Yes I love being a tenant at lofts at Lavilla! It is a nice environment and the area is nice! I love my loft! It is cozy and comfy and clean! Accessibility to transportation, riverplace, downtown nice

It a good place to live at and rent is good price the people are friendly and nice and the management understand that the residence come first . They fix your problems in a timely manner And they understand that people have pets .

The area is nice. The apartments sit right in front of the prime Osborn, it's so much to do. The office staff are amazing punctual, and friendly. I've been in the community going in 4 years. Other than a pool not being on the residence, lofts at lavilla could be your dream apartment.

My introduction and initial meeting with former manager, Dani was great. It was that contact that encouraged me to select this community. What I expected and then unfortunately realized is the integrity of a signed lease agreement is not honored. From that point forward, my trust broke, I was disappointed and skeptical of any communications with management. I don't fault Dani. Her manager was the issue. Just as the current manager did more of the same, without regret or an apology.

Office and maintenance needs to be more responsive and they should stop going up on rent if management has no interest in fixing problems in each apartment rent keep going up but maintenance work orders aren't even being resolved

Several appliances did not work upon move in, still awaiting the repairs. Presence of cockroaches seen throughout the apartment on move in day and continuously seen in the apartment. Apartment move in conditions did not meet my expectations due to things mentioned above.

Great Experience with Management
In this day in time, it is uncommon for a property manager to assist a prospective tenant with their application process. However, Melody exceeded my expectations by not only scheduling a convenient time for both of us but also diligently ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. I observed her interactions with other prospective tenants while I was present, and it was evident that this is not merely a job for her. Melody demonstrates a genuine passion for her role and possesses the skills and dedication to effectively assist others. I would like to express my appreciation to WRH for employing such exceptional staff at your establishment.

Very quiet and spacious community, Security entrance nice view. Public transportation nearby groceries parks and schools. Easy application process and friendly staff. Great place for single or Ederly.

Not living there yet but just by touring the facility it is very nice. From the gym, Internet cafe/ lounge, the view from any floor. Even the convenience of having a trash Shute on every floor. It's a great place to want to live.

Great rent prices for this economy. The apartments look luxurious as well for the price. I toured a studio & one bedroom, they were both spacious with very big closets. So great if you have a lot of clothes. Also have washer & dryer in unit.

Everything was very professional I don't think it needs to be two different application fees at the apartment is leased by the same management when filling out an application you should have the option of choosing what apartment you want to live in for example, when you fill out an application for the life of Jefferson Station and Lofts Of LaVilla it should be on the same application and let you pick which one you want to live in not do a separate application fee $185 apiece is a bit much

I had a very enjoyable visit at the Lofts at LaVila was a great experience. The agent Mackenzie was warm and inviting. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions sufficiently. I look forward to becoming a future resident.

Awesome experience. Management instantly responds to all concerns and wants. The Lofts is a well-balanced location in the Urban Core. Great transportation hub. Below crime average. Limited entertainment and small business development.

Office staff is bare. I used to always see office staff patrolling the complex. I haven't seen a single person in some months. Assigned parking is never reinforced. Garbage chutes are not used properly.

Lofts at Lavilla is a Wonderful place to live. Office Staff, Maintenance are kind, prompt, coutoues and professional. The downtown location is great and easy to get around with JTA, Skyway, walkin etc

The experience has been good overall. Any problems that I have is being worked on or has already been handled. I am happy to live in a community with a good up keep and mostly safe and quiet. I look forward to renewing my lease.

Well it started on the wrong foot and has gotten worse, was told microwave works by manager when I moved in but could not heat up water or leftover pizza told maintenance person that it wasn't working talked to office and told again now they say it's fixed but can't heat up water for tea

my daughter and her roommate really enjoy living here, need more groceries store, they don't like when someone park in their parking space, it's a problem when my mom comes to visit us ,we really enjoy living here!

I have enjoyed my experience in this community. I was provided all the information I needed before moving in by staff. The leasing and move in process was very smooth and easy. The apartment is very clean and up to date.

Haven't seen any apartments for $790 a month that include new appliances, energy efficient lights, cheap utilities, and new/recently made cabinets. Definitely a steal for the price, I worry about nothing here. People may occasionally park in your spot, but I haven't had many inconveniences.

Community is not keep up well at all. Originally moved here based off of location and how well the property was kept. The front office ladies were nice but they are no longer employed here so it's been down hill since

My experience at lofts at lavilla has been Amazing. The people here are friendly and make you feel comfortable living here. And Maintenance is great won't make you wait more than 2 Days. And they are very respectful
