I looked at a lot of apartments on line and this was one of the only things that had everything I was looking for. Up to date appearance, location, pet friendly, price. I haven't been here long but am very pleased so far. Maintenance has been responsive and very timely! Place is gorgeous. Parking is a little limited but I am trying to get a garage so hopefully that won't matter.

This community is very good to live, elementary school is very next to apartment. The maintenance requests are handled well. Friendly office staffs and neighbors. All the shops are accessible within 10 minutes drive.

These apartments are not new but if you have any issues with something not working well, damaged, or not up to par, management will do everything possible to make it right! My move-in wasn't as smooth as I hoped but I am very satisfied with the way management & staff handled my issues. They are absolutely wonderful & are doing everything possible to make my home the best it can be!

Overall the layout of the aparstment is great! Close to everything, private entries two pools all great BUT the community itself has taken a turn for the worse. Nothing is maintained properly the pool is always cloudy the landscaping is a mess nothing gets fixed on time They over charge you tell you it will be fixed and its never fixed Packages get delivered to the office and they put them in the locked room without sending you notification and the. Access code Lots of young adults moving in making it loud and messy around here now Ready to move even though I love my aparatment :(

This property is overpriced, but one of the few that allows our dog breed. (They no longer allow it, but we were grandfathered in.) Unfortunately, we had bad experiences while looking at other complexes and this seemed like the lesser of two evils.

Working with the staff made the whole move in process seamless and easy. Very friendly and helpful! The apartment is just what we need for our 4 month stay while our house is being built. The pool, fitness center and clubhouse are great bonuses! Love that there is ample parking as well as washer and dryer in the unit.

I have only been living here two weeks and I can truly say I am very pleased with my decision. There was a few minor things that needed attention, but once I informed the leasing office it was fixed by the end of the day. As of right now, I'm sure I'll be living here for awhile.

Staff is awesome, maintenance is very fast. Community is nice and clean, I really like the gym, better than most apartments. Trash situation needs work but has at least been improved some. Pool is also nice with the grills.

The community feels very safe and the residents pretty much keep to themselves. Any maintenance problems are resolved quickly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We plan to renew our lease when it comes due at the end of the year.

I have been very unhappy with the property management company since moving in. I was provided an inaccurate invoice for my rent, which I was told is not an error (I am just supposed to figure out what they meant). Communication with the office has been very poor. There were NUMEROUS maintenance issues with my unit; one took over 2 weeks to resolve. Several of the issues I was told they are fixed when they aren't. The pool is very nice, though the listed rules are not at all enforced. Many adults drinking alcoholic beverages in the pool (which was clear since many drink right from beer cans). Is not a good environment to bring your children on weekends.

Just moved in April. So far so good, maintenance responds quickly. One time they came around for the seasonal shut off of the heat now that it's warm out, and they turned mine off (unbeknownst to me). This particular night it was still chilly and my apartment was freezing. I called the office explaining I didn't understand why my unit was not getting warm, let them know I have a baby due any day, and that I needed it warm. They explained to me they turned the heat off for summer but will gladly turn mine back on at my request. I told them I want be able to control my temperature of my unit. They sent someone almost immediately. It was nice to see their concern for my little one. Live on the first floor though, hate the rolly polly bugs that keep getting in. I got some home defense seems to be better now. I'd recommend the same for first floor residents. Office staff is nice, helpful. Computer lab printing life saver for school. Package pick up a breeze. Living Unit is amazing. Location great close to 59.

It was lovely in 2017-18 however there's security issues and lack of cleanliness on grounds .. please stay on top of this.. too many transients come through here on weekends very loud and obnoxious behavior .. trash area is a mess! Please hire more security and maintenance

Personal attention to everything, including maintenance, rent renewal, special needs. The community manager and maintenance crew are assets to their company and community. I would not have renewed my lease for the 7th time if they were not.

Very friendly staff. clean and well maintained apartments. The complex is calm and sometimes the gym is a little crowded which is a good thing! Indoor pool is good but it's a little dirty since people don't care that much to keep it clean but the water is clean and perfect. All in all, it's a decent place (especially) for a family or new couples and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice community. Great fitness center. Close to tollway. A lot available very close by. People in the office are nice and accommodating. I enjoy have laundry facilities in the unit; it makes doing laundry in a timely manner much easier.

Me and my cousin moved into the Aventine and have been here a little over a year. Both the staff and the maintenance employees have been very friendly and helpful. The location is great as well as far as access to the highway as well with plenty to do in the area.

Prior to the new owner, it felt like a community. Since the new ownership, it feels like every resident is just profit. No one cares about the people living here and quality of their experience. The amenities are great, and overall the quality of the apartment homes is equal to other communities I have lived in the area. The caring and concern from the office staff is just not there.
