My experience has been great. I really like it out here. My community has been really good so far and love the feeling of being safe with security riding around throughout the day and night. I work different hours but I always see someone from security at some time.

Great place to live with a great location. Less than a mile to shopping, restaurants. Close to Universal Studios. Central air works great in the Florida heat. There is even a bus stop outside the complex if you need it.

This condominium has been a very good experience in relation to the office. The neighbors have not been so kind due to excessive noise, but the way the community tries to solve it is very cool. The apartments are a little complicated in terms of structure for noises. But they are spacious and the community area is amazing. I'm enjoying living here.

Very reliable community. great pricing and great quality for what you're paying for. The staff is quick to respond to questions and concerns, and the amenities are very nice. The Mai fence crew is very kind and caring and the upkeep of the facilities are also well taken care of.

Leasing office staff is great but maintenance staff is horrible. Takes too long to get a work request completed and in several instances, job is not done right or in some cases, they note that the work is completed but they had never even been to your apartment. Maintenance also misplaced key 3x and needed be to re-keyed. Grounds and landscape not properly maintained.

I haven't lived her long but I love the community. It feels very safe here and I like the amount of available community resources. I love the amenities and the layout of the community. I think I will really enjoy living here

Very good experience. The staff was very helpful at helping us find the right fit for our housing. The community has a lot to offer as well. Pools, gym, pizza shop, convenience store, basketball court and more.

I believe that my experience in this apartment has not been ideal. There have been issues with the apartment since I've moved in. The office staff has been very defensive in speaking to me. I have also been gaslit by the office and making me feel like the issues are caused by me. I would not recommend living in this community. The walls are thin and the neighbors above me are very loud.

I enjoy living at this community. It's close to the mall, grocery stores and gas stations. They are always trying to beautify the area and the grounds are groomed nicely. There's activities for the young and the young at heart.

Horrible experience since the first day that I moved in I'm just waiting for my lease to end so that I can move out. The front office conducts themselves as if they care, but when it comes down to actually caring, they have no interest.

It's been pleasant thus far. I have absolutely no complaints regarding the community. It's quiet and it's feel very safe. Most of all it's remains clean at all times. Their team does an amazing job! Thank you!

Ive already explained in great depth the issues I was having..un working toilets, no shower head, roach infestation. I've seen over 40 roaches since our move in 11/15 it's disgusting.. clogged kitchen sink the list goes on and on.. the leasing office is more concerned about pushing people into apartments rather then making sure people are safe.

It was easy and quick to move in. They closed a little late to wait for me to pick up the keys really appreciated . Rent is a good price and the space is great wouldn't trade it just mad about the roaches. But I went crazy cleaning so I haven't been seeing them but the first two days was crazy

This place is amazing. Love the amenities, love the complex, the staff is super friendly, love how accessible it is to multiple parks and shopping areas. Love how pet friendly it is. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Park Central is a vibrant, self contained community that I enjoy very much. There are really nice amenities here that I should do more to take advantage of. My neighbors are friendly and I've seen no animal fiascos so they're well behaved too. There are beautiful ducks around the ponds and an on site poolside eatery!

This is my 3rd month here and I am new to Florida I have been living in Florida for a little over a year now and this is my second apartment here and I must say it is a nice quiet community with friendly staff. Jason did my move in and he was a really nice guy we did have a little mishap but it was handled right on the spot! I even received a welcome basket that I thought was nice and also gift her the little mishap.

The office staff are professional and knowledgeable. The property overall is a good community little to no crime. The maintenance service team responds very quick according to the sense of urgency. Kudos

Great experience with the community and staff. I would suggest offering 24 hour access to the gym. It would also be great to extend pool hours to 10 pm. Some residents can't enjoy the amenities with the current schedule. Especially the gym.

The move in experience was easy thanks to the help of the office staff (Marvia in particular). Also I love the amenities and the security precautions in place for the complex. My apartment was very clean upon my move in as well.

Vanessa & Jason have been amazing helping me get moved in. As well as the entire maintenance staff always getting problems solved the first time. Thank you Carol as well for being on top of my tickets when I have an issue.
