I have been here for 5 years, I must say that maintenance of the communal areas is good, some people unfortunately make cleanliness a little harder not cleaning after their dogs or even themselves but the staff does a great job, as I say that, I must say that when it comes to the inside, unfortunately sometimes they do take a little to respond to your maintenance needs is they're not urgent, rent has gone up wildly but I guess it has everywhere else and they do not accommodate old or good tenant needs if you wanted to move within the complex.

Could be much better. The neighbors, the noise, the affordability, all of these things could be improved. Don't raise rent in the middle of the lease and make better procedures for dealing with noisy neighbors

I Just Spread Love,And Love Shall Return I Have Always Been Treated Fairly,Although Some Say Other wise Regarding Thier Exp.We Are All Equal And That is How I Will Treat people and Would Like To Get Treated as Far As Noise Goes I Live On Second Floor And The Top neighbors constantly run up the stairs and have parties and make noise all through the night. That is the annoying part, and it is not fair because they do not have people who live on top of them to understand how aggravating it is.

I like the apartment and the area that it's in. The only issue is the accessibility to moving in on the other floors. This apartment has no elevator or even an ramp like to make it easier for heavy items to move easier to the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Leasing office doesn't return phone call and maintenance requests aren't completed in a timely manner. Garbage is allowed to put in unopened garbage cans so raccoon problems are very mad. They have taken over the property because they walk around all day and night.

Communication is very poor and the management team don't communicate truly at all when there is questions about the service. The up keep on the outside of the apartments is not good at all. I put in a repair request in July and it's just now getting done on Monday four months later. Also the repair was half done and I'm not satisfied.
