Overall it has been a good experience being a resident at this community. I have recommended friends and family to Kensington Gardens. Staff is professional and has changed alot since 2014 , there's been improvement with service. Thanks!

I love where I live. And when I've been in the office and I see new tenants I let them know they have made a good choice. I my disatisfaction with the noise is due to a tenant with no regard to her neighbors. Great staff management. Not moving anytime soon if ever.

Very satisfied at this time. Very well maintained community and peaceful. We love living here especially with our kids. We also love the outdoors and playgrounds. Love spending time at the pool. The staff are respectful and Thank you much!

Its been my first week since I've moved into Kensington Gardens and so far 3 things have broken down on me. The microwave breaker needs to be turned off from time to time. Toilet flusher was broken but was fixed and now my washing machine is down

Great service with management, Andres Cavidis is always helpful and great as well as the whole team of Kensington Gardens ! The distribance of neighbors is the only part I am very unhappy about , doesn't seem as that is taken serious !

Apartments are great, but you don't get to choose your cable, phone or internet company. It is only the one that belongs to the community. The exterior of the buildings could be better. Worst is the noise, you can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors.

This is a nice community. It's fairly quiet, no drama, especially in phase II. You can hear your neighbors quite well when you're in your apartment so that's the only BIG issue I have and there is one lady who works in the office who is very short and impersonal with people. Other then that I would recommend living here. It is extremely hard to move in though. I believe they have a waiting list.

Kensington Gardens is a very nice place to live the office staff solved all issues and concerns a son as possible,they are very helpful,courteous,and a very friendly office and maintenance staff.It's a quiet ,safe and clean apartments,and Thu Ali have fun things for the kids to do on all holidays plus the kids have special activities all year long.

hi i move in on February 2015 i have no complaints on the first 3 month the stairs was very the apartment complex very nice i love everything but once some one broke into my car no body see anything was no cameras or security around, the roaches at the door and i can hear my upstairs neighbor vacum every night at 11:25 at night its many things going on but i steel sending people to this complex lol

Staff is awesome, very nice and friendly, Jaime was great. Only issue I have pest control which I pretty sure staff is working on it. Nice neighborhood, beautiful view from valcony. Nice and peaceful place to live. Hope they get to work with my pest control situation since living with roaches is an inconvenience.

Avoid this company since they don't give you any options for any other cable company. Cable/internet service is horrible and they can careless. They aware since numerous tenants complain but since no issues just taking your money every month.

I love living in Kensington Gardens. The location is super convenient, the office staff is awesome, and it's affordable. It's quite, and the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend Kensington Gardens to anyone that is looking for a place to call home.

If your looking for a nice, safe, drama free living this is not the place. So many rules in here its just ridiculous, out of all the parking on the property their is a very small section that's always full so basically u can't have any guest after ten or you will be towed. Apts are built cheap just so many problems! Don't move to Kensington Gardens

Goo so far, except for preventive maintenance. Was told air condition blower motor was going bad. First they said they would replace it, then they informed me it had to actually go bad before they would replace it, leaving me without air for an undetermined amount of time. If they new it was going bad, why not go ahead and replace it. I do not understand this reasoning.

I love the community and the area, is close to shopping centers and is accessible to I-75, which for me is great. I just don't like the new Manager his attitude sucks, otherwise I love the place, maintenance sucks some times too, they take too long to take care of issues.

I have never had any problems in this community, they are very friendly and helpful in management. I would recommended to anyone to live here. The grounds are always clean so are the pools,play grounds and laundry ereas. They are also pet friendly.
