im moving on 3_14_16,ima miss camden lee vista rhe reason why im.moving is because the got rid of the basketball court.thats the.reason why we moved here in the first place...but the office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful....ima.miss going there everymoring geting my coffee.its just to bad they got rid of the basketball court

I am a current resident in Camden Lee Vista. Two months since I moved in, and already looking for another place to move out. The place is fair in regards to quietness and cleanness, although you can find a better place with the rent amount you will be charged here. What I didn't like the most is that their staff are very unprofessional, and treat you like dirt should you ask questions. I was amazed to see how rude they are. I will not go into details, but I was shocked how disrespectful and condescending the staff can be if you ask questions. I don't usually write reviews. This is one of the few times that I do. And I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros- Property is nice. Landscape looks great all the time. Staff is very pleasant. Apartments are well taken care of & have a nice layout. Close to lots of restaurants & shopping. Cons- They say it's a gated community, yet the gates are always open. They say they are doing an update but I don't see how it can take a month to get that done. The side gates are not working either so anyone can just walk into the property. 2 week ago a late model Honda was left on center blocks & the wheels were stolen. They have had a dumpster in the rear of the property for almost a month with furniture over flowing. It was removed, and another one is right back it its place over flowing again now with furniture & garbage.

This place is good in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and is quiet most of the times. One of the problem I have is that, this place is not well lit and in the night it's difficult to see creatures coming beneath your shoes. Couple of times by mistake I stepped on a frog, lizard. Would be good to if the outdoor lighting can be improved. Also, not sure how safe is the "gated community" concept. I see so many people tailgating, I myself have followed cars going in without showing the access card as once the gate is opened 3 to 4 cars can easily enter before the gate closes again. There is surely room for improvement there. The maintenance staff is very efficient and absolutely no complaints about that. It has been excellent.

My only issues are minor and are simply annoying things other residents do like litter and not pick up dog poop. Otherwise, no major problems.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: Staff is friendly, place is well maintained, usually pretty quiet except for the obvious fact that it's near the airport but that doesn't bother me at all, great amenities, multiple pools, 24 hour gym.

i dont like that cable is automatically included in the rent as i dont watch cable tv. i dont like that the door to door garbage pickup requires putting out the garbage right before pickup - otherwise racoons get in and make a mess and the complex does NOT take care of this.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: the grounds are beautiful. the apartments are good quality. recycle bins are provided. the online posting board is handy. leases can be transferred to other properties. gated entry is nice except when school buses let out and the kids dont have key cards so they walk in the middle of the street through the gates. there are lots of areas where doggie bags are provided for pickup. there are lots of positive things about this property.

We have moved here in 2012 and our experience has been great, except for the price of the rent. They raised our rent for almost $100 after living here for a year. We like the place because it is quiet and well maintained. We had issues like bugs(palmetto), ants, broken a/c, etc., but the maintenance crew is beyond AWESOME and they attended to our requests promptly - they were really quick to resolve our issues. The valet trash is pretty convenient too. Parking will be an issue if you live towards the front of the complex since most of the 3 bedroom apartments are there, but if you are situated towards the back, it's quite peaceful and more parking space. Everything comes with a price though - even if we would love to stay here so much longer, we would have to move after our lease is up, since the rent is just too high and unreasonable.

This is just my experience with this property, this don t mean that other people have not had a better stay than I did: This is alright place to live, the price I got was good and the neighbors are quiet and the kids are good as well (at least where my apartment was). However, I have had a lot of issues with this property. Since moving here in Oct 2012 I've had bug issues and I am still having those issues. They claimed that it was because I live by the lake but I've lived in houses that had lakes nearby and never had any issues. I have found spiders, ants, black bugs that look like love bugs, palmetto bugs, and one time I found a large roach crawling down my blinds! I also had a peeping Tom looking thru my window! Also the leasing agents in the front office are lacking in their customer services skills. For example, I was speaking to the leasing agent Olga (she is newer to that property or that s the first time I saw her) and then an agent from another Camden property came in and Olga stopped assisting me to talk to her friend. When the other agent told Olga to "go help her" meaning me, she ignored her. Then she tried to justify it by saying "I used to work with her" as if I should sympathize with her for the need to talk to her friend. Umm no! Your friend can wait. I will say if you do move here the only person I would talk to is Anna the Manager. She is AWESOME, and will

When I first moved in here I was impressed. Is certainly a beautiful complex. Then I realized that is not family oriented which is bad for me since I have children. The only space they have to play is the basketball court...which is not so good by the way. There are not playgrounds or gamerooms for the kids. The pools are nice and well maintained. They say there are security cameras all around the place..but I have my doubts if the cameras are working or not. There are people that doesn't respect the rules about the hours to use the main pool...and this bother me because the make so much noise in inappropriate time like 2 to 3 am. The maintenence workers are very kind and professionals... We do our complains online and the morning after they are knocking my door to fix the problem..so quick!! We have never had a problem with the leasing office personnel. ..Although they have been nice with us... and the apartment is gorgeous and spacious, we are not going to stay living here. We are just waiting to finish the contract to leave. The rent is too high and they raise the rent every year. If you are going to live here... read carefully the terms of the contract... that is the best advise I can give you.

I lived at Camden Lee Vista from March 2012 to June 2013. I've read several of the reviews just now and everyone has their own living experiences. Camden Lee Vista was the best apartment complex I've lived at (cosmetically), also the most expensive. It is definitely over priced for the area then again it keeps most unwanted neighbors out (but not from visiting). The apartment complex is very quiet. The grounds are well kept. Its very beautiful. There are a lot of families. Both pools are nice. The gym is the size of a closet with very little equipment. There is an inside basketball court that attracts everyone and anyone. The maintenance workers are great. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. We had a problem with our air conditioner and they came in the middle of the night, temporarily fixed it then came back the next day to actually fix the problem. The front staff has become progressively ruder. When I first lived there the staff was much better. Parking is not assigned so if you get home past 9pm, you wont find parking near your building. (Everyone parks close due to the frequent vehicle burglaries). My best friend's car was stolen from the front of my building, then again she owned a Honda Civic, and the surrounding areas of this apartment aren't the best. When we first moved in, we had a problem with maintenance coming in and out of the apartment at their leisure. We changed the locks and did not give the office a key and the problem stopped. My sister's car got broken into fifteen minutes after she parked it. She was upstairs for about 15 minutes, went back down and someone had broken in around 1 am. The apartment itself is very nice though. I was fortunate to have semi quiet neighbors. Honestly the experience wasn't horrifying like other reviews. The car break-in, car theft, rude staff and maintenance in and out of the apartment were the bad in my living experience; but then again this is ORLANDO.

Its worse than a low...

Its worse than a low income property but paying a lot more.The only good things , the upfront pool and maintenance service and landscaping. The security is a joke, no guards, only fakes cameras. Gated community? Very slower, gain access at least 4 vehicules after a resident open the gate. Guetto people inside with boom booms inside the cars and broom broom in the mufflers. If you have childrens,find another complex to live.

It's been wonderful for...

It's been wonderful for the last 6 years that we have been with camden. The office girls are very nice and will help you with anything you need. And the maintenance is the fastest service i have ever come across. All in a nut shell my grade is a A+.
