Great staff, all the improvements are nice. I would consider roving security with the increase of homeless present all over. My issues have always been taken care of in a timely manner. No plans to leave.

The garage door has been fixed and actively working for the longest time. That provides extra security for you and your personal property. Also, it is where the lockers are located. Prevents any safety/crime issues.

Excellent . All of the people working for Avana have been so wonderful . I have been living here at Avana and even before it was called Avana since 2007. I have always felt very safe living here. The maintainence team are excellent and the people in the leasing office have always been kind and courteous and are outstanding

It’s not the best. Residents shouldn’t be allowed to blatantly disrespect the property and other residents. The inability to keep the property clean at all times is alarming. The cost does not meet the associated expectation.

I really enjoy leaving here the staff and people are so nice and friendly. Also they are on top of everything. I have a dog and it so nice to have other people to walk with and talk with that also own pets

Thankfully, it’s usually very quiet, the neighbours I have met most of them are very pleasant. I wish there were more activities that involve the entire community here at the complex. I would like for the amenities and items that are broken management responsibility to be fixed at a faster speed. For example, the gate into the garage is never locked. It has not been locked except for maybe five days in the entire time I’ve been here, and the hot tub is out of commission in half an hour and all the time it’s out of commission again now for a few days, just wish there would be a little quicker Have these things fixed

I moved from out of state so I don’t have too much of an opinion on what this apartment has versus other nearby apartments. It’s a nice area with friendly people, and it’s been easy to navigate to places living on a main road.

Very good stuff, amazing location, apartments new and perfect condition. Very nice gym and pool is fenomenal, The only problem at the moment is the garage parking is a little bit far from my building when you came with groceries.

I have been here since it was Residences at Bayview. Been through different property owners, different office management, different maintenance guys. I would say that my current lease period has been the best experience. The office management are on top of things and Carlos has been in the maintenance department a few years now and he is very professional, competent and friendly.

Common area, exercise room and pool are great. Decent people live here from what I've seen so far. Maintenance is responsive and staff members are good.The open 24/7 Dog park is a great thing to have as is the path around the building. I wish some residents would pick up their dog poop :( though.

Run fast from this place
Most unpleasant unprofessional person and dumb as a door nail. This place used to be ok but it's messy and infested. Looks are deceiving.. greedy and inhumane. Find a better place that you will be comfortable living in.

Exelente lugar. Muy bueno para vivir, tranquilo, limpieza impecable. Todo queda cerca mercado, farmacia, hospital, ETC. Lo recomiendo 100%. Creo que deberían contratar algún personal de seguridad, Solo para los residentes sentirse más seguros .

RUDE STAFF
The new management PM is rude and condescending. Been here 4.5 years and I should have moved long ago but who really likes to move but this place used to be great and has gone to crap in rhe past year.

Security, maintenance, communication, and response time have been below expectations. Also, was told initial before moving in the conditions would be. That was not the case and had to request multiple repairs.

My experience is good, the only thing of concern would be the thin walls and no insulation for noise. The grounds are well kept and as far as security I can’t understand why sometimes the parking garage gates are left open at night but closed during the day. I’m sure there’s a valid reason but it seems redundant especially if left open at night.

I have mostly enjoyed living here. Dogs bark a lot. Some neighbors can get loud mostly not a problem. I would renew but new pricing is outrageous. $1200 a month over night increase when my salary has not increased is crazytown. Tell me how your expenses have increased to warrant that

Nice place to live. They just need to have better security, a garage door that works 24/7 and not just Mon-Friday 8a-5p, and install security cameras. Crime and vandalism has been on the rise here recently.

Avana Bayview is a high class apartment community. I am very satisfied with the customer service provided by the front office. The grounds are very nice. The amenities are top notch as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in South Florida.

Avana was my first apartment since moving out, it has been a very good and pleasant experience. The location, apartment, recreational amenities, and management have all been great. No complaints at all.

Wonderful experience and place to live. Friendly staff, great environment and very close to the main areas of Fort Lauderdale and the beach! Great community and a wonderful staff! The amenities are also a huge benefit!
