very well maintained building with a very responsive management. Only one block away from Las Olas Boulevard. Minutes away from the beach. Love living here!

Too expensive. This place used to be so nice to live at. Now It feels like a college dorm, not luxury living or an upscale apt complex. The management took away valet without due consideration. There aren't enough parking spaces in the garage for residents, so are either using paid street parking or need to park on the in the dirt, multiple blocks away. Guest no longer have a place to park and have to walk on poorly lit streets which is dangerous for women. Getting maintenance personnel to cooperate with common area cleanup is difficult. Residents' pets urinate and poop and no one cleans it. There is a serious cockroach infestation on the second floor.

professional staff that remember each resident to provide a personal service. the only comment is that the common areas (gym) can use a little more care especially for broken equipment, also second comment is the sound proofing i can hear everything though my bedroom wall from unit next door

Building is ok overall but does have some issues. Concierge is constantly missing and will just let anyone up to your apt without calling first. Also, when trying to reach the office staff it's nearly impossible.

This beautiful building is facing the New River. It features a beautiful resort-setting with an outstanding Spa Jacuzzi & pool deck over looking the river. The location is perfect, you are steps away to restaurants and shopping!

Love our location and views!!! The staff is very helpful and attentive. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved the next day, or if not, they stay on top of it until it is. Joyce and the concierges are always wonderful to work with as well.

Pick up the phone!!
No one in the leasing office ever picks up the phone. I've left message before and no one calls back ever. Is business that good where you don't have to call prospective Tennants back lol. Maybe that's a reason why more and more apartments are coming available as current Tennants leave in frustration with management

Run far away!
Horrible new management. They took away our valet parking and guest parking. There’s not enough parking spots and people are left not able to park if you get home too late. The garage is too tight and accidents have happened. There are no cameras. Bikes keep getting stolen. Water is shut off to the entire building frequently for usually 6 hours. Petitions signed. Lots of angry tenants. Management doesn’t care. This was a great place to live before Altman took over. Now it just plain sucks. I wish I wouldn’t have renewed my lease. Definitely would not recommend. It’s really sad as my neighbors are great and I love the location. But I refuse to stay and pay them any more than I have to. It’s not worth stressing over if I’m going to have a parking spot when I get home. Let alone the Wharf noise and hallway noise.

I love my apartment and the building. But I'm disappointed that their response to my medical needs are not being communicated at all to me. Also, they took valet away without asking residents first. This is also disappointing. Some of the concierge just sends delivery people to your apartment without calling first. That's a safety issue.

Living at the Regatta Luxury Apartments can be a magical experience. One can enjoy being close to downtown, by the beautiful New River, and Las Olas Beach is a short 3 miles hike. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, and clubs on Las Olas Blvd that truly make the experience magical. However, we chose a 4th-floor apartment close to Andrew's drawbridge, which has dampened this Luxury apartment's quality. A mistake on my behalf since I have an aversion to loud banging bells. The drawbridge on Andrew's is "At Will," so boats may pass at any time, day or night. It looks nice aside from the loud bell banging every time a large boat passes at 3 am, 4 am, 5 am, ect... I recommend securing an apartment on the 8th floor or higher to dilute the decibels. For those below the 8th floor, a good set of noise-canceling BOSE headphones has made a difference and allows one to enjoy the magic of this beautiful luxurious apartment.

The experience has been fine. I had some communication issues once they took over but all has been rectified. Yesenia in the leasing office is amazing and one of the reasons why the tenants stay and are happy

Overall, this complex has provided a great sense of structure and convenance. The staff and people are nice, they greeted me with open arms and it was a welcoming experience from the first day I arrived.

Not sure how to "Verify" I live here, but I definitely live here. I PROMISE YOU that those good reviews below are fake. Management saw that residents were telling the truth about how bad it is here and they starting getting their staff to write good reviews. Some of the staff told me this, and I 100% believe them because the good reviews dont match this property. Facts- this luxury bldg no longer has valet parking, no assigned parking spots, no guest parking, no security in parking gargage, no manager office in our building (they moved out to another newer property, even took our coffee machine with them) Managers are very rude and roll their eyes when you have a concern. They also shut off the water to the building like at least twice a week for like 6- 8 hours each time. When the water is on, its bright yellow and cloudy and has black stuff in it. But dont worry they say, nothing to see here. About 50 current residents signed a petition demanding that managers do something about problems, manager refused to even accept delivery of the petition. Thats the REAL Altman Management TEam. Check out how they managed to destroy another luxury apartment (Saba Pompano Beach) but I guess those poor people are just lying too. That is what we are all living with. If you wanna live here im sure youll be able to move in immediately becuase we all cant wait til our leases are up so we can spend $3000 a month on a property that is worth it.

So far it has been an amazing experience every step of the way. The staff at the leasing office brought what had been an ongoing housing nightmare to a quick close, going above and beyond to help me settle into my new home. After months of looking and trying, it was refreshing to have leasing agents and staff members that had my back and helping me out.

The location is excellent with grocery store, parks, museums, restaurants and more within walking distance. The building's facilities and amenities are great. The staff is super friendly. The only downside is the general upkeep (janitorial) needs to improve.

I had the best move in experience I've ever had (in the past ten years I've moved every year). Yesenia and Alex were both very attentive and communicative. My only concern is the valet parking getting removed, this is a new amenity that we really do love. What is the reasoning behind no longer having it?

Amazing staff, location, and views. However, there has been a downsizing of amenities since management has changed and I am looking forward to that being resolved. If resolved, I would recommend this community to any friend.

Overall I am not happy here. The garage has no security cameras, and this allows the valet service to deny any and all responsibility for any accidents. So pray you dont request your car one day and it arrives with a huge dent- because they’ll be quick to blame YOU! First thing i did when i moved here was got a dash cam. After reviewing the footage i immediately stopped using valet due to them practically drifting on the ramps at the apex (which was admittedly fun to watch until i quickly remembered they were in my $60k BMW). New management is trying. They are. But its not enough. Roach infested units, yellow water and constant building-wide water shutdowns are just some of the things you can expect to experience in this “luxury” community. After living here for almost a year I can confidently say I will not be re-signing. And i advise anyone interested in living here to look elsewhere. Shoutout to some amazing concierge folks though. You know who you are, and you guys are awesome. I hope you find someplace better

Great location, great people. HOWEVER, the amenities were taken away and what's left is not well maintained. Parking is a big issue. Nothing prepared me to the lack of urgency and commitment from the management. if you want to be treated fairly, it might not be your home.
