I came in for a tour and I was greeted by the biggest smile ever. Luis was absolutely amazing. You can tell he really cares about his community, residents, coworkers and treats everyone like family. He answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything he was going over and even made it a point to get to know me and my mom. We loved the community, apartment and Luis so much that we signed the lease to move in at the end of the month. Thank you Luis for making me feel welcomed and like family. You are truly a blessing to us and to the company.

Basically me and my wife is feeling good staying and living in this Camden Lee Vista apartment complex BUT the problem is the noise produced by direct upstairs neighbor that to my understanding and perception, it is not making any sense. I fully understand and aware it is apartment living style but since we are living in a society, one should not act arrogant or selfish just because they stay the top most floor and not considering other tenants living downstairs that have same rights to live peacefully. It is quite often since I moved here just over 3-4 months, loud noises of every kind I can hear it and literally feel it directly from upstairs apartment and also the noise of people walking up and down the stairs like a large group of elephants passing by. Noises such as heavy stomping steps, heavy object being dropped down, door banging sounds, drawer banging sounds, creaking & cracking sound of the drywall roof makes my staying here so miserable for many months. Not to mention also rent price is increased for renewal and things are not getting even better overall!!!

I'm currently at the end of my lease and it seems like management stops caring about their residents by the time their lease is coming to an end. On July 12 I emailed office staff TWICE regarding an animal in my roof scratching at night. I received no response...after a few days my husband went to the office and spoke with another office staff member who was very nice, and she placed a work order on July 20 for the situation on our apartment, and said she emailed the community manager. She also left my husband a voicemail saying by monday which was July 23, the maintenance manager would come in and check the roof for an animal etc. When my husband spoke to her he told her he had pictures of a raccoon that's been eating our trash (valet) and videos of the noises. This Wednesday August 1 my husband went again asking for a credit on our rent this month due to this annoyance. They said "it doesn't work that way" and the community manager PERSONALLY gave her word to my husband that someone would come on the following day (Aug 2). It's August 3rd, and still no one has came! So much for their "word". It's been 3 weeks since the initial email, and 2 weeks since service request was placed. 3 weeks of trying to sleep with an animal scratching around the roof and walls. And with a health hazard ! Because animals piss and ---- everywhere! We've been coughing a lot and my 8 month old as well. THEY EXPECT US TO BE OKAY WITH A HEALTH HAZARD, when things like this should be resolved within 7 days, and then they don't want to give us a WELL DESERVED credit on our rent for the last 3 weeks of being patient and dealing with a health hazard and an annoyance every single day/night !! Unprofessional. Happy I'm leaving. I'm contacting corporate as well, because this is ridiculous, not only for health and inconvenience concerns- but so not right that even though we've been understanding they won't offer any concessions on our rent amount for the remaining days of our lease. We are leaving by his Monday the 6th! A week before our lease ends! The least they could do is credit the 12 days of August we have to pay when we've been dealing with this hazard and annoyance for 3 weeks !!!

Leaving the complex was bitter sweet. Jose and Pilar in the office are so awesome! I am really going to miss working with them. They are both so responsive and sweet. Any concern I had they took care of immediately. Jose and Pilar represent the Camden brand very well. I wish I could bring them with me to my new apartment!

I have loved my experience living at Camden Lee Vista so far. It's a resort style hommie feeling, every time something is wrong in my apartment (not that has been much wrong) someone takes care of it right away. The location it's amazing, 7 minutes away from the airport, close to all kinds of shopping and recreational places but quiet at the same time. The staff is great, kudos to the manager, Ana, and Jose, Pilar, Denise (which no longer works at this property but was amazing!) and Olga! They all have been very helpful at some point one way or another.

Great Staff! Beautiful Property! Rosalyn is always super helpful! Olga was awesome too! Jose always has a smile on his face and the manager goes above and beyond, as well. The location of this property is highly desired, as it's close to everything, but still feels secluded and private.

