Arcos is a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful. The location is central to all of downtown, Lido Key, St. Armands, Ringling Museum and so much more. The staff are great to work with and are prompt in handling any issues or repairs. Looking forward to another great year here.

There are dog urine spots all over the hallway carpets. Building is not clean. It still shows remnants of construction dirt after 4+ years. Staff is very pleasant and has a good attitude. They do try hard to please but are stymied by not having enough maintenance/cleaning people

Arcos Apartments is a great place to live. The staff are all helpful and courteous. The building is in a convenient location. Great amenities at Arcos. Management does a great job with holding events for residents.

I just moved in a few days ago, still getting settled in. Arcos is a great location in the heart of downtown Sarasota. It's within walking distance of my office and the restaurants and entertainment in the area.

I lived living here for the walkability and friendliness of the apartment and the area. Pool and gym are never crowded even though they are both fantastic. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartments. I'm especially glad I have a balcony.

All of our windows face south. Noise primarily as a results of rerouting traffic on Fruitville road, US 41 closed because building a major roundabout. Have to keep bedroom fan on at night to help with outside noise.

Great management since buy out. Who I choose to marry denied to have move in? But? THE PACKAGES ARE OUT OF HAND! only a few make into lockers then just get dumped in doorway with NO NOTICES to Us on packages not making to the lockers! When in lockers works great! So daily ?we have to search pile to see if anything arrives for us. I had 3 two days ago in the pile! ! I've had a case of wine, a Apple Watch, a necklace, pair of earrings and a prize box from my company go missing. I've put in claims but shouldn't have to! the package system is out of control! There are piles just dropped by Amazon with no security! anyone can walk in and shop boxes laying on floor in garage. We were told if lockers full the packages would come to our door and that doesn't happen. Having to comb thru a pile of packages daily on off chance one is mine is insane for the high end apt building we live in. Also, We need lights over the grill area at night to be able to see. We use flashlights at 6 pm to be able to see grille and have dinner at tables. Sunsets at 5/30 pm we need lights in our outdoor seating the small orange are not bright enough. And while I don't have dogs, doggie bags need to be hanging at the doggie area all time. People have been leaving their dogs waste as the stand downstairs are out it is unsightly and smells. But the stand used to always be full and I've heard many tenants say "still out" and leave their mess. I'm a dog lover and hope to have dog but keeping these full are important! i of course would supply my own and think these owners should know to bring own but for all our sakes let's have bags down there ???? Would like trash can every floor outside in garage ?. One is in mail room very handy but each floor would be nice. Overall very happy here and know new management trying to make vast improvements ?. I plan to renew as long as rent doesn't go up higher % than last years increase

Upon move in the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, there were ants on the countertops, grime in the toilets, the shower and bathtub had not be scrubbed, the complimentary trash can was dirty, the dishwasher has tape holding the facing together, the entire apt smelled of cigarettes, and there was a stain on the carpet. Though I was told the entire apt had been repainted, it is very clear that the painting that was done was selective as I have stains from the prior occupant behind the sinks in the main bedroom. I did raise these issues with management and they are working towards resolving it quickly. It's just a shame this could not have been done prior to my movers arriving as it creates a burden on the tenant.

The staff at the Arcos are so friendly and helpful! It's a beautiful facility with fun planned activities?location is perfect for walking to Whole Foods and many cool restaurants and bars! Feeling very safe here.

Smelly hallways, fruit flies are always coming out of the drains, I plug them up so they don't come into my apartment, fire department is very loud with the constant phone ringing going off sporadically from 8 am to about 5/6 pm everyday.

The apartment building is clean, new, great facilities and wonderfully located. It is very easy to walk around downtown to stores, retaurants, the water front, etc. Parking garage is very convenient. Maintenance staff acts quickly to fix things.

The change of management has been palatable. Bainbridge is doing all the right things to make this a world-class luxury apartment building. All my interactions with Bainbridge team members has been excellent. My guess is the culture within Bainbridge is commitment to servre.

First floor units are much noiser. It would have been nice if they would have placed double pane windows to minimize the noise on the ground level- however, that is a design flaw/consideration. Love the community, location and nearby activities. It really is a great place to live.

Easy move in process. Great customer service. Clean, nice, and easy process. Everyone has been nice. Even our dog is enjoying the dog park and walks. Matt has been exceptional in the entire process start to finish.

So far a pleasant experience. The staff has been a pleasure to deal with. I would appreciate residents picking up after their Dog. Many times saw dog poop on the dog Run and on the rocks in the bushes.

Started off great & thought I would spend many years here. They inflated rent a ridiculous amount, even to current residents, with zero flexibility and fines/fees at every corner. Nice building and great location, but expect to live somewhere you will have extra costs for everything & with a staff that doesn't care for their residents. Sub-par cleanliness especially in terms of pets. Hair all over the stairwells and hallways and often smeared dog poop in the hallways. Security is also extremely lacking. The "professionally cleaned carpets and couches for us" but failed to mention it was because homeless people can get into our building at ease and slept on them. Better off going to City Side up the street where there's way better care and customer service.

ARCOS has been the ideal community to live in: 1. Location in Rosemary & Downtown, 2. Well-Built - the fixtures in the units, 3. Well Maintained, 4. Clean and Adequate Interior Spaces - the lobby, art gallery, and office are top notch, 5. Good Responsive Management - Bainbridge has consistent standards, 6. Amenities - the sauna, pool, gym, meditation room, dog park & clean, 7. Security Measures in Place, 8. Affordability and 9. Continuous Improvement. Happy to renew my lease for the 3rd year.

Overall, very good. Some Renters do not have a sense of pride in property they don't own however. Very sad actually. Place is well maintained by management and new enough that you will get past the handful of inconsiderate folks.
