Amazing workers, and amazing service. The gentleman helped me with my issues and provided a brand new dryer for the one that broke. He also was very kind and let me know each step as he needed to leave and return to my apartment for materials. I also have a puppy who wouldn't stop barking and he informed me about his dog at home and how it wasn't an issue at all! I've never experienced such fast, nice, and useful maintenance workers in a complex. Thank you again!

We love living here. It's so quiet and when you need something to be fix, they respond fast. The staff is nice, the community is great, and we have a lot of parking space. We have gym, pools, lakes, a lot of green.. We just love living here.

I had a lot of issues when I first moved in. Things were not working properly and lots of headaches, but I will say the management and maintenance team here is actually helpful, nice and very efficient. The only issue here can be neighbors but and parking but that happens everywhere you go.

The leasing staff was very timely and helpful. My agent kept in contact the best she could and took me to view the apartment as soon as it was ready. They greeted with smiles and even prepared a welcome basket with treats for my dog!

Parking spot could be re-done. The paces are too close to each other and its causing people to hit each other cars or no able to get out of your car without having issues in the way you have to move your body.

This appartment complex was my first choice but after leaving there, I found some negative points. The buildings are really old, and the outside (stairs) are disgusting. Other tenants are often smoking weed and it smells really strong as you are walking home. There aren't enough parking (they block off the garage parking, you have to pay to use them, and they are just sitting there empty). The walls and windows are thiiiiin, when they blow leaves outside, it almost feels like they are doing it in your apparent. You can hear the neighbors upstairs and downstairs, you can almost hear their conversation. The pro are that it is gated, they have just started covering valet trash, the maintenance team is awesome and fast to act!

I am glad that I choose this apartment out of all the apartments I had on my list. Not only is the rent a good rate but the appearance and the amenities that come with the apartment are great! The staff is also available, and helpful when a question is needed. I called them 100 times and each time they were all so nice. Great customer service!

Park central is a nice and quiet little community with great amenities that I use often. The leasing staff, security, and maintenance workers are always nice and helpful. It's in such a great location that is close to about everything in Orlando.

Apartment is beautiful and the landscaping across the complex is wonderful. Security also seems very well handled, and it is nice knowing that an actual person is manning the guest gate at all times. The office staff is nice, however they've made many mistakes during our move in process. We had to redo numerous forms because of clerical errors, and were moved to a completely different apartment than the one we applied for and put money down on, just a week before our move in date. It has been an okay experience overall, but the leasing office is a little less than professional.

Thank you for a great move. With all blessings some situations blind the other but the office of Park Central has great employees that truly care about their residents. They show great customer service and everything you need during a stressful time for some. I love a person who doesn't allow something to keep her from doing her job and she does it well. Someone who knows their job and wants to be a helping hand no matter the circumstances. Maintenance team is great. Waste Disposal on the other hand is on the verge of collapse. Dog trash cans remain overflowing for weeks before being emptied. The main lake needs cleaning. The edges of the lake are littered with trash ranging from water bottles to traffic cones. It needs attention soon.

Maintenance fixes problems fairly quickly more than most apartment complexes. Security is always there. Used to be beautiful now do to "Corona" they are slacking? Quiet and really nice place to live in. Close to many restaurants, attractions, parks etc.

The office staff were amazing! I have to commend Tom for always trying to rectify any issues I had, which were not many. But his smiling face was always so relaxing when I would go see him. Then the maintenance staff where great, Andre and Carlos are a great asset to the company!