I lived in Camden lee vista 4years and it went from bad to worse!! Save yourself the headache the staff here is the worse I've ever seen!!! Especially the management!! Cars are constantly vandalized, homes broken into every month. They know this and do not invest in security or cameras! I have created awareness to fellow neighbors by posting on community sight and they have blocked me and have terminated my lease without probable cause! Not that I was looking to renew anyway!! Stay far from here!!!! Its nice on the outside but dont fall for the illusion Management sucks, leasing consultant ---- is a disrespectful pervert that will try to hit on everyone and everything -------------------------------------!! Disgraceful!! Pool always dirty, no working jets in hot tub for 2yrs, NOT SAFE for families

Stop!! Your family and property are not safe here!! It was said to me by the property manager her self ------------ that my families safety is not guaranteed, I wish they would mentioned during the leasing process! My wife was also asked why did she continue to renew the lease if we are not happy here? Also from the property managers mouth after telling her that our car was vandalized. Camden staff with the exception of 2 or 3 are just as bad!!! They don't greet you at all in fact they just stare at you with a blank look as you pass by, they are rude, they talk crap about the residents, they think the club house is there's!!! I pay $1400.00 for a 2 bedroom, if I wanna sit in the club house with my kids to do homework, I should never be asked to leave because corporate is on there way to the property!!! Mined you the rent goes up almost $100 every time you renew the lease forcing out the loyal residents for the trash that's been moving in!!! Corporate is also not very accommodating. I have made multiple compliants to corporate who promise to take care of the problem and would get back to me, never happened!!! There is so much more to say like the pool that is never clean, the hot tub that is never hot and the jets been broken since last year, the lack of security and cameras but I could probably write a book on all the crap that goes on in Camden. Please use this as your last resort, this is not a place to bring a family. I wish someone would have warned me too. Don't fall for it, it all glitz and glamour until you sign the lease.

This has got to be the absolute worst place I've ever had to deal with. Staff is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional, this includes the district manager who I've personally spoken to about issues. They will tell you one thing in regards to your lease, then go back on their word. This is a scam and YOU will be the one that pays for it, literally.

I'll be very honest with my review. I moved into Camden Lee Vista in June, 2016. Andrew was great in showing me around and picked the perfect apartment for me with all my requirements. My apartment is spacious since I have a large, extra space (solarium) instead of the terrace. The master bathroom is huge, big walk-in closets, double sinks, full size washer and dryer. I wish they had wood floors, but the carpet is nice, yet requires lots of maintenance to keep clean. Overall, very pleased. I did not have to pay a deposit, but I think the water bill and trash services are pretty high - $25 for valet trash pickup, but they don't pick up on Friday or Saturday? For that amount, it should be every day. I end up having to throw it out myself many times, including recycling items. Also, how can one person be charged $76, when I buy water, don't cook or only wash clothes 2x a month? A neighbor told me he pays $50 and he has a few people in his home! I will be addressing that with management. The cable and internet is included at a good price, which won me over, and I got storage with my apt., which I love. The place is beautiful, but at night there are many dark paths which need more lighting. I have advised management, but nothing done yet. I have to carry a flashlight when walking my dog. I love that it's dog friendly, but there are many tenants who are "pigs" and don't pick up after their dogs, even though poop bags and garbage bins are provided. It's really gross, and I wish management would demand they do so or charge them fines if they don't. Otherwise, they should have the crew pick up the poop when they clean the dog bins because I'm tired of my dog and I stepping on it. I love the dog and car wash station, as well as the pools (even though the hot tub spouts are still not working properly, and a lot of the tenants and I have complained), awesome gym, new business center, and lounge. The staff is great, with extra kudos to Andrew and Jose, who have been very considerate and awesome to deal with. The staff are also very nice and extremely helpful when I needed assistance. Maintenance is quick and efficient when I place a work order, usually within a day. I need to say, though, that management can do a better job of keeping the parking areas cleaner, sweeping the hallways (a dead frog, and numerous leaves/dirt have been in the hallway for more than a week), and fixing damaged landscapes in the small plant islands by the buildings. I asked a few times for landscaping to be fixed, but it hasn't been done yet (the plants are dead or missing and holes in the dirt where bugs reside). They need to keep the gates better locked, and it's not safe when cars sneak in through the gate after you. I had more than 6+ cars sneak in one evening. Anyone can come in, and sometimes I worry about my safety, especially when there are so many dark paths in the parking areas, and I come home late at night. They need more lighted areas outside, but their hallways are extremely well lit. Overall, I am very happy here, and have recommended this community to friends and strangers alike. I plan to be here for a while, unless they raise the rent too high, which I'm told happens in Florida a lot. Nowhere is perfect, but this place feels like home. It might sound like nitpicking on some things, but I like to be proud of my home, and for the rent/fees they charge, they could improve on a few things.

