Water leak emergency!
I had a water leak emergency in my apartment, and Ramon and Dairo came to help right away. They were not only extremely professional, but truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their quick response and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very glad I chose Camden Lee Vista as my home.

Beautiful apartments
We recently moved to Camden Lee Vista, and our experience has been exceptional, thanks to Josue from the leasing office. He was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire process. We don’t speak English, but Josue went above and beyond to help us understand everything using a translator. He even called the utility company on our behalf and set up the account under our name since we couldn’t do it ourselves. His patience and willingness to assist us made all the difference. We are truly grateful for his support and highly recommend Camden Lee Vista because of his outstanding service. Thank you, Josue, for making our move so much easier!

A Great Community!
I been Living at Camden Lee Vista for a couple of Months now and I must Say it is Outstanding here! I love living here all the team is awesome everyone in the leasing office is great and friendly so is the Maintenance team is always quick on getting the job done! Also a great location minutes away from the airport with shops and a nice movie Theater right around the Corner! Would definitely recommend living here I would give this place a 10/10

Do not move here
I moved here about a year ago. Nothing was really as it was promised and seemed. The reeking of weed, loud neighbors, police presence daily. Told you can’t hang at the pool, can’t have company over and hang out on the patio you pay for. When you move out you clean the place from top to bottom they still charge a cleaning fee. What was the point of leaving the place smelling clean, should have left it dirty like it was when I moved in. Was only in the unit for 9 days and moved out and they charged me for the whole month and the break the lease fee. All the stupid packages they force you to get valet, parking, etc. took the entire deposit and still are charging over 4000.00 after the fact. This is highway robbery. Also never updated the insurance information that was forwarded to them in email and charged for no insurance as well. If you have money and a career move elsewhere. This place also has a roach and mold problem. The office lady’s are biased and seem to racially profile as well. Will definitely be looking into speaking w a lawyer bc 4000 is just plain ridiculous.

Camden where living is a pleasure
arrived at this property in 2013 and it has been 10 years and I can tell you that my experience has been incredible, a property where you can live in a clean, safe, quiet, renovated property with a 10 star staff.I would also like to thank Ms. Lisa and Ms. Francis for their kindness, their kindness is excellent.

LOVE MY APARTMENT
Great Property. I recently moved back to Orlando after being a gone for a year and I jumped into the 1st apartment I could find. BIG mistake. Finally my lease was coming up and I found my apartment here at Camden Lee Vista. It was completely remodeled right before I moved in. There were a couple of items that the contractors didn’t complete. I called down to the front and within 15 mins maintenance was here and fixed everything right away. Any issues I have had they have handled and handled quickly. The maintenance staff is on point. The entire front office team is a joy to be around. I go to the office once a week when I am getting my mail and they treat my 4 legged child like he is a king and he loves it. Any questions or issues are handled ASAP by them. The community uses an app to control all the gates and it is amazing. Hit the button when you are pulling in and the gate is open when you get to it. I always hated gate cards, having to roll down your window in the pouring rain just to open the gates. The apartments are great. Have a modern look and feel to them with everything you would need. NO COMPLAINTS living herel

Updating on 3/8/22 (moved in 6 weeks ago) RUN. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I’m transferring out to Thornton Park due to severe roach issues. Their initial response to my distress was to not use bug spray, squash the roaches and unpack my boxes because roaches like the dark space. They tried blaming me for it, I’ve only been there 6 weeks and was barely using the kitchen. Never a mess out. Again they played tag team of blaming me first, only when I escalated, then played nice. They tried to make me STAY in that roach infested unit initially, saying they won’t let me move to another camden because I’ll take the roach issues with me. It’s criminal. Roach issue is with THEM, THEIR UNIT & THEIR BUILDING NOT ME. They lured me in with new renovation, conned me, then tried blaming me for THEIR ROACH ISSUES. It’s especially criminal of them to play it like this when they have the option to let me transfer out. It drained the life out of me. I haven’t slept in days because of the roaches. Their attitude towards me, dealing with this situation has been appalling. They should be ashamed of themselves. Their apt, disgusting. Updating review on 2/1/22 (moved in 10 days ago): Pros: 1. Maintenance staff. They respond within hours of putting in orders during business hrs, things get fixed quickly & properly. 2. Responsiveness. You’ll hear back with a day. 3. Resolved my moving difficulty after days of very unpleasant convo/emails. See Cons. Cons: 1. ROACHES. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. Despite it being a newly renovated apt, there has been roaches since day 1, I keep finding bigger roaches each day. Camden provides weekly pest control service, which should be requested online every week (mildly annoying). It hasn’t helped so far. I get that it’s an older building and it’s FL but Jesus. It’s too many roaches. I didn’t even cook until last night nor leave out food/trash. 2. Management + improper move-in instructions. I specifically asked during my tour if 53 ft truck is allowed to make a drop off in Camden. Was told yes, no other instructions. Move-in day comes, my truckers said they were told (yelled at) to leave the property by the management, then I was charged the shuttle fee to get my things dropped off in a smaller truck. I contacted the management right away, they met with me the next day. Had a convo with Alexis, he was very dismissive of my perspective. He blamed me for what happened, while acknowledging that Camden did not provide proper instructions on 53 ft truck I SPECIFICALLY asked for during my tour. I felt attacked during the convo. I asked him to talk to his manager because one, I need help with the shuttle fee two, I still don’t get why Camden refuses to help with the fee when they should rectify their mistake. Next day Jennifer got back to me. She was very helpful, credited the shuttle fee from February’s rent. Really glad she was able to help. She also asked if I could change my answers on the move-in experience survey (I explained the distress I experienced), which I assume is reported up to their chain of command. Given the survey + the way they behaved, I can’t shake off the feeling that the management played good cop/bad cop on me, to see if they can intimidate me into take on the shuttle fee. Once that didn’t work + my honest survey rating submitted to their higher ups, it seems they were forced to help me, just to save their face. Not at all to help me because they were wrong, or felt sorry for the distress they put me thru. Left a bad taste in my experience with Camden so far.

