The community has great amenities, but of course the one we use most is the pool! We also like having the grills to use. We chose Arcos because of its proximity to downtown restaurants and shops. There is a complimentary trolley only an few blocks away that will take you to the beach and St. Armands Circle. The apartment itself is quite nice and comfortable. Only negative is that we have heard our upstairs neighbor walking around. With this being a new building, I was a little surprised by that. We have lived in older buildings in NYC and this is definitely not great. Neighbors are friendly and there are some events that the community hosts which are an added plus.

Managers are not friendly, they are not greeting tenants, they are not kind or polite. Most of floor exit stairs and trash rooms are very dirty, floor's halls smell because of garbage on every apartment door 5 days a week.

Very impressed by this well appointed apartment community on the edge of downtown Sarasota. Got the sense that management has tenants' best interests in mind. Will seriously consider moving here and would be proud to call Arcos home.

We have not lived in an apartment for over 20 years. It has been a big adjustment. So far, we are loving it. The staff has been great with all of our questions. The location is fabulous. The complex is also great. Still adjusting to road noise and noisy upstairs neighbors.

The appearance of the apartments was pleasant. The place was clean. I found the exercise areas lacking as I do not like a stationary bike, and the whole mirror thing with a trainer in it is a little creepy.

Extremely clean, super nice staff. If something is broken or wrong, they will fix it right away and exceed expectations. They truly care here at Arcos! I have lived at many different apartment complexes before and this one is by far the best.

Below ave. Not happy with a number of issues 1) the building does not provide lites in the BRs ( I have to hire an electrician to install a cheap ceiling lite) 2) there is NO community. Monthly so call events are not offered to create a community. ( ex 1 of 4 events typically is a food truck, or pool aerobics ( 1 to 2 people attend). Wine wed is once a month and is poorly adv and attended) No effort is made 3) mail deliveries are insecure. Packages are left in the open garage or unsorted in the elevator area for anyone to steal. Management doesn't sort they mess by floor or apts. the other day there might have been close to 100 packages rambemly stacked on the floor by the ext ( where anyone can pirate) 4) management is unresponsive to change. Very few if any necessary ( and inexpensive ) changes happen. Ex summer sun and heat bears down on grills and outside dining are making it unbearable to use until about 8:30 summer nites. Shade has been discussed for two yrs Gym has no tables or cubbies to put belongings while working out (it's been suggested a number of time to put even a cheap plastic table) residents are forced to put belongings on the dirty gym floor ie water bottles, keys, phones etc Animals have accidents throughout the halls and elevators and no effect has been made to address or fix the issue. Multiple times elevators are filled with pee and poop.. no supply's for residents to clean up

So far, looking great. Love the location, ammenities and apt in general. The apt might have a little smell that I don{t like it too much (somehow a humidity smell). Other than that all amazing. Love it!

Acros is a great community. The location is great. It's walking distance to 100's if restaurants and cute shopping boutiques. The staff and residents are nice and courteous. The property is well maintained. The saltwater pool is beautiful and always clean.

Compared to the one other apartment I toured, arco appeared in better condition, the aprtments were nicer, hallways were nicer, front doors were nicer, the rates are comparable. This location was closer to town

All in all I have a very favorable view of Arcos. We (which means the world) have gone through seismic changes and it is my fervent hope that rents stabilize in conjunction with the real economic markets. I can't believe that the algorithms used to determine rent are reflective of what is really happening as we navigate the effects of the pandemic and what people are currently experiencing. People have left in droves and basically corporate run rental apartments all have revolving doors.

Lisa is amazing and so helpful. Excellent at her job and navigating the property. She's my go to source for any concerns I have and she rapidly takes care of anything. I really like this community so far. It's only been a couple of days. The features are really nice and convenient. The layout of the building isn't most convenient. Elevators on the far side of the property make moving a serious task.

Great community. I meet new people often! the distance to parks, schools, grocery stores and dining are exceptional. Grounds are cleaned regularly and staff is very helpful. Financially I have to keep a tight budget but overall it is worth it with amenities.

Arcos is the nicest and most functional rental property in downtown Sarasota. The location of the amenities, parking garage and units just make sense. Function and aesthetic work in tandem to create a perfect building design. Management has made so many great upgrades and updates including paint, artwork, and flooring.
