I love my decision with moving to Columns of Wetherington. The office staff are so knowledgeable and overwhelming helpful, especially Abby Hunley. She was so helpful. In showing me the exact place I would be moving to and has also help with safety bars for my brothers bathroom due to his disability.. She is a gem such an asset. Thank you

If you want to live somewhere that never fixes anything and gives you the runaround constantly and charges too much than this is the place to be. As long as you never have to ask management or maintenance for anything than you're alright. They don't care how terrible your maintenance issues are, they'll tell you for months they're going to fix it and never show up.

Moving into an apartment complex for the first time, I was a little overwhelmed however can say that the office staff has made the transition very smooth! All my questions were answered quickly and if any maintenance issues came up, it was handled within a day. The grounds have been well maintained, and all public areas clean and orderly. I was surprised the first few nights in that there was little to no noise from other units. I might just have quiet neighbors, however that is a plus! Location is perfect and there are plenty of walking paths to use. I would recommend this complex to friends and family!

My wife and I are finishing our 3rd year with this community. I can definitely say the community continues to improve. The best improvements are without a doubt the community manager and his maintenance staff. In the past, I would have rated the community management lower; however, it has continued to improve and improve. We have never had any issues with noise, safety, cleanliness of the community or maintenance. I'm so glad I can clearly say that this community is now a 5/5 with the addition of quality and caring office staff. We look forward to renewing our lease this year and continuing our time in this great community.

Ever since the first day I came in to check the place out, the front office was very responsive in getting me set up since I was relocating from another state. I met Dan (front office) the first day I picked up my keys and we've been on a first name basis ever since. This apartment was exactly what I was looking for in regards to location, floor plan and cost...the friendliness of the staff was an added bonus!

I highly recommend not to come to this place staff is rude the maintenance is absolutely horrible... an you can hear everything through the floors place is not worth it. Found needles in driveway like wtf. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s ran down hole in the wall.

I would definitely recommend columns on werthington, I have great neighbors and the office staff is very helpful, I haven't had but a few issues with my apartment and the maintenance guys have always fixed them on a timely manner.

I have lived here a year and a half. The old management was great. Since the new management, trash cans overflow in the pool area, next to the grill area and where we put the trash. As you can see with the picture illustrations, the garbage is not their priority. Many times, the garbage where we put the trash does not get emptied every week. I'm not sure why. The maintenance staff is friendly. My light was out in my kitchen. Maintenance needed to come because special bulbs are required. I called 3 times in a 7 day period, left messages for the office to return. After a week, I walked into the clubhouse. The manager said that we are on a 2-3 week wait time for maintenance because the air conditioners take priority of everything else. I stated that I have no light in my kitchen for over a week now and I need light in my kitchen. Finally the came and fixed it. it literally took about 5 minutes. This is not the only time I needed maintenance and no one calls you back if you leave a message. One of the gates do not open to get in the pool area. It has been broken all year with no intention of getting it fixed. The apartments that has a view of the pool, we now have to walk all around the clubhouse to gain access to the pool. What was once convenient before to get the pool, is now a big inconvenience because you are either walking on the street or walking on people's lawn to get to the pool. The management staff is boarder line rude and seems not to care how they treat the people that are renting here. Very disrespectful.

We moved in here last year and havent even finished one year here and I'm ready to leave. The management in general is terrible. Patty, the old manager was nice and helpful and her maintenance staff was ok. But since she left, things have gotten so much worse. The management doesn't seem to care about the residents. The new girl Sarah in the office is cold and borderline rude and doesn't seem to understand how she should be talking to residents. She is brash and forgets things. The fountain hasn't been operational for a while now. The grass isnt being cut. The buildings are falling apart and desperately need attention and TLC. The management never has the outsides of the buildings cleaned. Everything is covered in spiderwebs and even inside the apartments on the ground floor, there are many insects and spiders that find their way into our home. It's so sad to see the management not care about this place. The location is great. The neighborhood is nice. The pond/lake is such a great feature. If they would put more effort into the upkeep of this place, it really would be luxurious. However as of today, it doesn't feel luxurious at all. If they dont get their act together, we may leave only because the management didn't care to do their job.

I've really love it here. It's clean and close to everything! I don't have to do a thing outside but I have a beautiful courtyard and a nice pool. The kids fish in the pond a lot.

