Blessed to be here but I'm compelled to give small warning. apartment living in downtown area can be quite noisy(common sense right?). Most often its the snare drum ceilings that amplify your neihbors footsteps to stomps. Events disturbing you right outside your door. Buses, trains, cars driving by blasting personal noise. Invest in ear plugs is my advice. People can't read or ignore no parking signs. People Prop open doors in as soon as the staff leaves for the day . This defeats supposed to be a secure building. Lock your cars. Cameras are installed in the covered parking area but dont depend on them much. Is what I've learned. You need a police report for any access to them. For each and every occurrence. Positives: It's s new modern complex with amenities area on 1st floor. Walking distance to Riverwalk(love it), free musuc events /to dining& shopping center and new Greyhound bus station. The maintenance staff does attempt to address work orders promptly props to Vadim and Nelson. With the Skyrocketing rents I would be hard pressed to do better. Office staff is scarce but try to help when available. Props to Rebecca, hope you are happy at your new job. I am possibly asking for too much because the rent is cheaper than most. No matter the cost you want to feel safe at home.

My wife and I moved here about a year ago and it's been an absolute blessing. Great staff that really cares. Well kept and up to date facilities that offer a weight room and a great common area. Clean and beautiful apartments at a great price point. You will not find a better home for the price in downtown Jax. Love it here

----- johns the property manager is very unprofessional and nasty

----- the manager is very rude and is always bullying her tenants. She excuses everyone of not following rules she acts like a dictator. I went in the office and over heard her speaking negatively about her ----- tenants being on section 8 and how loud and ------ they are. She doesn’t need her job at all

Living at the lofts at Lavilla is such a great experience! Wonderful view, & leasing office staff & maintenance team. Ms. Rebekah is AWESOME! Every situation that was bought to her attention, she made sure it was addressed expeditiously. So grateful to be apart of a loving community.

Quiet community. Staff is friendly & welcoming. Apartment is an ok size for the price. The only draw back for me is storage. I wish linen had its own storage space separate from the closet and there were more amenities within the complex.

It was awesome when I moved in still is just a few minor issues I don't like . It just don't seem the same when I moved in . Staff barely in office and anything shared in private with office staff I answered in public. I do appreciate them working with me during the hardest time of my life. I like it Herr I don't like that delivery lockers are outside and people can come off street and steal packages. It has happened. Too noisy in building .

Amenities limited (no pool or no dog park). No security or security cameras. Have to a card (only given one) to get in and around the building. Utilities included. Limited to one parking spot. Visitor parking limited and on the outside of the building. Cheap Rent. Mailing system a tab bit complex but doable.

Great staff and maintenance is awesome. They are willing to take the time to understand what your needs are to better assist me! I respect them because I've seen them exercise EXTREME patience with the younger, ignorant generations who doesn't want to comply with the rules of the building. Much respect and you're appreciated.

Great apartment and location! This apartment community has a nice homey feel. The apartments are a little small but the kitchens are great. The bathroom is large and have ample storage. Just remember location, location, location. Most apartments have good views.

The people are courteous and friendly! Not too far numerous restaurants and attractions. The apartment is nice and spacious. You can go for a run through downtown. It very beautiful at night as you walk around downtown. Come to Lofts at Lavilla!

I moved in at LaVilla back in July. I love how close we are to all the highways. The Riverside Arts Market is within walking distance. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. I love it here

Lofts of lavilla has great service and i love living here. It's very quiet and the are no problems here and no one can just get into your apartment and the office staff stays on top of everything 24/7

Overall this apartment complex is nicer than most. It’s also a pretty small community compared to other apartment complexes. Elevators seem to be down at least a few times a month, and that is a pain especially when you go grocery shopping. Resident parking is horrible, you get 1 parking spot per apartment. There is never street parking, then the office expects you to park over a block away near the bus station.

Overall I have had a good experience. The maintenance staff is on top of any issue. Everybody has been very pleasant. The apartments are nicely kept. The only downside is the elevator sometimes is not working.

This is truly the best experience I've had living in a downtown. My job has me move to different cities every couple year and if I could choose a permanent location Lofts at Lavilla with Ms Johns as my leasing manager would be my only choice!!

Proper additional parking for residents guest should have been made next to the building considering being dwtn. It has its pros and cons like any other community. I have had more cons then anything..

A nice apartment in downtown area , which it is a convenient location for everything such as transportation, groceries and markets. It's a safe and nice neighborhood . I like how the apartment office works, they respond quick to any maintenance. The only thing no security personnel in that apartment sometimes homeless people go to the lobby.

The community is pretty nice. The maintenance staff are great and the office staff are friendly. Most of them anyway. They don't let packages be delivered to the office anymore so if your package goes missing, oh well. The cargo elevator is also broken pretty often. And don't ask to change parking spaces, you'll be ignored. Other than that the place is pretty nice. I'd recommend it.

Great location. Friendly staff. I've had issues with parking and neighbors upstairs by being inconsiderate at night hours. Overall, it's a nice looking apartment complex for a good price. Most neighbors are friendly. The gym could have an upgrade.

I loved these apartments when I first moved in, now it seems that there is no care of the upkeep. Cameras need be placed in stairwell and other places to ensure tenants safety and to also ensure that residents are not smoking and throwing trash everywhere
