I am very upset that I didn't see the too small apartment before I signed all the documents and paid for it. If I take the apartment I would have to sell everything I own and buy new furniture which I don't have the time to do. I would have to get rid of sheets and towels, cooking appliances, cleaners, medicines and makeup etc ( no place for any of that.

Have no problems with my neighbors, the staff from the office they are good, very kind, if something broke in your apartment, they fixed right away, the appearance in the community is neat, clean, the problem is the people doesn't cooperate

This apartments are conveniently located it near shopping mall, groceries stores and close to mayor highways like I- 75 and I -4. Also has many amenities like 2 pools and a gym. The staff is very professional and helpful.

I like the community but its starting to get bad the young are breaking into the cars security just parked in front of the office not patrolling it was a good community but now it's getting bad something has to be done

Other than getting government help for my rent I don't have anything good to say about this apartment. It could be a nice community again if the staff cared about its tenants. Treat everyone the same not just your family friends or same country tenants but everyone with the same interests and values.

I had known about this property prior to my applying. The wait list is discouraging, but I don't think there's much that can be done about that. When I moved in I was supposed to be put on the list for a 2 bedroom, I didn't think much about it (I knew it'd be a while) and I finally asked about it and was told that I could not go between apartments, they didn't allow that. I know that they do, I know people who have changed apartments for one reason or another.

The office personnel is racist. They treat you like crap they talk down to you. We have new office management and she picked up rat where the old management left. And they speak Spanish and that's disrespectful when an English speaking person is around when they know English their selves I feel like they are talking about me and I don't like it is disrespectful if you know English you speak English or English people.

The staff is nice and helpful, and the grounds stay clean. I haven't stay out here this long but I would recommend anyone to stay out here. Its near schools, gas station and lots of grocery stores with the bus stop up front.

Horrible. Management doesn't help. Lies and schemes since day one. They make fake maintenance requests and when you actually request they don't complete the job the right way. They have messed up many residents bill. They act like they pay your rent. Just bc it's rent controlled we shouldn't be treated so Poorly.

I felt right at home , perfect place for me and my son we love it . It's completely comfortable and we feel right at home . We love it here .it's close by to my job and my sons school , traffic is a bit much in the morning but overall love the area .

these are nice apartments and I feel safe living here and that is one of the main reasons I stay here. We have a new Manager and I feel she is going to take care of some of the renting problems that have taken place with the previous manager. We have a girl in the office that is rude but, I know from living here ten years Mr. Richman will take care of that before long. he will not allow that to continue. We have a great regional Manager Keith and he will handle that situation as soon as it is brought to his attention. Things that were not right with the past manager is getting taken care now. We need to give her some time to handle anything that wasn't right. .

Overall community is fairly decent, cleanliness is fair, the community could be better with the trash as far as leaving it in the ground. Maintenance has fallen on their job maybe due to lack of employment, responsibility and management

It is a community where you live in tranquility, its administrative staff and the entire team in charge of this community are always in the best disposition to help you with anything you need, it is a fairly clean and quiet community, both elderly people live in harmony here as parents we are raising our children. Another point in favor that I like about this community is the excellent location close to a variety of supermarkets, pharmacies, gas station, cinema, etc.

For the most part it's quiet. Kids are fairly quiet. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Complex is clean and orderly.. apartments are well maintained. Inside and out. Playgrounds laundry rooms, gyms, main office, and the pool area are always clean.

I view the property as being well kept up from trash on the grounds, the neighbors are quiet, and you don't see or hear noisy children running around. There are children but you are not overwhelmed with noise. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Vanessa and Marce are the best.

The handicap parking should be assigned to the handicap apartment. Because people in wheelchair that doesn't have the access to the handicap parking because any one use it. We have talked about it in the office with out any success for this meter. The maintenance waiting is not good or fast. But the people working in maintenance are very good people and doing great job. And the rent price keep raising!.

I have been a resident of this community for 11 years. All of my issues or complaints have always been resolved I don't have anything bad to say. The pandemic has brought some challenges however. I miss the activities and giveaways the office would do over years. They should bring it back. The office staff is amazing they do the best they can, which is always appreciated. I hate that I have to leave. The convenience of being in a great location. It's 10 minutes from the mall. The interstate is right there.

This is a good place to live. I live here almost 2 years without having any problem. I have a good neighbors and sweet ladies. This is family complex. Very quite place. Apartments and area is very clean. I recommend it.