I am writing you this email because I would like to compliment Sara and Patty the new office staff. My roommate and I moved in a few months ago now and they has been nothing but extravagant and very helpful to us over the last almost few months. When we viewed the apartment the very first time (before we signed a lease), we were given a tour by a man that was not to happy to be here. We were given incorrect information as far as how much the apartment would be upon moving in, how much the upgrades we wanted were going to cost, we were told that the apartment we had wasn't an upgraded one, etc. Although these aren't huge mistakes, upon visiting and walking through the apartment 2 weeks prior to moving in, we were taken on the walk-thru with Sara and she answered every question we had, corrected everything wrong that we were told, and did her best to help us efficiently and we were left with no questions, and nothing but excited to move in. She took care of the little things him and myself were nitpicking at, as far as small, but noticeable as far as a light fixture not being straight. Since we have moved in there, Sara has gone above and beyond to help us as much as she can. Any kind of problems we have had, she has had them resolved immediately. Our ice maker was not working, I spoke with Sara and the next day a maintenance tech was at my house fixing the ice maker. We requested to have a washer and dryer rented and placed into the apartment the day before we moved in, upon moving in, the washer and dryer was in the unit and installed. I spoke with her about a month after and told her about the dryer squealing really loud, and that it would come and go, she had called the company the washer and dryer are rented from, and had them out there the next day to replace the whole dryer! That was something that really showed a lot of passion and care for her tenants to me. My roommate and myself decided to purchase our own washer and dryer, and when I told her about it, she told me that I would just have to let her know when I would be getting mine, and that she would arrange to have the current rented ones picked up. I tried my best to have it scheduled between my roommate and my work hours, but it wasn't able to be done, so Sara personally volunteered to go into the unit with them(I didn't want the company going in there on their own, but I feel as if I can trust Sara). I gave her a date that ours would be coming, and she had the rented washer and dryer removed the day before! I feel that Sara and Patty are completely dedicated to making her tenants feel welcomed, and able to come to them if they need anything at all and I truly believe they will get it done. She has a wonderful attitude and is always so cheerful! Every time I pass by and they are outside doing things around the complex, I always get a big smile and a waive! I'm not sure how many people send in compliments, but I felt as if they deserve it because the new office staff does goes above and beyond for me and they need to be given the chance to prove themselves due to them only being there about two months now. Go visit Columns, I promise you will love it! And for those who only get on here to write something bad. Instead of write it, please go talk to the new team and they will make it better, just like they made things better for me. What you are failing to realize is how hurtful this can be for them. Its not fair that they have to pay for someone else's mistakes. Thank you Sara and Patty for everything. I am a HAPPY resident.

I would recommend the Columns of Wetherington to friends and family.I truly enjoyed living here. It was quite, my neighbors were polite and my apartment was extremely comfortable. The grounds were kept well. Even when it snowed they had maintenance persons out early in the morning clearing the walk ways and salting the sidewalks. I used the car wash area frequently. Mainly because it was free to persons staying in the complex. One of the things I truly liked was receiving packages. Even though the community is not gated on multiple occasions Amazon packages have been left at my front door. For days at a time and nothing was open, damaged or stolen. Amazon has warehouses a few hours away. So when ordering packages normally arrive within 3 days and even on Sundays. My only issue with the apartment was management changeover. During my stay their was one significant management and maintenance change. The change were noticeable in maintenance requests and customer service. However management has done an outstanding job addressing issues and renters concerns. I honestly feel is though they care about clients and have a strong desire to make your stay a positive one. For you and your family. The reason I left was work related however I enjoyed my time at the complex.

Columns on Wetherington is one of the most outstanding apartment communities I have ever lived at. The Management and Staff are amazing. Patty takes pride in her community and its residents. She and her staff are quick to respond with questions or concerns and are very easy to work with. I picked the very best home with Columns on Wetherington. My home is so welcoming and Clean from the day I moved in. I remember how good it smelled when i first walked in. Even the layout perfect for my needs. I love these apartment homes and the quiet community. I would recommend Columns to everyone i know looking to rent.

Love love the Christmas decorations! Beautiful!! Staff is friendly and courteous and always offers to help. The area is great - with some of the best schools and amenities for residents anywhere in Northern Kentucky. This apartment complex is really nice and the upgrades are amazing!. Would definitely recommend!

Living at Columns was unfortunately not the most positive experience. I experienced two teams of management while living there - the first team was impossible to get in touch with, the second team won't leave you alone. Hopefully they will settle in and find a happy medium. The noise level is a huge issue. Living on the top floor I was still kept awake at night by neighbors and geese so I can't imagine what people on lower floors deal with. There is also the issue of having your apartment smell like your neighbor's food. Onions, garlic, curry - the smells came directly through my master bathroom vent and there was nothing I could do about it. When I first moved in the basketball court was something the leasing manager really sold me on since I have kids but that was removed a month after I moved in. The only explanation I received was because "didn't fit the type of community they wanted." Interesting that it seemed to fit just fine when it was touted as a selling point to me. I was later told it was due to noise complaints. Perhaps someone will complain about the geese and they will be removed as well. Do not be fooled by the large grassy areas. Many residents do not clean up after their dogs so walk, run, and play in the grass with caution. There is also a problem finding parking so I'd highly recommend using your garage for your car, otherwise you might have a long walk home each night. The pool is beautiful and definitely a great amenity. Unfortunately last year it was out of service four times during the summer, two of which were holiday weekends. Residents were given no notice, we just found out when we walked to the gate and it was locked. Good luck on your apartment search. I hope this review was helpful.