Absolutely terrible place to live. Office staff is useless. Fellow tenants are terrible. Best thing about this trash can of a facility is the location. It's worth it to commute and live somewhere else.

Rosalyn has been so very helpful to us as we moved from the northern part of the country and Canada. She helped us with all of the usual questions on all the services provided and even on the ones we needed to set up. Rosalyn has helped us make this move as stress free as possible. The suite she helped us get is absolutely wonderful and the view over looking the pond and fountain is fantastic. Thank you so very much in helping us relocate.

My family and I lived in Camden for the past 5 years. I've to Live at other Camden apartments, but there is just something about Camden Lee Vista That I love. I had the pleasure of enjoying both the old fashion style apartments and now the newly renovated ones. I am even more in love than before with the beauty of this place I call home. when it comes to the staff, the entire team from the front office to maintenance are all great!. They're all courteous, understanding, and responsive. The community is beautiful inside and out with the help of maintenance. They do their best to keep the community clean. I look forward to making Camden Lee Vista my home for a couple more years. Keep up the great job Rosalyn, Nelly, Luis, Jose, Jen, and the wonderful maintenance crew.

First of all, I wish to express very special thanks to Jose Rosado. As the night on call maintenance expert, Jose was instrumental in assisting and saving loss of property. A pipe had broke in my wall and caused excessive water to leak. His ability to respond expeditiously and stop the leak was capstone. His knowledge and capability to act was instrumental in preventing damage to the property and my apartment. Since I have lived here I have never experienced any maintenance issues the team at Camden could not fix. Hats off to Jose and his team!! Service with a smile! As I travel 80% of the time, I know while I am gone my property is in good hands. Again, than you Jose for a superior job, WELL DONE!! Thank you Camden team for the inspiring support to your tenants and my neighbors!! Special Thanks to Rosalyn and Jennifer of the front office staff for all you do, and the whole maintenance team!!

The staff at this community executes 5-stars customer service skills. They are very professional, knowledgeable and make you feel very welcomed. Jose Adorno went the extra mile to help me with the application process. And Ellie gave me tips on how to take care of the quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. When it comes to maintenance, the corresponding staff takes care of the requests in less than 24 hours. Thank you Jose Rosado. The staff always answers the phone during business hours. And the property is very nice and well kept. As a matter of fact, this is the 3rd time that I have lived in this community. And it gets better every time.!

Being in this community for the last year and a half has been wonderful even through out covid, Maintenance has always kept the community clean and the two times that I needed maintenance it was handled in a quick and efficient manner. Most importantly the leasing staff like Rosalind was always there to answer me any type of questions or concerns . I want to thank amazing Jennifer the property manager that really showed care for the people in the community and was helpful as much as she could be. The people in this community are friendly and it's a good community. Only reason I am leaving it's because of work I have to relocate or I would of definitely stayed. Sincerely. Jose S

With everything going on in the globe, I cant believe the level of professionalism I received with Luis from Camden Lee Vista. He was able to help me with virtual tours via skype and walk me through the process of renting with Camden. I have yet to be provided this level of service from other companies. Luis also managed to be personable and relatable, making me feel more comfortable with renting with Camden in the near future. I loved how comforted I felt with everything via video calls. Thank you Luis, I cant tell you love what you do.

I was at Camden Lee Vista from 2017-19 before being transferred. A few months later I was transferred back and the only place I wanted to live was Camden Lee Vista. Any time I have ever needed service, they were there quickly. Staff is friendly. Gym was is good. Love the pools. And the area is quiet considering its in the city.

Please beware, the staff here is horrible. They have no compassion what so ever. They hide behind every word of the lease, so read it carefully, but that does not matter, as I was just told by Luis in the office, they have every right to change it when they want to. If you move to any Camden Apartment Complex you will have the same issues. BTW, you also have to ask for air filters. Who ever heard of such a thing in Florida???

I've been living in Camden Lee Vista for two months now and I absolutely love this place. I got one of the newly renovated units. I get compliments on the hardwood floors and modern appliances all of the time. The staff is extremely friendly especially Jose. Thanks for always responding to my emails whenever I have a question. The maintenance team is amazing, any service requests we've had have been dealt with immediately. I would definitely recommend this community.

My girlfriend and I are moving into this community in a few days! We are so excited. The newly renovated apartments are stunning. Everyone at the leasing office was very kind and helpful in helping us make the transition. Ellie took care of us for the most part, she was amazing! I highly recommend checking out Camden Lee Vista.
