Overall good, except for fire alarms ringing ear splittingly loudly at night due to people smoking in the hallways and setting off the smoke detectors. They also raised rent which I don't appreciate since this is supposed to be affordable housing and nothing has changed or improved to justify a rent increase.

Very nice besides the construction made poorly can hear everything when neighbors walk across the floors get complaints for walking around the house the floor construction isn't made properly & there is no pool but everything else is satisfying

Some residents are not respectful to the community. There's noise, trash thrown around, speeding in the parking lot, smoking in apartments and throwing cigarette butts on the ground. People not cleaning up their spills in the breezeways or in the elevator.

Peace and Quiet Sam and Jen are very understanding, kind and humble Residence are very kind Neighbors have functions for residence...we all join together and have a good time The rental office is Always on time when there is a problem

At first it was very nice and quiet but as time went on the quality has changed (residents) not the staff but the up keep of the halls are not worth the money because of smokers the alarm is always going off and I have to inhale marijuana through the vents constantly. Now there are people fighting in the halls at night.

Easy access to the interstate,local venues and stores. Common areas are always clean and tidy. Helpful and amicable staff. Located on the quieter side of downtown;rush hour isn't really an issue. Best bang for buck in the area.

I am enjoying living in this apratment. It is brand new apartment, so everything is very clean, maintenance staffs work very hard to make this apt stays nice and clean. I also love the location, it is in downtown, so I can go easily anywhere I like to.

Nice, new, convenient apartment. Lofts at LaVilla has been a great home this past year. The location is the best thing about it, and price is a close second. I have outgrown the space or I would definitely stay another year.

There's nothing better then being able to see the Jacksonville landing fireworks from your living room and only a 5 min drive to riverside moving to the lofts at lavilla was one of the best decisions I've ever made

I love my apartment community! The staff is awesome and nice. The community is super quiet and calm. Very nice neighborhood to live in. Nothing extra, just quiet downtown living! Safe enough to exercise or enjoy a nice bike ride. I highly recommend.

The location is very convenient. The staff is great and the rent is reasonable. The security system is awesome, I feel safe. I would recommend you to stay at Lofts at Lavilla. Please talk to Jen, she is amazing.

Lofts with Lavilla is everything I've wanted in a apartment. The amenities inside the apartment are upgraded. The staff is friendly and if I have a matience issue it never takes more than a week for my request to be met.This was my first apartment and it was everything I wanted and more.

This is my first apartment, so encountering Jennifer and Samsirely in the Front Office was like being welcomed out of the rain into a safe place (literally). Their hospitality was First Class! Samsirely was very thorough throughout the entire application process and her follow-up got me from inquiry to keys to my apartment in days! Nelson in Maintenance is always present which makes me feel secure to know that all upkeep of the property not only is fixed but is clean and looks good. I have not met the rest of the staff, but those three makes the Lofts at LaVilla shine!

They are doing great job. I am really satisfied with their every effort to tackle the various problems that residents may have. They are courteous, kind, and friendly when they have to deal with the residents here.

Not good. Since day one the lady whi has boyfreind living there screams yells continually which results in no sleep i am affected by it considerably and so is my dog i got shingles do to nerves. I have contacted Jennifer numerous times she sends letter to them. If it continues something has to be done

Beautifully built, great staff! Great diversity in tenants. Jen is an amazing manager. Sam is always great also! The maintenance are always professional. The lounge is my favorite part of the place. I wish all the residents respected the property as much as the next...

I am in awe at how beautiful this building is! I love all the vivid colors! I stopped by and spoke with Sam, she was very helpful with giving me all the information I asked for! I like that the amenities are open 24 hours!

I am so sad that nothing is available now! This place is awesome! I stoped by and the office staff was great with answering all of my questions! I will definitely be moving here as soon as something comes available!

I am so happy I made the move to downtown Jacksonville! I have all the conveniences I was looking for! Close to everything and there is always something to do! I love being so close to the landing and river walk! And the skyway is so convenient for during the day.

Living here is so great! Everything is so convenient, and there is so much to do here in the area! I’m never leaving! My experiences with the office have been wonderful and maintenance is always very helpful!

By far this is the greatest place in Jacksonville! I just like the new and clean look! It’s a great place, the staff is wonderful! Jen, Sam and Vadim are great! They always have smiling faces and are eager to help!

The complex has a great location. The buildings and grounds seems to have a good maintenance. Nice landscaping, and very inviting environment. The personnel are very friendly and professional. I took a look of the studio, one and two bedrooms and they are beautiful, and the layout really nice.

So far this place is wonderful! Maintenance is prompt and responds right away. The office is always very helpful and I love the gym it is the best! I also like the location it is so convient to everything!

I love my new home! This building is absolutely beautiful! I love all the unit finishes and not having to pay a water bill, (what a savings)! I can’t believe how low my electric bills is too! This is the absolute best!
