Until recently I have loved living here at Park Central. Recently I have noticed a decline in the level of care to the grounds. The bridge walkway around the pond is falling apart and the stairs are dangerous to walk on. There has been an increase in domestic violence. The neighborhood is going in the wrong direction. We will be moving out when our lease is up.

This has been the best experience that I have had moving into an apartment community. Tom and Alena are the best at guiding and assisting new residents with options and moving in, as well as taking care of existing residents. They truly strive to meet everyone needs and are genuinely good people that happen to work at an awesome rental community.

Awesome community everything is at your fingertips plus very friendly neighborhood.I love the different events that goes on at the restaurant/bar the office staff is amazing along with the maintenance team.

One of the better options in orlando. I wish rent prices were more controlled but ultimately they provide convenience when a lot of groups here don't. In fact, many don't even try to compete or look at customers as human beings

No comments yet until they fix the issues. Live in a place with roaches is horrible and unhealthy, l would like that you guys do pest control weekly and please come and clean the carpet of the first closet

This community is great so far, it have a lot of amenities that is very convenient for you as far as a small market place, a restaurant and several other amenities that others will be very interesting in.

Actually it has been excellent I live here since 2016 that I moved to Belmont and the next year to Charleston and I have never had a problem it is a very quiet community but there are tenants who do not know how to live in communities that it bothers them to walk and that is inevitable but for the most I really like it and I would like you to spray more for cockroaches thanks

Awesome! We just moved from New York and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had to move quickly due to a transfer in jobs and the staff was so on top of everything. Moving to a different state can be difficult but the staff at Charles Towne made it so easy.

We are brand new to the apt so far everything is wonderful. Staff are friendly, apt is clean, community is welcoming. We love the location. It's quiet but 20 minutes from everything! Downtown, Disney, Orlando, school

I love it here. Andre is the maintenance king! Carlos is always there ready to help. The leasing office has your your back hoping to make your leasing experience good. I've been here for 4 years now and it's always been nice. Thanks guys

They were all very helpful. Only downfall is that you don't see the exact apartment that you are renting, just a model. Also inspect everything very closely. They have been very helpful with extra cleaning and pest control in the apartment

Would not recommend living in a 1st floor unit. You will definitely have to deal with the noise from the unit above you. Not all second floors are carpeted like they say they are, so the wood laminate floors are VERY loud when you live below them.

My partner and I are new Orlando residents coming from living in South Florida for many years. We were obviously very nervous about relocating and finding the right place for us. We took many trips up for weekends and toured MANY complex's in the Orlando and Kissimmee area and turned up with many places being unprofessional, dirty areas around complex and not enough amenities. We finally came across Park Central and were greeted warmly by Amanda in the main office. She sat down and spoke with us about our exact wants and needs which is something other places did not ask and gave us a tour of this neighborhood. From the kind greeting at the guard gate to seeing how nicely the property is managed and finally to see how beautiful of an apartment we could possibly get we were ready to put a deposit down. We were helped every step of the way and Amanda kept us in the loop of anything going on with our new place which was amazing, especially since we lived almost 3.5 hours away. She made the move in process amazingly simple and stress free and walked the apartment with us and immediately called her service manager or opened tickets for maintenance for any things we found in the apartment which were not to our expectations and they were fixed within a couple days. Our favorite room is our living room where we spend most of our time. We love our high ceilings and the space we had to decorate how we want. We are very happy with our choice of Charlestowne at Park Central and excited for new memories here.

I have been living in Charlestown community for one year and I love it here.Park Central is like living in a resort. It's awesome!The office staff is very pleasant and the maintenance team is great.I am writing this review especially because one maintenance guy stands out to me.He calls his self the," Mayor of Charlestown".I find that cute and funny.I love his sense of humor. Andre is his name.Thank you Andre for all the hard work you do for my family,the neighborhood and I. You are one of the reasons that my family and I will be staying another year!Happy New Years!Keep up the good work!Park Central rocks!

