HORRIBLE AND UNSAFE

This place is HORRIBLE and unsafe. This place was pure class three years ago. 2023 it's majority unruly college kids walking around half naked, loud parties to all hours of the night. When I ask the "front desk" to speak to Rubiel or Ana (the two managers) I'm told they don't have phones, you can only "email them". In general NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Leasing, our "concierge". Generally, my experience has been positive. However, I am unhappy with the recent developments with the parking garage. Almost all of the parking spots are for reserved purposes only. There is almost no where to park if you don't have a reserved, spot, which I don't. For those that do have a reserved spot, it seems like there is a daily struggle to get others not to park in their spots. The whole system is a massive headache and a mess. I am worried about finding parking daily in a building I have lived in for 8 years and the stress is getting to be too much. I am afraid to leave the building with my car late at night for fear of not being able to find parking when I return. Even if I had a reserved spot, it is incredibly likely someone will be in my spot and I still won't be able to park unless the building successfully tows the car, which is difficult in our parking garage. I don't know if I will renew my lease next year if this problem persists.

In 2019 the NRYC was the epitome of luxury apartment living. Not so much right now. The multiple ownership changes have eroded the value of luxury apartment living. The management team with Anna's leadership is the he best since the original owner sold.

Worst apartment management I've dealt with. Got bought right when I moved in. Crime rates increased and my car was vandalized over the course of 3 days. Multiple emails, calls and in person visits to management for assistance with the non residents vandalizing my vehicle and harassing me and no one did anything. After everything and a meeting with the property manager, the lawyers sent a notice that they won't be compensating me. I'm getting my own legal team involved now. I would move out early if I could. Love my apartment but the security issues are so bad I don't feel safe here anymore.

The quality is very low, not that of a luxury community... I expect more due to the amount I'm paying for rent... also, the decline has been astronomical since new management took over. I do not plan to renew.

Bring back valet. Absurd to be required to pay for parking to secure a space at my place of residence. Cleanliness of garage needs improvement. Turn around of concierge staff is concerning. Security is too relaxed. No solicitation/flyers on my unit door please. Is there policy for barking dogs? Or noise in hallways during quiet hours (between 10pm and 6am)? Have issued a few work orders to have bathtub recaulked and need to order again because it needs to be done again, correctly.

We enjoy living at Regatta south tower. The building is well maintained and, based on our interactions with the staff, they are very responsive to us. While we wish our view were not of the construction site, we cannot hold that against the building. We enjoy our unit despite the current view as we value the privacy it affords us.

The Leasing agents were very professional, courteous, caring, and understanding to personal needs and finding the right unit to rent. I would recommend this community to anyone seeking a hotel lifestyle experience in an apartment rental community. The concierge and maintenance staff along with the leasing office staff makes this community a five star rating in my opinion.

Just moved in ran into a few problems. Every problem was resolved fast and easy. We don't have any complaints as of yet. The location of the building is wonderful. The amenities were up to par and the elevators haven't been a problem as well as the parking.

Location location location! From the day or night River walks. To the convenience of stores and las olas Blvd , all in walking distance. Such a vibe" feel like I'm in the heart of it all. From beaches to the bars, enjoying the ft.Lauderdale life.

It's not good. Constant issues and staff has done nothing Rectify the situation. I've had issues with Lacey ?? for four months on top of that. I had issues with my smoke detectors for four months and I went two months with zero smoke detectors at all. On top of all the other iasues

Pretty good however, the Front door of my apartment will not lock so I feel very unsafe and my personal property is not secure. If I could have given a lower score, I would have to reflect how unhappy I am about how I feel about my door not locking.

This community is awesome. The staff is super nice and helpful. The move in process was very seamless and we were able to get everything set up quickly. The quality of the apartment is also perfect. Nothing is damaged or broken.

We like the location of the building for easy access to highways and walking to Las Olas. The building itself has many issues, since management changes quite frequently. It seems that new management is really trying to take care of the issues and is usually pretty quick to respond when made aware. The biggest issue for me, is that we pay for a "secure" building?which is not secure at all. Being very close to the county jail, this building should be secure and a protocol for security should be established and strictly followed.

I love living here. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the staff is so wonderful. Marilyn who was my leasing agent did an excellent job in getting me settled in. Maintenance is fast and effective, I truly love it here. I just wish they didn't end the valet services. Other than that things are really good

The staff is great! Anytime I have put in a service request, it has been addressed promptly and efficiently. That's one thing that I can count on, which is very helpful. The community app is great as well, keeps you updated of any building maintenance going on.

So far so good. Love the views! It is a little noisy with the Warf right below and the train nearby. But I'm hoping to get use to that. The building is nice and clean. People are friendly. My only other negative comment is I wish there were more grassy areas for to take the pooch to do their business. But honestly- so far I do like it here.

The downtown area is amazing, the views are incredible. The apartment has gone thru some major changes since I've been here. Some good, some not so good. It's a great area to live with lots of activities going on in the downtown area you can walk to. I love the area.

Get away from this community! The view is beautiful, but from the moment you pay attention to the building, is a nightmare. My hallway ceiling has been leaking water since I moved in and they never manage to fix it. We are being attacked by cockroaches, it's horrible. The parking lot is a mess and outsiders cars come in here, there is never anywhere to park and if you park in a prohibited place, because there are no spaces, they threaten you with a tow truck. There's never anyone at the leasing office. They are in the building next door, if you need them you have to leave your building and go to the neighboring building to talk to someone who works here. The manager does not respond to emails or answer the phone. I hope you post my review so other people don't experience the stress I experience living here at the New River Yatch Club. Praying for the end of my lease, may/23.

My experience at first was amazing until the building was sold shortly after moving in. The new management is horrible. They removed valet parking and there's been parking issues ever since. Not enough spaces, zero enforcement and concerns that have gone unaddressed for almost a year now. There's been a cockroach issue that they took far too long to respond to and now it's throughout the entire building. You can never reach folks in the office and they never call back when you leave a message. There's been a lot of turnover in residents and many can't wait to get out when their lease is up.

The property is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurant, entertainment and nightlife. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is prompt. The apartments are spacious and some floors have higher ceilings than others. They do a pretty good job of keeping the property clean. They hold events for the tenants which is appreciated and fun; that's how I met most of my neighbors. This is a large property (2 buildings) but there is one building that is newer than the other so of course the physical appearance is a bit more appealing. Moved in when the building first opened so I've seen the turnover in staff and we had a couple bumps in the road but it seems to have smoothed out because things are "back to normal."
