Love it! Everyone is so nice, from the staff to the residents. The front desk team is always extremely friendly and willing to help, the maintenance guys are super fast and always get the job done, my biggest qualm at the moment is parking. I moved in over 3 months ago and still don't have a parking spot, I also haven't gotten any updates on the situation which is a bit frustrating but not the end of the world.

Great Job, As Always
[Incentivized Review] Fernando always exceeds expectations. All work was done as requested and it was done in a timely manner. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend Fernando for all maintenance needs. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

This is my third time living here. The location is great. It's nice to watch the boats go up and down the river. My apartment has many broken and mismatched tiles in the floors. The hot tub is broken, frequently. Security is lacking. The carpets throughout the hallways need to be replaced. The parking garage is a mess. Too many cars are left without assigned spaces which leaves them to park along walls. This used to be a luxury apartment building, but no longer.

I really enjoy this building and all the maintenance team. They going above and beyond to help with everything. By far the best building I've lived in. Everytime I need something it gets fixed within days and the front desk people are always nice and helpful

My experience living at Regatta has been exceptionally positive although I still think is room for improvement. I would like to see some of the items that I mentioned during my previous review and feedback review addressed such as the dirty garage floors, cobwebs on the overhead lights in the garage, and broken outdoor landscape lighting especially the ones by the 416 number when you pull in and out of the driveway. It just is something that should be addressed if Regatta is trying to uphold it's premium standard. Other than that Renny, and Illiana have gone above and beyond including including the front desk concierge who have been extremely supportive and friendly to keep everyone happy here. I hope this helps.

The maintenance men that come to do repairs in my apartment have been very helpful and professional . The carpet in the hallway on my floor is covered in dog urine, and filthy.. the walls in the hallway need to be painted.. The most disgusting thing about this building are the roaches.. they are everywhere!

I would compare it to the maiden journey of the Titanic. From the beginning day, an iceberg was struck. Then the staff would appease, then another iceberg was struck and the staff would appease. Now, the current staff here are zombie level at best. Yes there is a pulse, but nobody is home??.

We have lived here three years. The building had only been open a few months and we were one of the first to move in here. Property offers, great amenities and his ideal situated unfortunately, the newest set of management, which has been here for a year has run this place into the ground Jacuzzi broken at time. The parking garages are over parked and have never been power washed dogs urinate in the elevators and directly outside the entrance doors side doors entrance to the elevators is consistently broken in the back gate as well. For the rent you pay here what is considered concierge service is the concierge opening up the elevators for Uber eats and the package room. The people who live here for the most part of very nice unfortunately the current management just doesn't care and will be the first to tell you so not saying don't move here just it comes with, a lot of problems for a lot of money

I truly enjoy living at Regatta. I will say when I first moved in the management was different and they were friendlier and more helpful. We had events and the building seemed cleaner and well maintained.

Place use to be nice when we moved in, unfortunately the new management team has been so accommodating. This is a 2nd home for me and every time I return something is always broken and never actually fixed. Plus I placed a few tickets in my home to be repaired and tickets were closed out and never done. The rent is quite high for these things to happen. Some of the tenants do not curb pets around building. Once Ruby left place has been quite a drastic change not for the better either.

It started off wonderful, but the managment, cleanliness, rent, service and overall communication with residents has heavily declined in the past 3 years. Managment does not care about residents, in fact I have been verbally attacked by leasing agents for simply asking questions about safety in the building. The building is increasingly dirty, and rules are not upheld as they should be. For example, there is urine all over the building from pets (inside & out) but they instead take the time to demand residents move their doormats from in front of their doors. Clearly priorities are skewed. We have been here for 3 years and will most likely be leaving when our lease is over as the rude managment and overall building wellness is simply not worth the skyrocketing rent.

Parking is overcrowded, leasing managed cannot explain anything and just start yelling on you, outside of community everything smells like dogs urine. 2 new buildings being built in front of our community make things even worth.

