The apartments and staff are nice, and for the price you pay, it's an excellent option in a fine area. The breezeways and parking lot tend to be very dirty, and this is exacerbated over the weekend. Residents are inconsiderate, so be wary of neighbors. Floors and ceilings are VERY THIN.

Maintenance needs to take more time to fix things they move to fast and at last minute when going home on they day's off . They are nice people but needs more time when fixing thing's when putting work order in.

Move in was simple. Make sure to clarify which complex you want. This is downtown so it does get a little loud with the traffic. Management went above and beyond to get me and my daughter approved. Sweetest property manager I ever met. I plan on staying for quite a while. Location is great! For the most part quiet except for the traffic but that's expected!

The turnover in staff is yearly. Rent increasing yearly with no upgrades to units or even offer to paint/ clean carpets. There is no security and cars, including my own, have been broken into. Halls are rarely cleaned, but they will place wet floor signs as though they are preparing to do so. Yet I can leave for work at 7, rewritten at 5, and the same signs are out with nothing done in that time span. This place was our haven when we moved in, now we're hoping to find a place with more space and better upkeep of the grounds. Or at least staff that have been there for more than a year

Good satisfying happy.. just please fix the back door of the elevator entrance ..it feels unsafe and actually scarry due to someone was waiting for me at my door when I got home.. she said she just came on the elevator and up to my floor

It's been pretty good up until the last two years or so. It needs attention and some TLC. The security system has been out for 3 weeks or more which is concerning because that's what I pay for and I have termites. But they have helped me with this issue

I truly enjoy living at the Lofts at LaVilla. It is a great location, the people are friendly. Just like any other community there are bumps and thumps from time to time but overall it is a quiet community.
