For me, the location is very convenient... to most stores I need.. Publix, Marshalls, Dunkin Donuts, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Dollar Tree, Joann Fabric, Bealls', Ross, CVS, Walgreens... and my job. And the beach is less than 2 miles away. Reserved covered parking is a plus, as is having a gym on site, and the pool and newly remodeled clubhouse is beautiful.

I love it here at Avana. The staff are all pleasant. Any time I needed maintenance it was completed within 24 hours. The location is perfect. Close to everything I need. The gym and pool are beautiful and very well maintained.

Its almost thanksgiving and the gates been broken since before Memorial Day weekend!!! Called several times and their answer is always the same, theyre waiting for parts. Paying for a gated community when its definitely NOT a gated community.

I love the apartment complex and community, however it is very loud. You can hear through the walls and ceilings. I wish there was some way to help that but I understand that there cant be. I really love the gym and pool.

Avana Bayview is a well-kept and quiet community -- providing nice amenities to its community. The apartment layouts are well planned and spacious. Parking is pre-assigned, and guest parking is manageable.

Very happy with the experience living here....other than the parking situation. I love my apartment, it's a very spacious 2BR with walk in closets in both BRs. Large kitchen with tons of cabinet space, and I like the grey and white motifs. Nice grey flooring and white with grey streak marble countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Location is fantastic, I can be at the beach in Pompano in 6 minutes, 15 by bike. Plenty of everything within a mile or two, with easy access to 95. Only issue is the long walk to my car in the parking garage. The garage door breaks sometimes, and now it's propped open so anyone can walk into the garage. You need to schedule visitor parking online every time they visit or you'll get a ticket. Overall, I really enjoy living here, pool and workout rooms are very nice, and the location can't be beat.

Your front line people have been nasty in their response to various co b cerns and that's IF you get a call back. The pool is good but residents need to cover the buttons in front of the kids. The garage feels unsafe the door doesn't close so random people come in and out

Avana Bayview is a nice place to live in. The staff is always helpful and the place is always clean. There's literally nothing to complain about. The shops and stores are closed by to and most with a walking distance.

Older building with many deferred maintenance issues. Simple things are taken care of quickly, more complex issues seem to take forever to resolve. Garage gate has been inoperative for more than 3 weeks, so anybody can enter the parking garage. It is a huge safety issue,

Community needs better maintenance in general, even though the maintenance team is really good, is the lack of investment to make it look right, not even nice, just to look right. I lived here for four continuous years a few years back, moved out for work, It was a different management company back then, at my return I was expecting something similar at least, but the community has not been taken care of.

Overall its fine. I am just hoping they get the iguana situation handled and the dog park fixed. A wash area for your pets would be awesome, as it would help keeps my pets paws clean as well as my apartment. It is also sanitary for everyone else!

This is my first time moving out and this could not have been a better place to have as my first apartment. The staff are wonderful and helpful here, as well as the people that I have met and come across. The place is pet friendly, but made it an easy experience to register my service animal as well as my sisters too. The area is super clean and tidy, you can tell that appearance is of importance here at Avana.

We have only lived here for 3wks but so far it's great. Parking garage with assigned spots is great for weather situations and dont have to carry groceries in the rain. Great club house with plenty of room to entertain with a pool table. Beautiful pool area with hot tub and grill lit up at night. Awesome gym with all you workout needs. Great location, close to everything including the beach.

The community is great overall. They just need to replace the rugs in the halways, and maybe power wash the stairwells. If you don't like city sounds look for an apartment in the back of the community. The walls are very thin and you can hear people's conversations in their apartment if you are in the hallways but not from inside your own. That's not terrible though as you only hear the convos if they are in their living room or kitchen.

I enjoyed my time living at Avana Bayview. The staff is courteous and responsive to any issues. The community is quiet and rent is affordable. They have spent a lot of time making upgrades to apartments, the pool, and clubhouse. Overall would recommend to others.

This place is full of empty promises and filthy living. Nothing ever happens as they say it will. Im entirely over the revolving door of management that comes in and says the same nonsense but lets the community go to crap within weeks.

Everything is poorly maintained. Make sure to check out the dog park. It's covered in trash (tin cans, lighters, chip bags). The building obviously has a pest problem as evident by my experience and by other reviews too.

Avana Bayview is managed by Karina who takes care of the property and its residence as if it were her own family. She is professional and an excellent communicator. She applies the right amount of urgency to concerns and this is a part of why i would recommend Avana Bayview. Great gym, pool and good safety measures taken during the pandemic.
