Excellent reception by the administration, good location of apartments and comfort.The community is very nice, along with all the amenities they offer! All the staff are friendly and nice as well especially Marvia! He's so helpful when needed and makes you feel so welcomed.

I just moved here less than a month ago and my experience has been really bad. When I moved in the place was dirty, roaches everywhere, carpet in the bedroom smell, and I have to call several times to get maintenance to fix thing, the stove is really dirty, when I called one of the office employees told me they won't replace it.

Too soon to tell but so far very happy. The complex is very nice and the staff has been very courteous and helpful getting everything we need and showing us the possibilities. We wanted somewhere quiet and it meets that for sure.

So far it has been a great experience at the community! Beautiful complex, beautiful apartments, great neighbors, close to many different stores, has security, very friendly staff, can't really complain at the moment.

Apartment AC is not working and it's 80 degrees inside impossible to sleep, clean, or do any work inside. My energy bill is going to be high this month and inside is unliviable due to the heat. Not great.

It was easy to apply and start the move in process and the tour of all communications was super quick. All apartments look very nice and when it was time for me to apply super easy as well just moved in and love my apartment already

When we moved in, the leasing agent was so helpful and did what she needed to do to make us feel welcomed. The property is quite and clean. There needs to be a bit more upkeep on the lake, that's the area where I have seen more trash.

I am still new to the community, less than a month. However, the staff is absolutely amazing, attentive and have been extremely helpful when needed. The community itself looks beautiful, the trash is always picked up on time. So far I love it!

Grounds are clean, facilities are well kept, office staff has been super helpful throughout the move in process. I had some issues that hung up my application, and in the middle of driving and moving down, the office staff was more than willing to work with me and get everything ironed out before I arrived.

Process was effortless, all staff was amazing in making us feel comfortable and at ease with the application process. They took us to sample apartments and took their time showing us everything the place as to offer. Very grateful for the Experience.

( SCARED TO POST THIS HONESTLY BUT IT NEEDS TO BE OUT THERE ) This Community so far is only great for the location / convenience if your a healthcare worker or in college. The Office team members are all unprofessional they do not communicate as a team unless its bad news about A Tenant. I rated them prior to my transfer and instantly my boyfriends and I became a target. they were more worried about their rating then our concerns ! we were helped by Marvia ( management ) our transfer thinking this time around someone is here to help us and not just worried about getting someone into a home that's not ready and was still lied to about many different things, Your car will be towed even if your car is on file at the leasing office as I found out that they are contracted with the Tow Company which makes things 10x bad. all I will say is IF YOU HAVE TO MOVE HERE DUE TO WORK / SCHOOL make sure you have your own PAPER TRAIL / KEEP ALL EMAILS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE VERY CLEAR WITH PRICING AND ANY AGREEMENTS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMEONE INCLUDING YOURSELF READ OVER ANYTHING BEFORE SIGNING PAPER WITH THIS OFFICE !

Great community. I was initially given the wrong mailbox key when I moved in so I wasn't able to get my mail for the first week and a half. Mainly my fault since I procrastinated putting in a work request. But once I did, they quickly resolved the issue.

Overall very nice, apartment wasn't in great condition at move in, but the move in process was very easy. The community likes nice and tidy, walls are quite thin however and for some reason landscaping leafblows the stairs and doors at 11am

prior to move in I was shown and told one thing then once they got me to sign the lease I was giving an apartment that was total not what was shown etc had bathroom problems , car was towed even after yall ask for car information so if your not going to use that car information why are yall charging us for decals if we still can be towed with one ? now im in Charlestown and once again horrible roaches , bad paint job , flooring oh my gosh I could write a book about what is all wrong in here!

When I 1st moved in it was pretty nice and I never had problems but the last 2 years it has just been constant problems and maintenance does not help at all... You would think that for a person that has been here over 6 years that they would do better and treat us better.... But I guess everybody's replaceable....

Infestation of Roaches, haven't been able to live here since I MOVED IN !!!!!!! My 1 year old son hasn't been able to have a home bc of this. Supposedly they "took care of the issue" I came back home the following day to check & it was WORSE !

I Love the safety and cleanliness of any home here at park central , from the moment I drove in to the moment I opened my door . Alena and Vanessa from the office are great lovely ladies . They listen and answer all and any questions I had . I recommend any home here in Park Central.

Great community, very clean, office staff very courteous, maintenance staff responds very quickly. I would recommend this community, I enjoy living here in this community. The move in process was very quickly.

Amazing community to live in, safe and clean. Great office staff, great security team. Lots of fun stuff on property to do. Nice dog parks and boardwalk, nice lake, park bench's. Super close to a lot of major stores.

It's nice. People are friendly. Close to everything. Spacious apartments. Maintenance does a great job! They come and fix the request right away!! The people in the office are very nice and helpful. Security is great!

Very nice community. Staff is great and responds to issues in a timely manner. The community amenities are within walking distance and if any are closed for maintenance, they are good to send alerts asap to keep residents in the loop. Community is also very close to millennia which has a variety of stores.

It's nice and quiet and for the most part everyone here is so kind and welcoming. It's a nice environment for myself and my family where we know we are secure with a gated community. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to other to rent out an apartment here
