It's a great community to live, staff is friendly, if you have a maintenance problem, you will probably get it resolved quickly. The apartments are old, & so are the windows and AC, you'll have a lot of problems with that and that helps to have roaches constantly, it doesn't matter how often you use pest control

    A good community. Near a good location to many things. Access to 3 pools, womrout facility, basketball court, convience store and pizza shop. They do weekly workout activities. Do things for holidays. Staff is nice! A good location to many places.

      Don't live here until they change the manager of the office. They are rude, unrespect full and don't care about you. They just want to rent and have reason. The Security it's afraid to solve any problem in the area.

        It was great until we realized that our apartment smell was not going away. Our clothes, hair, and skin unfortunately smell like mold; and maintenance could not help with this issue. We do not blame them, and we are not upset with them! Nevertheless, we are very uncomfortable in our apartment and are beginning to feel physically ill. We've spent so much money trying to get rid of the smell. Other appliances are breaking too, such as our stove burners and door to the bathroom. We are hoping these problems can go away somehow.

          Park central has been a lovely place to live for almost 10years. Thank you, for always making me feel comfortable, i am looking forward to the changes coming for the fitness center, and I really like that Charles Towne was painted last year

            Great property and service team. the amenities are great. Pretty much everything is around this area so it's a great area to live. Having a pizzeria and a market store is also convenience and a plus to have on site

              My experience here as far as safety of the community is perfect. But Maintance don't care about your home, they don't do the job properly and treat your house like garbage. I feel is so expensive here for an apartment that's supposed to be luxury and is very the opposite. And there's always cockroaches problems, even when you clean and clean.

                  The maintenance requests get fixed well and in a somewhat timely manner. There have been a lot of them so far in the unit I just moved into but once they're all fixed, I should be good for quite a while.

                    Do not rent any units on the first floor. I live on the third floor in this community for two years now I'm in a different unit on the first floor it is awful. It was very quiet and peaceful on the third floor but I am miserable now.

                      Make sure you get Rock as your maintenance guy. Document everything. Don't have high expectations here at Charles towne. Alina is wonderful and helpful! I would also like the pool with the restaurant to allow tenants to bring their own booze to the pool, in a discrete container. Many people leave and go to another pool?

While we wish that we could have alcohol at the pools there is also a licensing issue that would conflict with the pizzeria if anything were to happen. The great news is Park Central has 5 pools so there are always options for you.

                        Added last time. It's ok. Close to entertainment and interstate, lots of traffic though and office doesn't fix problems fast enough or upgrade apartment fixtures. Older buildings so seals are weak and hard to keep house cooled down.

                              I love it here and the community is always clean You have a wide selection of pools and they are all GREAT garlic knots are AMAZING and the little store is like a bonus ...NOW lets get into the workers in the office they are ALL FREAKING GREAT ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP AND I LOVE IT THEY are ALL just so helpful doesn't matter how big or small the situation is

                                The apartments are nice however i dont believe they are worth as much as the rent other apartments in the area are cheaper. I wont stay if the rent continues to increase i feel like if new tenants get all the perks of free rent for 2 months when an current renter pays on time consistantly something should be done for them as well.

                                  It's been terrible so far, I moved in less than a month ago and I am 7+ work orders in. The orders are being closed before work is done and emergencies not responded to. The office isn't much help, I just get excuses.

                                      The community was not only a wonderful driving factor, but the staff and the experience with them made me want to live here. I kind of just happened on this place and was so grateful I did because it is now our home. The leasing office has been beyond helpful in answering any questions we have and has been willing to help wherever they can. I am so excited to live here and call this community my home.

                                        I had a really good experience. Zoe made this experience great. I moved 7 hours away from family which heightened stress l, but Zoe helped me feel better about the move overall. I recommend this community to anyone wanting to move in this area.

                                            I just moved in a few days ago, but so far it's actually good for an apartment living experience so far. This community has been here for a while, which is reflected in the appliances but not much else. The maintenance on the community is far better than any other I've drive through. The apartment I moved into wasn't likely renovated recently, but they did a great job making it feel new. The painting is clean and a better default color (nice light tan-ish brown) than the typical off-white eggshell that makes me feel like I'm in a ward or office. The walking paths are well landscaped and beautiful. The amenities are top notch due to clever partnerships with the management company. For example, there a fantastic pizzeria that sells gourmet style pizza by the Alize situated inside the community (I moved in 2 buildings away!) They have a full bar and entertainment with one of the community pools right next to the outdoor patio! The gym is basically a legit full fitness center with classes. Gate security is the right mix of lenient but safe that would discourage bad actors while not bothering your visitors or make them wait in super long lines. Patrolling security seems great! I've already seen red and blue flashing, but I didn't hear them run sirens. And that makes me feel safe because I'd rather see silent lights than hear gunshots or fighting? Also, the neighbors are super friendly ?? Overall 10/10 so far!

                                              Everything is great minus a few things. PCI security is a ------- joke. The communication with Ryan and Carol is also a ------- joke especially because when I send them emails, I send emails to both of them and Carol says she'll forward them to Ryan who NEVER RESPONDS. My dishwasher has had a draining problem since I moved in 10 months ago and they keep replacing God knows what part but it never fixes the issue. Idk why we're paying the full rent for an apartment where all the appliances don't work or don't work properly. Who knows if there's mold in the dishwasher and atm I'm pregnant. If there is mold and I end up getting sick, I'm suing this complex

                                                I like living in Charles Towne. From the beginning, Keyshaundra was able to give us a great experience with the move-in process. We did have an issue with our shower, and Warrick helped us resolve it the following day. I like the neighborhood and hope to live here for many years to come.
