The process was a little long but worth it, if you have all the paper work the ask you'll process will be smooth. Besides that everything it's great from staff to neighborhood I have no complaints so far.

I absolutely love living here. This apartment is clean and up to date. If I have any issues, the maintenance team is quick to answer, and I can always depend on them to be reliable, and have the problem fixed the first time. I thrive off of the quiet and relaxing community. I commend the staff for making myself and my three year old feel safe and welcomed, even after living here for two years. Highly recommend!

My experience at the apartment has been pleasant. Management team are very patient and polite. They have willingness to help out their tenants. The only thing I dislike is the fact that you can hear neighbors talking especially in master bed room.

It's the first time I live in an apartment. Kensington Gradens gave me that opportunity. At the beginning there were some problems due to the condition of the aparatamento when they gave it to me, but they were resolved in a respectful way. I am very happy to live here. The community is quiet, there are no problems. The tenants are respectful and friendly.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the areas are kept clean and maintained. The staff is attentive and willing to offer help when needed. It is a quiet and safe place for everyone and has an affordable cost.

Very quiet and comfortable community. Maintenance works in a timely manner. The location is awesome being near several grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to the movie theater. We made an excellent choice moving here.

I must say in my opinion that this is a great community it is based on low income but I've been to many property and let me tell you most luxury apartment can't beat this one not just because I live here but Maintenance and the staff they are all great it is a very clean community

My experience with the moving process was great. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The apartment was nice and clean. The maintenance outside of the complex is always well maintained. I am very pleased and happy to have this as my home.

My experience has been very good all though it would be nice to see Victoria Secrets models at the pool. I think the complex is very safe and well maintained. The staff is very helpful, courteous and quick respond to any problems.

Very lovely place to live. Everyone on the staff of Kensington Gardens is exceptional. Very friendly and always helpful. Problems are handled quickly. Neighbors are respectful of each other. Hoping to live here for a very long time !!!!

My maintance issues were handled promply and swiftly. The staff was always nice and friendly. I feel safe in this community. I will stay as long as I can in this community.My grand kids love my new home and the playground.

Kensington garden is nice and a quiet place the staff care judy is wonderful l so is tammie and Andres they really go above and beyond love it here I would recommend it to anyone clean quiet and convenient location

I just move in and I love it, clean spacious one bedroom apartment. The office staff treat me so kind and good actitud, specially my favor one Blanca, she is an spectacular employer. Love my new place.

Overall good, but having trouble with downstairs neighbors. I'mean quite sure the previous occupants moved because of them. Now they are calling the cops for noise that we are not making. As early as 7 pm.

Apartments are always being maintained for cleanliness inside as well as for the outer appearance. Building hallways, door frames, and porches get pressure washed and maintained as well. Apart from some people being noisy late at night, neighborhood is otherwise calm.

This apartment complex is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and respond to my concerns very promptly. My only problem is the noise from the apartment above due to toddlers and pets. I have tried unsuccessfully to have this issue resolved.
