It's a nice property but it used to be better. Unfortunately New move-ins are rude and litter. No respect nor care for the property. Unfortunately the office management is not very attentive when people complain regarding unruly tenants. They only update the apartment when you move out. It's Very unfortunate This property has so much great potential.

Parking and towing is out of control, officer manager is not pleasant and always threatens charges for normal maintenance. I love my unit and neighborhood but management and towing makes this very unpleasant.

It's nice and quiet. The staff are very responsive and, typically speaking, the maintenance team are also quite responsive and good at their jobs. No issues with any neighbors the entire time I've been here.

Communication of when the move in date and move in details could have been handled in a more efficient manner. Micro-agression was sensed upon move in. Frivolous "rules" were implemented. First few months of move-in didn't feel very welcomed.

Let me stop by saying the staffing is amazing. They were very helpful. My apartment wasn't ready for me to move in and I've already signed my lease. There was a little bit of a roach problem which is common, but it wasn't cleaned or addressed before I moved in . Waiting for the exterminator to come today. I've set off a few sprays and killed some.

My experience moving into the Kensington Apartments has been extremely disappointing. The unit was handed over in unacceptable condition ? it was dirty, the appliances were old and not working properly, and there was a serious roach infestation throughout the apartment. This is not what any tenant should have to deal with upon moving in, and it shows a lack of proper maintenance and preparation.

Everything from the area, the apartments, everything is good location. The only thing I don't like is the office management where you have to wait a month to get something fix or almost 2 years with a bad stove and they don't change it.