My experience in this building was great when it first opened. Ever since this new managment company took over, it's been garbage. They don't care about the residents or take care of the facilities. Garbage always around the building, doors broken, parking situation is atrocious and management says they are "fixing" it, but it's never changed. Except now we have to pay to park in assigned spots, but if someone parks in your spot nothing gets done about it and you're left without a parking spot for the night. If I was to recommend this place to somebody, I'd be lying to them if I said it's a great building. The only thing still good about it, is the people who live here and the location.

It has not been the best. If it wasn't for my view I would have moved out after the first year. The trash issue, the trash shoot issues, the roaches that have never gone away, the lack of communication b/t the staff and renters, the cleanliness of the building, the lack of someone being at the front desk to let people up. Lost both keys that we had for emergency and for our dog nanny. Too many to list. This is the worst run building in DT FLL. Only staying b/c of the view of the river and hoping it gets better.

BLACK MOLD AND ROACH INFESTED
This place is making so many people sick. Mold reported in so many apartments and management does nothing. It is all over the hallways and they just keep painting over it. The carpets are even covered in black mold. And there is a roach infestation because the trash chute is always backed up with garbage because management cut down pick up to 2 times a week- for a 260 unit building! Many residents are scared to speak up because when you do management just refuses to renew the lease and puts another innocent person in the infested apartment. If you wanna look at this property- pay attention to the flithy hall carpets, the roach bait powder all along the baseboards in halls, the broken hot tub, missing pool furniture, flithy furniture stained couches in community room and the mold on the hall walls and baseboards.

The location itself is amazing. The building needs to be maintained better. The appearance outside looks pretty bad with paint of building needing an upgrade. Maintenance issues such as not having a functioning hot tub for months is just unacceptable and a slap to the face for all of us who live here. The interior hallways have dirty carpets and walls could use some TLC. The biggest issue is the parking situation. Luckily I have my spot however I have to leave a parking cone in its place when I leave so no one parks in my spot. People parking in the side fire zones preventing us from being able to pull out.

The location cannot be beat. Whether you choose the North or South tower you have the easy access to Las Olas but removed from the busyness. Publix is within walking distance and you are close to the bridge for walking over. The downsides currently are the constant construction happening on new buildings next door that appear will last until summer of 2025. Additionally, if you have a car be careful. The garages only account for about 10 stories for a total of about 50 stories. Needless to say there is not a lot of parking and it causes extreme stress in the garages. As of this writing our complex is encouraging us to refer our friends while we already do not have enough parking spaces for our current residents. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

The community is overall fine, but there are some residents who do not clean up after their pets in commons spaces such as the elevator and hallways. One thing that is extremely frustrating though is people who park in the garage entrance tunnel and never move their cars. This is a safety issue for cars coming and going. Also the construction site next door continually blocks the road which is another issue coming and going from the garage. Are they permitted to begin making noise at 6:30 AM 6 days a week as well? I don't want to seem like this is a horrible situation at all, but there is definitely room for improvement considering the rental rates at the building are already very high. The construction is out of Regatta's control, though I would appreciate if the building can assist us with the issues that the construction creates for residents.

Management team are nice, but they are restrained by senior management/ownership. The building can't afford to wash the outside/windows in over 3 years? The maintenance team are amazing, but they aren't allowed to conduct proper preventative maintenance or fix damaged tiles by previous residents would issue within the building. The BBQ's need attention/serviced. There is a mould issue within the building that is observed by many residents. I never had any sinus/allergy issues until I moved here. Hallway carpets need replaced. Parking is unorganized and chaos for 2 years.

I don't recommend living at the Regatta at New River. There is health concerns with the air quality and mold. Management lacks communication with the tenants and they silence when people express concerns.

I love living here! The location is perfect, I can walk to everything. My view is breathtaking. The staff is quick to respond to any issues. The residents are amazing, its like living with 200 friends and family members. If you like city life, being outside and social, this is your place. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not a good fit. Also, there is no guest parking, and no way to add more parking because there is no land here to make more spots.

I've had a great experience. The community is friendly and very accommodating when an issue arises. I use common areas like the gym, pool, and business center frequently. Only issue was parking but that was proactively addressed and fixed.
