I feel really horrible and really bad for the staff at The Lofts at Lavilla, and the other buildings also. They work SOO hard, and they are overworked, And they get pooped on by the Building Management Company that operates this building, AND the other complexes, and even some of the residents poop on the staff here too!! Whoever operates all these apartments, they need to come down here and fix everything... but I think all these BIG-WIG PROPERTY COMPANIES, LIKE WRH REALTY could F-ing Care Less about their residents and staff !!! They only care about $$$ and evicting families!!! The office staff works hard, and the maintenance staff works hard,,, and the property owners don't care... You can't have 1 freaking person trying to help like 130 different units or families... The property ownership team is a Freaking Joke!!!!!!!! All these buildings and complexes need more help and more assistance and more attention to the residents and they need more staff. We are in the middle of a gad-dang pandemic for Christ's Sake! Everyone here is already low income... anything lower than low is basically nothing,,, or no income! ... Does the management team or corporate team even have functioning brains???!!!!

I moved to Lofts at Lavilla in 2017, when they were brand new, just built. The move in experience were great. I love living here at Lofts at Lavilla from the time I moved in. Access to downtown, riverside area, parades and fireworks any events that are held downtown. You are sometimes where ever you move will have every now and then a butt head neighbor but it didn't last long.

I was highly disappointed with my move in. The apartment was filthy. The carpet was dirty, it had dog hair all throughout it. There's stains on the ceilings. And uneven paint in the walls. There are also holes in the walls from the previous tenant. And paint splatter on the floors. I feel as if the move in was a rush job.

The staff is very help with issues that may occur. The apartments / grounds are well maintained. I've been here for two years and I'm very happy with my experience here at lofts at Lavilla. A great place to be.

Lofts at Lavilla is a beautiful apartment community in downtown Jacksonville. We have great amenities with an internet cafe, complimentary coffee and cookies daily, a community meeting space where you can throw parties and a gym. They have a maintenance staff who really care for and take care of the building. I even saw our property manager, Jen, doing some landscaping one day. The apartments themselves are very nice with modern wood vinyl floors and espresso cabinets. The bathrooms are big and spacious. The bedrooms are on the smaller side but you can fit a king size bed in there. The stoves are glass top stoves making them easy to clean. There are washer/dryer hookups in every apartment. Even the studios. Neighbors are friendly and it is quiet for the most part considering the downtown location. The only things I really wish we had were a pool and I wish they had built them with outside access or balconies. But that's just personal preference. I would highly recommend living here to anyone who asked.

From the moment that I was in desperate need of finding a home for me and my eight-year-old son Sam one of the management at lofts at Lavilla was hands-on 100% she made sure she return all calls and messages to me she went out of her way tremendously and after a month and a half of a long application wait (due to the issues on my behalf) I finally got to move into my home April 29 of 2020 when things go wrong in my apartment they are hands-on right there puttingMy work order in. Also, the maintenance is amazing as well very courteous, respectful and fast. I'm just really excited about my residence at this location, the area is quiet close to mostly everything!! Neighbors are welcoming thus far. If only the elevator can stay working (walking the stairs to the 5th floor is terrible) My view is nice and I'm excited to see what's in store for me and my son for the rest of our lease. Thank you again Sam you rock! WRH YALL ARE THE BEST!

The staff that work here are always friendly and helpful. Most of the residents here are considerate of others. There are a few people who have parties every weekend or rent out the residential lounge- making it difficult for residents to enjoy the lounge. It used to be a nice place to gather. Not anymore.

I have zero complaints. The property is great and the staff is always professional and pleasant. I'm in no rush to move, nor to relocate. Thanks for all you do, even in the midst of hectic transitions. Keep being great.

The lofts at lavilla are a well maintained apartment community. You will notice things being done on a regular basis. Keeping everything clean and bright. Units are spacious. Neighbors are friendly. Great community overall.

Office staff and maintenance are great. Parking sucks! Parking is assigned and someone was always in my spot. Rent has gone up twice in one year and a half (once at renewal and the other in the middle of a lease).

My experience has been wonderful, the staff is always amazing. I never have to ask or wonder about routine maintenance because they are great with communication to residents and keeping up with unit maintenance. I would recommend this as a great place to live for all ages. It's quiet and near great schools, restaurants, parks, museums and highways! The common areas are always clean and presentable, I feel comfortable bringing guests there at any time. The gym is my favorite place to visit, all of the equipment works and are cleaned daily. Lastly, the units are comfortable and up to date with appliances and style. I don't hear anything through the walls so it's peaceful and if you're sensitive to smells like myself then you'd also appreciate the breezeway hallways!

I love it here, it's nice and quiet. You really get what you pay for. I needed to move somewhere I could feel safe and I am so happy I decided to move to LaVilla. The lounge room is so big and beautiful, I love going there at night because it has a nice view. Overall, i am very satisfied...!!! I don't have anything negative to say.

Feels like a hotel. Me and my family are excited for our future here. The other tenants were helpful and very nice as well as management. Any issue I had on my move in day were resolved quickly. I'm very pleased so far.

I live by myself and I work a lot and at strange hours sometimes. I got the most part feel like it's a quite apartment complex. I haven't met many of my neighbors but when I do see them they always say hi. As the first apartment I ever moved into by myself, I have enjoyed living here.

The staff is lovely! The maintenance workers are always busy and cleaning, I would love to see better equipment in the gym. Whenever I have any issues they are helpful. I would prefer more enforcement of the smoking in apartments as i can smell it in my home.

I love my apartment, the view is great! The location is wonderful and I like that I have my own parking space (which is great for living downtown). The property manager is very good at what she does. Maintenance is very timely in fixing any issues. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The staff is amazing, Jen and Sam are always working diligently to make sure you feel at home. It's affordable housing in a prime location. I'm in my second year living here and have not experienced any issue. I enjoy my friendly neighbors and the surrounding community. In a nutshell, this place is amazing.

Great community. Ms Jennifer and staff very professional and about business and the upkeep of the property. We appreciate their kindness to me and all of us. They address by name and if they can be of service to us to assist us in any way. Community fellowship is a plus because we get to meet our neighbors. I personally enjoy living here at Lofts at L aVilla!!!!

This is a very nice community. It has very spacious apartments, large walk-in closets and large windows with the best view of downtown. Plenty of shopping nearby and there's always something to do. I love it!