This rating has been longer over due. I wanted to express my gratitude to Andre from maintenance for Park Central Charles Towne. As well as the front office staff in the leasing office; Tom, Stu, Carol. From the beginning Andre has been the greatest help with always a smile on his face. He goes above and beyond in his work and he deserves all the recognition in the world. I love living here but maintenance, especially Andre, makes living here even better. Any worries I had about any apartment issue was quickly resolved. I am grateful for the front office as well. Tom always gets things done in a quick and easy way. He always makes sure that everyone is taken care of. He goes above and beyond my expectations. My text messages are always answered. I am so happy to have Andre and the front office working here. I would like to express how grateful I am to have such hardworking people here at Park Central. From the management in the office to the maintenance men who keep this place running 24/7. Andre has helped me unconditionally several times as all the others who are still here or come and gone. People dont realize how hard these guys work in extreme heat to keep this property going through constant changes and residents. Theirs always going to be 5 second haters who never look at the bigger picture and wont to cut down whats good and then run but those of us who are like a rock and dont move come and clear that all up with a honest truthful review. Im thankful to God for Park Central, its been my home away from home(Tennessee). Anyway, more positive reviewers are needed. Dont take goodness for granite. We should be speaking louder and in greater numbers than the complainers/dividers/backstabbers/etc. Being silent and saying it should be that way is not praising what needs to be praised. So I will preface this review by saying that i have lived in the complex for 14 years either apartment or townhome. I am also extremely satisfied with the maintenance guy Vic who covers Manor Row. He is professional, courteous, punctual, he takes pride in his work and does an excellent job and he is always willing to help whenever possible. He is a gentleman and this development is lucky to have him and this review is in no way related to him. That being said about two and a half months ago i rented an aprtment for 8 months in Manor Row while I wait for a home to be built. When i moved in and since i have had the following problems. 1. Dryer burnt out (an issue prior to moving in but it was never fixed) and had to be replaced with a new unit. 2. while the guys were fixing the dryer i noticed that the faucets were backwards in the kitchen (hot was cold and cold was hot) while they were here they also fixed that. 3. At the same itime i discovered that there was a significant leak under the kitchen sink, the result of a faulty valve. 4. then the A.C in the upstairs apartment leaked and came through our ceiling and that had to be repaired. 5. then we had a toilet leak due to a faulty part. Any thing that needed fixing. 6. Next the door lock seized up and we had to get the locks replaced. Now we get to the really good stuff. So on wednesday the 7th of June the A.C stopped working. called emergency line and they came out and said that the unit was empty of freon. when i questioned the fact that the unit is sealed they told me yes and you shouldnt lose the freon. i asked where the leak was and they didnt know, but your A.C works now!! Thursday my wife was home all day and began to feel nauseated and had very bad headaches and didnt know why. On friday 9th june the A.C stopped working again. Thankfully Vic came out he said the freon was out again and that there was clearly a leak. the difference you ask Vic actually went looking for the leak and found it inside the apartment in the main handler. So in 48hrs all the freon had again leaked out into the apartment explaining why my wife was sick. He told us that we would probably need a new unit but it needed approval. We tried not to use the A.C but by sunday it was 90 degrees in the apartement and so we turned it on to find that once again it didnt work and had leaked out again. They again refilled it but we couldnt risk using it and so lived in a humid hot apartment for 2 more days before they replaced the unit. so on my first day off I went to the office and asked to speak to a manager as now I have reached the point where I want to break my lease but I dont feel I should give 60 days and 2 months rent to break the lease once i find a new place. The lady in the office says you need to speak to Tom. Tom played the we fixed your problems in a timely manner there is nothing we can do game. I told him I had been in the unit two and a half months and risking my wifes health was the last straw (why could the first person not look for a leak and not put her at risk) So instead of getting the manager he looks up on line the health effects of freon as if im lying to him. Then e gets a maintanence supervisor to come and tell me that in all his years he has had no medical effects from freon and that "you would literally have to huff it like a kid". I told them thats not the point, You put me and my wife at risk. Not only that but there are probably many A.C guys out there who have never had a problem but plenty of victims still exist. You have a legal responsibility to protect your residents! Then Tom i think in an effort to get rid of me told me to email him and he would see what he could do. I have no clue if my email will ever reach corporate as i couldnt even see the manager. I asked if he could give me the email of the person i needed to speak to and the answer was NO!. therefore im writing this to warn people that the customer service is horrendous, the staff have no concern for your safety, they clearly dont care about potential legal ramifications and the office do not care about anything other than rent$$$. One good thing Vic is the best maintenance guy out there and should get an award for his work!

I've lived in Park Central for about a year and a half now. I started in Charlestown for the first year, then upgraded to Manor row from there. The process of transferring my lease was very quick and simple. Angie in the office is my go to person when I need to get things done in regards to my lease! She's personable and fun to work with! Since being in Manor row, I've been incredibly impressed with my maintainance guy Victor! He takes so much pride in this community and wants to make sure we are all taken care of! Recently, out air conditioner went bad. Vic came right over to check it out! Unfortunately, the piston was siezed in the unit, so it would require a full replacement of our system. They ordered a brand new air conditioner and installed it for us in a timely manor, which I am incredibly thankful for! Overall, this place is great! We have many recreation facilities including an onsite gym that's really big! As well as 5 pools throughout the communities! Everything is well kept and the staff is friendly! We even have a great security staff! I would greatly encourage anyone looking for an apartment to come check out Park Central!

I have lived here for something more than a year, and I am very pleased overall, the security is good, the maintenance of the common areas and units is excellent. The times i have needed some sort of arrangement in my unit, the answer always has been inmediate especially by our maintenance guy VICTOR! He always solves the problems with professionalism and in a way that does not present any problems again, we are always happy with the results and very pleased that he always responds immediately and efficiently Thanks Victor! very grateful for your excellent job and attention. Is a good place to live and I highly recommend it.

Leasing office located in Belmont offer terrible customer service, any support or questions inquired never seem to be taken care of. Their system bounced a check for one reason or another and they decided to charge me $150 fee 100 being the late payment and the 50 being their fee for the check "declining" talked to the bank and says they never saw them actually pull the money out of the account or attempt to but they didn't care. Terrible service Khalila Bradley is very condescending the only redeeming thing about this place is The maintenance team and security

Hello my son lives in Belmont and he is always talking about his maintenance guy (Andre) he say Andre is like Johnny on the spot,Andre comes in to do a work order once he completes it Andre ask questions about other things in the apartment, Now Andre is My maintenance guy I Charles Towne and my son is right Johnny on the spot. I CAN TELL Andre loves his job Keep it Andre.

I just want to give thanks to the staff in my apartment complex. My maintanance orders are always taken care of in a promptly manner and with professionalism. Victor is usually the person who comes to take care of repairing things in my apartment and he does a great job and is very respectful. The manager Carol Green always takes the time to call after every order I put to follow up and get feedback. I don't do bad business with anything in my life. And I am so happy to live here. I've been here for two years and I love it. Everyone here, makes it so much better. Maria Lofredo and Myledis also. Is there a possibility that I could get an upgrade on the light features of the kitchen and dining room?. They are starting to look kind of old and out dated. I thought I would ask.
