Could not have had a better experience!

Leasing companies/ Landlords are usually not the easiest people to deal with, but Debbie and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. When I was hunting for an appartment, Debbie's professionalism was the deciding factor in choosing this place over the one across the street. The staff here is friendly, available, accomodating, and flexible-- and they all know you by name. I've never had a renting experience that has been so easy. Everything is extremely well maintained and efficient, and I love my apartment. I highly recommend this building and the management company!

LOVE IT!!!!!

I have lived here for 6 months now and absolutely LOVE IT. After renting in a few pricey "luxury" high-rise rentals in Boca Raton (Gables Camino Real and Mizner Park), this place is truly AWESOME! Finally, a newer apartment community that is WELL-CONSTRUCTED, PROFESSIONALLY MAINTAINED and EXPERTLY MANAGED in a superb location! I wish some of the staff at the places I rented at in Boca could take some lessons in apartment construction and management from the people at the Residences at Bayview. They are truly FIRST CLASS. Any minor problems I have encountered were solved QUICKLY and with the utmost in PROFESSIONALISM. It almost sounds like I am employed here...but I am just an extremely satisfied resident that will give credit to where it's due. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!

One of the nicest in South Florida

I have had numerous apts in South Florida in the past few years and this one by far is the best. Its clean, and kept up very well. Its the first place that I have lived at that my neighbors are not complaining at the pool! You will see what Im talking about just from the drive in.

LOVE IT!

My husband and I moved in a few months ago and so far love every minute of it. Parking is great, they have a five level mostly covered parking garage, except for the fifth level. Everyone seems to be really nice and the amenities are great. Gym is really nice and the pool is beautiful.

office staff like to gosip

I moved in a few months ago and I really love the place except for the office staff. The manager's kid practically lives in the computer room. He's kinda creepy too. I dont think a day or evening goes by that he is not in there. The manager had the gull to talk about me to one of my neighbors to keep my dog on a leash when myself and many other neighbors have seen her not even clean up after her dog! I yet to see a leash on her dog. I would prefer to have a letter sent to my door than hearing personal issues from my neighbors. Besides all that, the place is in a great location and its very clean. I would reccommend it, just stay away from the office.