My review on 3 Camden Properties exceeds the character limits, so below I had to create a link for those who would like to read it the entire review. https://www.dropbox.com/s/rljfwsk4dzsnqos/Camden%20review.doc?dl=0 First off I will say, I would not recommend any of the Camden properties. Camden as a whole should be ashamed to advertise the "best company to work for" when their employees are untrained, rude and make up rules as they go. The managers lie about the policies because all the Camden properties say different things but state its COMPANY policy. Now on to my personal experience with Camden Lee Vista. I'm a big review person when it comes to where my next home will be. I reviewed Lee Vista prior to moving to Florida in August 2015. We met a guy name Jose, who at the time seemed knowledgeable of the company he was representing. We had a nice tour of the property after viewing numerous apartments the prior day. We chose Camden Lee Vista because it was in a quiet area. After the tour with Jose, we were told to fill out the application online. At the time we were only visiting Florida trying to find the right home for our family. To give an approximate time frame it would have been July 2015. We completed the application before we even headed back to SC. We were approved for the apartment with no deposit. Great news! Jose called us and said all we need to do is bring in the first month's rent on our move in day, which would have been around August 2015. He also told us that once we arrived, we would need to have the power setup in our name and have renter's insurance setup (no deadline given). Where we are from, you have 3 business days AFTER you move in to have everything set up. Our move in day happened to be on a Saturday which was when the apartment would be available. We got there on Saturday & picked up our keys. We are then told by another worker that we should have had the power transferred into our name before getting the keys. Not once were we told to have it setup prior to picking up our keys. We called OUC to have it set up but they could not have it transferred over to our names until that Monday. I've dealt with several power companies before and have never had an issue of not being able to setup service on the weekend. Anyways that wasn't the big issue. We were told we could still get the keys; otherwise we would have had to get a hotel & we had a big u-haul truck that I only had reserved for 3 days. So we moved in and gave Lee Vista the confirmation number that the power would be transferred that Monday. A month goes by and rent is due. To our surprise, we were charged $100 in fees plus the power bill for September for not having the power transferred prior to move in. Let me state again, we were never told to have it transferred before move in and the new guy Jose knews this. Also they heard us confirm with OUC that it would take 2 days to set it up. We basically had to deal with it because there was nothing that could be done since "this came from corporate". We paid the bill because we had no choice. The next month, we get the same $100 charge. I figured it was an error. I go to the office and demand an explanation. They tell us we never transferred the power. I explain to them that we gave them the confirmation number, so that was incorrect. We call OUC who tells us that they never applied the deposit because it was over the weekend. The deposit was $100. We ask where the $100 went, "oh it was just sitting in limbo". Since the $100 was never applied, the power was never transferred to our name. OUC never said anything nor did Camden for 2 months. How are we at fault? I clearly try to fight this with both parties, as always "there is nothing they can do. ->continued in link above. So I paid rent, the $100 fee plus the amount of the power bill for two months-a $400 increase over the course of 2 months. It was all due to miscommunication between Camden and OUC. Honestly, it was the leasing agent who did not communicate the information. ->cont in link above

Moved into Camden Lee Vista from another Camden Community in March; I moved here because it was extremely close to my job. This property is well maintained, heavenly landscaped like a work of art. My apartment has a beautiful pond view with an amazing fountain. Not only have I worked for Camden for three years, but I always lived on a Camden property before working for them.

The manager is horrible she treated us like crap and never helped us with our problems. The noise was terrible and we lived on the 3rd floor we can hear partying from downstairs every single night and the staff wouldn't say nothing to them. Because we were completely unhappy they let us brake our lease to move. Maintenance takes about a week
