Parking is the biggest issue here, because residents that have driveways along with their garage do not utilize their driveways making parking an issue for those residents without a driveway. Aaaaaaaa

I am a little dissatisfied with the fact that it took three months to repair the water leak from the second floor. The schedule had changed many times, so I wanted them to show me the exact dates in advance.

Nice community and amenities. Expensive with no working with you to help. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. I wish you offered an easier way to pay. The portal doesn't take your money right away so you end up paying fees if other bills come out while your waiting for rent to go through.

Huge homes and attached garages
These homes are huge. My 2 bed is over 1400 square feet and it has an attached garage (I think all the homes do?). They just had a pool party this weekend and had food catered and door prizes. Someone won AirPods. Really great so far!

Horrible place
Never complain on anything or write a review on anything not even an amazon item?? but here’s one for this ridiculous, horrible place! Poor maintenance, 2 weeks without Heather when we had the snow storm. and now no a/c for a whole month. Never answer or respond to any calls or email and when I go to the office they act surprised. Rent increases every month it’s just bad experience year for me never had problems in previous apartments till this one so called comdoms on wetherington

There is never any place to park. And when you want to move out the office will tell you that all you have to do is fill out a form but they will charge you thousands to break your lease. However, management leaves you alone.

Great place to live.
Great place to live. Nice amenities like the pool and gym. Staff are friendly and they work hard to get things done. I like the rent pay app and how we get to live in plantation point and be in the Ryle district.

Management is not great and trying to get in touch with them is nearly impossible. When I needed a reference for a place I rented for work, they never answered the phone and nearly caused my to lose this apartment. I have had numerous instances when I have not been able to live in my paid apartment due to no water, chemical smells, and water leaks with no advanced warning. When I addressed these in person with the property manager, he had no input and has never reached out to me to address any of it as I have requested. The assistant in the office has taken several messages for him to calm me and nothing.

Things get fixed in a timely manner and the office staff is always helpful!! The grounds are well kept and the amenities are really great! For my first apartment after my divorce, it had been a wonderful community.

We got this apartment from a distance, my husband and I were in Washington state and needed a place here. Nick in the Rental Office did a great job corresponding with us via email, and setting up appointments with son and daughter to view and then to pick the keys up. The only downside was the apartment wasn't really cleaned well before we came. Which I did when I got here. Everything else they've been very good about . The community is absolutely beautiful and well kept and they are very good about making sure people are adhering to keeping things that way!! ?? Work orders are done in a fast and efficient manner and the staff is friendly and helpful. I do recommend them. The only thing I wish we had the option to opt out of is the valet trash service and the cable charges which we don't use either. ??

This place used to be great, but I feel like I can never get an answer to my questions or concerns in a timely manner anymore or even at all, I do have several issues that I feel like never got addressed even though they have been brought up several times.

Need quicker actions from management office in emergency situation. Sometimes there was no responce to my email. Sound absorbing material is needed both in the wall and ceiling of apartment unit. Internet and insurence fee are centrally managed with rent fee and that is a good point.

It has changed a lot in 3 years. There are a lot more people coming and going in the last year. This seems to be the community of people wanting for their homes to be built. Very few stay long enough to get to know them.

It's been a wonderful experience. The maintenance crew is fabulous!!! Every time I have an issue, they are quick to respond and fix the problem. If I send an email to the office, they are quick to respond and answer my questions.

It's okay. What I like best is location. There is so much new building around Columns will need to upgrade what I dislike is lack of insulation heating cooling bills are have had some really cold days this year. Snow removal was really slow. I don't like wi fi..keeps dropping out

The office staff are nice and extremely helpful answering any questions that you have. The maintenance team are fast and respectful when inside your apartment. The complex is well taken care of and a great place to live

Office workers are non-responsive and rude. If you ask a question, expect a form email response. Maintenance is short staffed but do show up eventually and always do a good job. I am very excited for my lease to end.

The fees and additional charges they have are not ideal. Valet trash that isn't very good and then have to pay for the dumpster as well. Also can't opt out of cable tv. Sucks. Shoukd give you options!

So far so good. Can't really complain now that we have the two great maintenance who are on top of residence needs. I haven't had a bad experience in my year and couple months here. The new office management is on point with our everyday needs. And communication with the new app is convenient for people such as myself. Thanks!

I have been requesting air conditioner repair for about 2 months, but it has not been completed at all. The road in front and the room next door are noisy, and the awareness of the residents is low overall.

I'm generally satisfied living here I like the look of the property, it's pet friendly, and love the attached garage. However there's an overriding lack of clear communication and it's difficult to get anyone from management to respond to emails or on the phone when trying to resolve issues.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. Tired to be luxury apartments, the only thing luxury is how much you'll pay. The amenities and mandatory options normally aren't taken care of and if you complain to the main office you'll either get blown off or no response. Good luck reaching a higher authority beyond the front office. I've had nothing but excuses on excuses about anything I've shown is an issue both in my apartment or in the community. Highly suggest you look elsewhere, this place may have been nice at one time. It's long since been at it's best.

The most terrible place to live, Stay away from this place !
We are building a house and force to move into an apartment until our home is done. We have issues with this horrible place from the first day we moved in. I do not think the management cares about residents' comfort. Rent is high for just a little service. Everything is old inside, the place stinks , mold is on the ceiling ( which they promised to fix and never did). Because of negligence of AC subcontractors and a manager we are sitting in the 79F apartment. My husband, two kids and I are sleeping in one bed, because there are only two portable AC and we rent 3 bedroom apartment. My parents occupy the other room. I reported the issue at the time when subcontractors still were here, but the manager ignored my request. His priority number one on this hot summer day to call subcontractors back first thing next morning But no, this is not his priority and they won't be back until Friday. They have a very good maintenance guy Carlos. He is always willing to help.

Maintenance takes more than 4 months to fix a problem, very dirty, trash is always full and bad smell. Practically the condominium is no longer maintained, the administration personnel are terrible…..

It's been one year we have been living here. Apartments are spacious and amenities are good. Staff are really helpful. Maintenance team promptly responding to the requests taking care of safety precautions during the Covid.
