i have no complains so far, the only thing i would add to the management is that new residents don't move in after 11pm some of us work at 4AM, and also parking should be assigned, some residents in the same building have more than 2 vehicles and with only 2 of them the whole front parking is full, also company vehicles own be residents should be park on the sides so other residents have a front parking as well.

My experience here at this community has meet every expectations I had , very clean nice staff very good maintenance and the land it's self is really nice and has nice views and very close to other local places that are important to our everyday lives

I agree with some of the reviews about tenants not picking up after their dogs. Sometimes there is dog crap everywhere. And they have garbage stations where you can put the dog waste. Little do some of the residents know that it is an ordinance that people pick up after their pets. As far as maintenance requests go, my neighbor in the hallway next to me has waited over a month to get their AC fixed. Right in the middle of summer. I have had no issues with maintenance. They're usually right on the ball with repairing things. Lately there seem to be a lot of cars parked here with no stickers, parked in resident's parking spots. Especially when they have been parked here for over a year. I'm sure they're not on the lease. Even if they Park in visitors spots, if they live here I believe they have to be on the lease. Overall the area is clean, the employees are friendly, and management is helpful. The only thing I do not like is people walking back and forth through the hallways. Sometimes making too much noise when I have to get some sleep. Overall I would recommend this complex if you're looking for a reasonably priced rent, which is hard to find nowadays.

I love living in Kensington Gardens. Everything is clean, the neighbors are very friendly. These apartments are close to everything,witch I completely love. Any time something is up with apartments, they come fast to fix any problem. The office staff are AMAZING! Marci works in the office, she is super nice,friendly,efficient and very hard working. Marci is super great.

Community is decent, it's some of the inconsiderate tenants who mess it up. However, I don't appreciate that both community pools are closed most of the time, and our Pool passes don't work at the gate. Also, we should have 2 different trash compactors for this size community because the trash piles up outside when it's too full and it's disgusting to look at and smell.

I love how spacious my apartment is. They do a great job at maintaining the complex. Very quiet and clean . My only issue is they barely answer the phones or return calls !!! I will call multiple times , multiple voicemails . Andres is a great property manager. Other than that I love Kensington Gardens for my family.

In the beginning it was really good but after COVID the leasing agents just doesn't care anymore!!! The pool is always broken and their is no guidance or security. My friend car has been towed numerous times for no reason and the leasing office act like they don't know why. I had my car broken into and my friend car tire got stolen. I've been asking for a month to fix my microwave but no one will respond back. It's the ------ and it's scary for a family!!!!!!!

I moved in this community last July. The apartment is very nice,was clean. Appliances were new. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The community itself is very quiet, neighbors are friendly and respectful. The only issue for me is the gym is not well equipped.

So far it's been pleasant. The office staff is kind and do there best to be accommodating. The community is quiet and on site security help to keep that way. Nice outdoor areas for family fun, with onsite pool and gym.

It is great place but not perfect. They still need to work on the garbage and have a separate container for recycling. And the office should open a least a few hours on the weekends for resident that work all week and they don't have time during the week.

I had to do all the leg work upon moving in I basically moved myself in I was back and forward with the compliance dept. i put in a work order several times & no one has yet to resolve my problem now I can no longer secure my home properly with my children

If you don't like a lot of noise then this community would not be for you or I would recommend the top floor. Overall I like the apartment and office staff. They have security at night. The price is good.