We have lived here for over two years. The apartment is very spacious yet cozy. The location is ideal and the neighborhood quiet. Maintenance issues are addressed and resolved in a timely matter. The property manager and the leasing specialist are very professional and easy to work with.

My family and I have lived at Columns for the past 4 yrs. During that time they gone thru a few Management companies and have experienced some transitional problems. I'm happy to say that I am very pleased with their new Management company. I opened a maintenance request and the office responded quickly and they were very efficient. The new Manager has phenomenal interpersonal skills who takes the time and is invested in her residents and this community. I would recommend Columns to everyone.

Beautiful homes with stunning pond stocked with fish. A nice walking trail with a very nice neighborhood. We have Spacious closets and updated appliances. The work out room is small but has everything I need for after along day of work to get my 30 minutes in. A new Manager will be starting soon and we are looking forward to the positive changes. The office has had new faces catching up and our phone calls are answered now. We are very happy we renewed and are looking forward to the new year.

Worst place to live, the woman in the office is a straight ----- and herd today she got one of the best Maintnance guys they have had here fired. She slept with the last two that were here I don't get how she is still here, ridiculous!!!! They never answer the phone in the office when they do there rude as can be. I been to the office several times in the day and there gone not for a short period of time either, I don't know what the deal is but someone needs to do something with them in the office.

I would recommend living there, especially now that they have a reliable, knowledgeable and honest maintenance supervisor, in the past you would have to wait forever for a problem to be fixed (and the office never answers the phone) plus they rarely were able to keep anyone on long enough to be of any use. Now you can submit a maintenance request and he will call you personally (within 24 hours) and come fix the problem, as well as makes sure you don't have any other issues as opposed to just doing the job and leaving . He has definitely been a key contributor in being able to leave a good review. However property management leaves a bit to be desired. but all in all its a nice place to live

I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They are not honest and they went through 4 Property Managers and all their maintenance staff quit in the year I lived there. You cannot ever get a hold of them by phone, never. They lie to your face and if you plan on moving out you won't get a move out statement they will just send your final bill to collections and you will have collection agencies on pursuit of hundreads of dollars....even though you don't owe the money. The Property Managers will promise you one thing and never fulfill their promises. They will write down a forwarding address but it doesn't matter you will never get a final bill; it will go to collections. They are not a HONEST company whatsoever! The apartment I rented was filthy; the oven was black and I had to clean it - I went through a whole roll of paper towels and then the burners don't work and the ones that work will burn the bottom of your pans. There are cobwebs above the cabinets; the carpets are stained, the bathtubs don't drain, the water is white with too much floride or something leaves the sink white...the heat smells like gas the whole winter long; be careful...these are not luxury apartments!!!

I rather enjoy living here its quiet and off the road which is a plus because i have small children..the ladies in the office are always so polite and helpful. The fishing pond is pretty amazing as well..its wonderful to watch the kids catch fish then toss them back in..wish i had a picture. This place has always treated me well and I hope to be here for some time to come

Been here for a couple months. I chose this place because they were good with me having a Husky and other places wouldnt. It's quiet. My neighbors are great. Had a problem getting my air conditioner to work and the maintenance guy came to fix it right away. Couldn't ask for better!

I hate living here. It sucks. The model looks nice but pay attention there are no lights in the bedrooms, living rooms or den only ceiling fans with no light kit. Next the walls are very thin. Our main breaker was broken and would turn the electric off every time I turned on the stove/oven or just randomly. It took them 2 weeks to fix and never returned my phone call. I had to go outside and around the building to turn it back on at 3 times a day. There is NO extra parking and they suck at snow removal. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I can not wait to get out of here! 6 months left and I am counting down the days. Worse apartment I have ever lived in!

I would not recommend this place one bit. I have lived under a family of 6 for 5 months now and they are very rude people. Their kids jump, run, scream constantly. And the parents are just as bad!! I know apartment life lacks a lot of privacy but when you know the people above you's total schedule based on the noise level that is a little much. I complained to front desk several times to no avail. Their suggestion is to call the police.
