Reedhouse feels at home with the mature nature surrounding the complex. A feeling of privacy and comfort. The staff is respectful, responsive and helpful. I would recommend coming in for a tour. The are a variety apartment styles to look at.

We love Reedhouse. Especially the location. It is excellent to step right out of your apartment and onto the Greenbelt for recreational activities. The complex is also very quiet which is nice and the apartment has great layout. The staff are very friendly too.

Zak and John were very helpful ans punctual. They also completed the maintance quickly and the system was easy to use. Vera has also been tremendous and so kind every time I encounter her. This is a great place to live.

Always super nice and professional. Seem to go out of their way to make sure that all is taken care of or just to say hello. Lots of new updates have taken place with little disturbance to the residence. Also seem to try to have little partys to get residence out to mingle with one an other.

It has been a pleasant place to live with my only complaint being the energy efficiency in the winter due to the windows. Your electric bill can go from $50 in the summer to $200 in the winter. That is a pretty big jump. Especially since these are supposed to be nice apartments.

I have loved my time at reed house. great location, great amenities, and great pool! Every year I consider leaving to buy a house and then ask myself why? This place is so great! Look forward to staying here for a while

I love everything about this place. The minor drawbacks are purely structural, likely due to the age of the building. My furnace keeps me up at night, because of how loud it is. Cabinets all have new hardware and doors, but the basins are old and painted over. They smell “old”, which makes my things smell old. But I absolutely love my view, I love how quiet and peaceful it is here, otherwise. I love being by the water, and the staff are exceptionally friendly!

The location along the river and the Church Nature Trail is a delight. Downtown (2.7 miles) and Bown Crossing (2 miles) are walkable. (And bike-able, of course.) Close to bus line. Maintenance is always responsive - that is a big thing. Staff is friendly. Gym is good, even though I don't use it enough:)

The location of the complex is right by the river and it is pretty cool. As you are walking down the river, there are businesses and restaurants as well. Not very many but there are some. Great location! It is within walking distance to many stores and pharmacies. Great location!

Since moving in I have enjoyed the community. It is quiet and tucked back in away from traffic, but still having access to Boise's downtown. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to make the move to Boise.

Reedhouse is such a refreshing community to be apart of and their staff is so friendly no issues from me. I love that thr pool and hot tub stay open year round so that I can do an ice bath setup after doing a nice hard workout and then sit in the cold pool after to help relax my muscles

We moved in site unseen without a tour from out of state. The community is safe, well lit at night, and very quiet. Right off the greenbelt! Very walkable. Love our apartment and we got two covered car ports added on to our lease (well lit at night, 100% worth it). The amenities are well taken care of and clean. Evan, in the leasing office walked us through everything and put our mind at ease with the move. Everything was as expected if not better. Thanks Evan for helping us find a place to call home!

Overall good experience. I've only been living here for a couple of month at this point. The only significant issue I see is with the windows as they leak when it's raining outside. I have a relative, who lives in this community since 2021 and her windows accumulate moisture inside the panels and are foggy.

Everything has been great here especially maintenance. The Greenbelt and the fitness counter is my favorite part. The apartments are older but they just put new appliances in for me. These are the best apartments I’ve lived at in Boise out of 3 other places

I wake up to birds chirping instead of road noise. The apartments are remodeled with black fixtures and look modern. The living room is spacious. Could use a bit more storage space. The location in SE Boise is worlds less stressful than the square mile gridded areas of Boise that I've always lived in.

It’s very pricey for the quality of the apartment finishes and square footage. The location, grounds, & access to everything make it a great spot. The trails along the River are close, downtown is close, stores & gym are very close. It’s very pet friendly.

When we started our apartment search, Evan understood our needs. He kept excellent communication via email and phone. We had a smooth transition. Our apartment was super clean with new carpet in the bedroom. We ha e been here for 2 weeks and loving our apartment and grounds, not to mention only 2 minute walk to the Greenbelt River.

The grounds are really gross right now. There are spider webs, bugs ect on the exterior of the building and it stinks to high heaven walking up my stairs. I don't want packages left by my door it's so gross. Any other apartment I've lived in would pressure wash the exterior and blow leaves and dirt out of patios. They don't do that here and while I can use a broom and leaf bags to clean my doorway and patio the stairway is disgusting and gross. With all the NATURE surrounding us and rent as high as it is, you would think there would be maintenance for the exterior.

Management is the worst part like any other apartment. Location and access to social events and outings is great. Close to grocery, hardware, schools and is also quite close to freeway access. Overall the experience at Reedhouse is great if you never have to interact with management. Maintenance on the other hand is always helpful.

It has been very positive so far!! the location is beautiful and the environment is very peaceful. Leasing managers are extremely helpful and friendly. The move in process was made very easy. The only thing bugging me is how. low the bathroom countertop is.
