It started off very rocky my home was still being worked on weeks after I moved in, and after being here a year almost the painting has never been fixed on the doors or the fact that the doors dont open and close easily at all. Also the rent is quite high for a 2 br.

My experience living here for over two years has been nice. The pools both indoor and out are my favorite. My family has the ability to relax by a pool and swim year round. As well, there is the REALLY nice gym area. Very clean, cool, and current exercise equipment with many options.

You're doing better job than previous owner. My perception is that you are interested to improve the property and keep a good environment. When Pool open please keep an eye on the groups that are there because sometimes someone bring alcohol and they show inappropriate family behavior.

Very pleased so far. I like the location and the staff has been very professional and helpful. Maintenance issues have been address very quickly and professionally. The pool and workout room are very nice. Parking is very limited though.

Just an adjustment with kids living above me and are very noisey at time. This is out of your control. I just have an older unit and just needs a few updates, My toliet always gets clogged. But these are all minor items. I am happy to be here!

Beautiful apartments. Love the open floor plan and tons of natural light. Well kept grounds. Friendly neighbors. Our only complaint is we don't have tons of dining room (Veneto floorpan). With two toddlers in high chairs it is difficult. Otherwise very happy here and glad we signed a 15 month lease.

Apartment is in a good location with many excellent amenities. People who work here could use a personality infusion, however. Rents are rising, as is common, but I'd like to get more for that money than location swaps for the dog park and playground, and new signage. The police seem to be here a little too often. The multiple Mercedes driving employees are definitely noticed by the tenants, especially when there is talk about rising rent.

All in all it is a very nice community to live in , The management team is very nice and easy to communicate with . The clubhouse is amazing the people in the community are very friendly and it is a pet friendly neighborhood .

So far everything has been pretty quite exactly what we wanted. The only thing is that our family room doesn't have a window to open so we have to open the balcony door for air flow. Over all the staff has been super helpful and I have had no problems at all.

My wife and I have always enjoyed the bueatiful estetics of the grounds of this facility. Customer service has been a tremendous plus regarding any issues we've had. And it's wonderful being close to the express way and shopping mall and resturants.

As it has only been a month since we have moved in, it's hard to judge the experience with the limited days we've been here. However, so far it has felt a bit like we aren't as important as others. We have a few things that need to be fixed and it doesn't seem like they are a priority for the staff. Hopefully that will change soon.

I love this community! The indoor lap pool help me relax after a day at work and also excersise. The gym is great, completely new. Apartment is very comfortable; big kitchen big bathrooms and I love the walking closet.

I have been very happy here at my apartment!!! It is quiet inside and outside the majority of the time. The other residents are very nice too. The employees are very nice also. They really do a good job of taking care of my apartment!!!

My experience has not been positive. The response time is dismal and the office staff is unprofessional and do not seem to recognize the value of displaying a high level of customer service. JVM would benefit from providing more training for its staff and increasing the number of maintenance staff assigned to this community.

Friendly staff, very clean apartment, nice landscaping. We were very excited to move into our apartment and so far it has lived up to expectations. The staff are very responsive and complete maintenance requests within 24 hours.
