Great leasing office staff! They're always there to provide answers. Grateful to have such a friendly group. Have enjoyed the property amenities. Beautiful pool area with a great hot tub. Concierge staff helpful!

It's been hit and miss overall. The new management team has tried to fill the gaps. We had a roach issue, water pressure issue, parking issue, and some general upkeep issues. Within the last few months they've been trying to put out the fires?the only one that still is a pain is the roach issue.

With the changes in mgmt it has declined. It is now just a building located in a convenient location to downtown. Construction in the area is noisy, no valet, front desk employees are nice but I'm not confident in the sense of security. I don't consider this a luxury experience at this point.

Great neighborhood, there's a lot of events in the las olas. The apartment is clean, well maintained. The gym is well equipped, a pool to enjoy, the hot spa to relax and barbeque options are great. The staff is friendly to make the move in smooth

Absolutely love my apartment and want to renew for the foreseeable future. It's spacious and beautiful, I love the amenities and events this building hosts. Everyone is so nice and maintenance is phenomenal.

Very happy so far with this experience. The apartment and views are breathtaking, and the community is super friendly and professional. I also love the location and the ability to walk into las Olas or ride my bike to the beach

The apartment building is well-kept. Its convenience to a Publix grocery store and to the Las Olas restaurants is ideal. We are glad to reside here! Another added plus is the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood international Airport being so close.

This is a beautiful and very friendly community with wonderful staff and great residents. The location can't be better and extremely dog friendly. Being so close to Las Olas, we barely drive, but it's still nice to have a garage.

Getting better. Was bad for awhile. It's still rather hard to get in touch with office staff but again things are improving. I look forward to that continuing. I'm glad to see that my drastic rent increase is making a difference in the property, and I do hope that will continue in the future without another drastic increase which will force me to move.

We rented this apartment for the third year , it is comfortable and what we like the most is the view over river , also the river walk being a safe place to walk at night too. We recommend this rental , it was good for us , it can be good for you too!

Overall the building is great. Amenities are amazing including pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, etc. staff is super friendly as well. Biggest issue is the surrounding grounds are not cleaned and so there is dog poop everywhere.

My experience at this community has mostly been positive. There have been 3 management changes in my time here so that comes with changes to the community both good and bad and an adjustment period for how promptly and effectively things get handled.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is awesome, very fast to help get issues taken care of. The office staff is also extremely helpful and professional. I'm very happy I moved here. It's been less than 2 weeks and already feels like home.

Great location with easy access to dinning and entertainment. Since I travel a lot so the proximity to the FLL airport is a big plus. The property is kept up to date and clean and the staff is pleasant.

Very happy with the property. Amenities are on point, always clean and available. The staff is helpful and nice. Personally, I like the security portion of the apartment since you need to have a Fob in order to do a lot of things here

Terrible Leasing Staff! Lazy, goofing off all the time, unprofessional
Management at regatta is terrible at getting things taken care of and resolving issues. Kierra, is the most unprofessional leasing agent I've encountered in my 10+ years of renting. Not to mention when I raised my concerns about her unresponsiveness to upper management she sent me a notice of lease violation the next day for my service dog, even though I'd already submitted paperwork for her. I would give management 0/5 as it’s been months since I moved In and no improvement in service. HOWEVER, Fernando the Maintenance tech has come to our apartment several times and always done everything to resolve issues quickly for us. Additionally, concierge John does an excellent job and well and is very helpful. I would give maintenance and concierge 5/5. I only wish the leasing staff could improve their responsiveness and make more effort to address issues. They rarely seem busy and do not have the work ethic that the maintenance and concierge have. Truly embarrassing that some employees at regatta work hard and are unconditionally kind to residents but leasing is lazy and vengeful when residents complain or bring up concerns Complete opposites between leasing and maintenance/concierge. Keep up the good work Fernando and John!

This is the first time renting. It is also the first time living in an apartment. The experience has been fun, mainly because of our location in the city and the views from our apartment. Again, being new to renting, I had higher expectations of the building's management company and their services since it was labelled a luxury apartment building. Shortly after renting, the building was sold and a new management company took over and the level of service dropped. For example, cleaning the hallways and common areas is not done as frequently or simple building rules are not enforced so that everyone can enjoy the experience. Since I know we will not be here permanently, I can overlook some of this for now and enjoy what we have. It is a beautiful new building and our we really like our apartment.

My experience was great until I did NOT receive parking garage gate access card and have not been able to get into the parking garage at my convenience, especially when I pay for an extra parking spot.

There has been many management changes. Two of the most desired amenities, valet parking and a rental suite we're taken away WITHOUT the tenants input. Now parking is a nightmare. They've been accidents in the garage and tenants are not guaranteed a parking space. The current leasing agents and property manager are doing their best with what they are being instructed by Altman.

Experience so far has been good with the exception of a drastically large increase in rent pricing. Community is nice and quiet, always someone at the front desk. Walls are kind of thin thus you can hear your neighbors. Several elevator problems.
