We have lived at Park Central for about eight years now and love it here! In fact we just renewed our lease for another year, and have /would highly recommend it to anyone. The community is clean and safe, with many amenities to take advantage of, with 24hr security at gate and officers whom drive or walk around patrolling. Our maintenance staff as well as leasing agents have always worked quickly with us to solve any problem that comes up to the best if their ability. Definitely a good place to call home.

I never had any problem ever since I moved to this community, staff are very friendly, maintenance are friendly, the security service are great, my neighbors are friendly they respectful and they very quiet

    I have lived at Park Central for almost 2 years and live every minute of it. We have our own little community here. The staff is always attentive to your needs and communicate with their residents. They are constantly doing fun events for the community, which really helps you get to know your neighbors. The resident portal is so convenient to use, you can pay rent through the portal, communicate with the office staff and other residents, you can also view what upcoming events are posted...think of it as a Facebook news feed but for apartment communities. The fact that we have our own marketplace and a bar/restaurant within here is awesome and that's only one of the many other great amenities this community offers. We have 5 pools, 3 Jacuzzis, full size indoor basketball court, a huge gym comparable to a planet fitness and a tennis court just to name a few. Living here has been amazing, thank you to the staff for always going above and beyond in making your residents feel right at home.

    Amazing place to live. Great support team in the leasing office. They do the best they can. The security is solid as well. Landscapers are up and at it every Monday morning. Neighbors tend to be friendlier than most.

        Lots of fees, outdated appliances, dirty hallways, paying a trash service fee for no trash service. The dumpsters being emptied is something that should already be done as a community with dumpsters. Not sure why I am paying additional for that every month.

          It has been an awful experience. When i moved in it was roach infested, half of the things were not done as far as painting. Now during covid they have towed my jeep which is up to date on registration and has a parking decal. They affixed a sticker the same day and towed it the same day. The tow guy kept giving bs reasons why it was being towed saying I never moved the jeep which is a lie. Please avoid this community at all cost. They really are a crap!!

            Dear Mr Harris- I understand you are frustrated with your vehicle being towed today. As both our office and security officers spoke with you about we do not allow inoperable vehicles on the property. The neighbors in your building said that it hadn t moved in months and didn t even seem to have a battery in it. As per our community policies the car was stickered with a 24 hour notice to correct which was not done. I know you are frustrated but open parking for all is important to everyone around you. It s part of keeping an attractive community. Thank you for understanding.

            Not really like, many Dogs in the area and my family are allergic with dogs. Many times dogs jumping on the floor upstairs wake me up when I'm asleep. My husband is 78 years most likely step on the dog poup and bring it inside the house. We're not really happy.

              This complex is using COVID as an excuse to keep their amenities closed!! I am paying so much money to live here and all the hot tubs have been closed since March and they have limited the pool hours in which they are barely open during weekdays and are closed entirely on weekends. Again they are using the virus as an excuse to reduce the costs of running things and keep things closed or with reduced hours!! The basketball court is also only open 4 hours a day which makes no sense! And you have no privacy while playing as they have a security guard watching you play the entire time because someone got shot there years ago. It really is awful here. All the pools and hot tubs should be open with normal hours, let people live their lives!! The governor of Florida gave the entire state the "all clear" to go back to normal months ago yet this complex does not want to do that. Also, when I first moved here I had roaches in my apartment. Do not EVER live in this community!!

                Matt- I understand your frustrations as we try to balance a new normal during the midst of a pandemic. It was been a balancing act of trying to provide freedom to use our amenities while keeping residents safe. The tennis courts, fitness center , racquetball courts and pools are back to normal operating hours. While Gov Desantis has lifted many of the restrictions we are choosing to follow the CDC guidelines regarding social distancing. This is not something that can safely happen while playing full court basketball or sitting in a crowded hot tub. I am sorry you chose to come to social media without having a conversation with us and come up with safe solutions.                 The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood isn't as quiet as I'd like, but the amenities are awesome. The move in was a breeze and I love the ample parking. I'm looking forward to the next year here.

                    It was good all my request were completed and questions were answered. Good security in the community. The regular check ups, for example pest control. Workers try their best to fix the problem you have with your apartment.

                      It's been okay. Security harrasses the residents and treat residents like they're there to keep up in order instead of stopping actually crimes from occurring. The community is more pet friendly than kid friendly.

                        Love it here! Thank you for the quick service on maintenance requests. The grounds are always well kept and beautiful. Parking is always an issue but that happens at many apartments and is a common issue.

                          When we first moved in, it was very nice. Since then, the apartment is starting to show its age. Pest control became an ongoing issue until we started buying and using our own products. There is a loud, ongoing construction project happening right outside our windows now. Also, there have been several serious criminal incidents in this apartment complex over the years that make me question the effectiveness of the Security measures out front and the quality of the people living here. Still, the apartment itself is nice and roomy.

                            This apartment has been a headache since moving in. We've had 3 leaks, one rendering our bathroom out of commission for upwards of two weeks. One that caused damage to personal property in which the assistant property manager just gave us advice on how to fix it ourselves and our apartment still has damage to it months after the fact. We were out of a dryer for over a month. We woke up to a snake in our bed one day. We get in trouble for setting a trash bag on our front porch for less than an hour, but the people upstairs have had two trash bags on their porch since they moved in, AND the maintenance team pulled two AC units out and left them laying in front of our apartment going on a week now. I'd like to hope that our situation isn't common, but - I can say that this place has not been worth the cost.

                              The looks of the apartment complex are nice. But when you deal with management, they act like they're doing you favors in return for your rent. No one is held accountable for issues regarding problems with the apartment. Constantly have to deal with false promises for problem resolution.

                                        The garbage situation is always a nuisance, Be prepared to clean up after many other adults....or join the problem and add to "garbage mountain", located at all dumpsters. The attention to detail (in many regards) will probably leave you frustrated, so bring low expectations of you want to stay happy. That being said, the office and maintenance personnel are among the friendliest I've ever dealt with but it's mostly just words aimed at a 5 star rating....regardless of quality of work performed. If you are handy, and willing to take care of problems yourself, you will like living here. If you are waiting for the problems to be fixed properly, the first time, you will not enjoy your residency.

                                          I love the community, more especially having the security all the time in the premises. The amenities are amazing , more than 2 pools, volleyball court , the gym , bar/ restaurant very cool esp now . I just wish there was a bbq area in the community .

                                            My overall experience and been above my expectations. I moved into the Charlestown community and I love every single bit of it. The neighbors are nice, maintenance is always working and I feel so safe because of the security. The food at the splash grill is AMAZING AS WELL !

                                              Meh. I have been treated better. Can not believe a 3 year resident gets treated this poorly because they moved to a different complex in the same community. Kid got shot so that was not great. PCI was messing around until very recently. There is still a Caucasian woman that works some nights that is very unprofessional. How come people with out parking stickers on their cars haven't been removed. I guess it's okay for me to walk a quarter mile at night when I get home at 2AM from work. This can either be another crappy thing that happened with the duration of this lease or this can be a turning point for better service
