It's been as good as it can be so far. The noise level is good, this apartment is close to places to shop and eat, and at a good location to commute to work. So far, the apartment office has been good at completing my requests in a timely manner.

I can describe a wonderful experience. The area is always very clean. Parking is accessible, maintenance is excellent and quick to respond, and the apartments are well-equipped. Everything always looks brand new, and the heating and air conditioning never fail.

Nice community however rules need to be enforced! Some areas look horrible and tenants are not being held accountable!!! We pay too much to look at eye sores!!!! By the way YES I have complained about it!!!!

Horrible experience, maintenance goes into your apartment with you in it if you don’t instantly get the door, and never properly solve the problems you have to make multiple repair requests to get it done, super loud you can hear the neighbor’s neighbor talking

Average at best, you get what you pay for. I wish the grounds were kept neater, enforcement of pet cleanliness, security cameras are for the entire property along with more rigorous security patrols. Noise ordinances enforced and smoking only in designated areas.

Experience in ‘21 was great however it has since declined. Staff is great however the people that have moved in are not so much. People are subletting apts and the people subletting are extremely loud. People have left disabled vehicles in parking lot for months if not a year.

Front office is extremely nice but only can answer questions pertaining the lease. Maintenance has been horrible, we kept putting in work orders because it stuff wasn’t done before we got into the apartment and apparently it was annoying to a worker who is assigned our building. Since he’s been so annoyed with us, he has been completing the work orders without coming into the apartment. When I go into the leasing app and click not resolved, he shows up frustrated because it shows up blank on his end and gets an attitude with us because he doesn’t know what it’s about. There is ZERO communication between tenants and maintenance and quite frankly this is the WORST maintenance I’ve ever experienced in an apartment complex. I’ve even had to replace my own garbage disposal covers because 2 pm didn’t fit in with someone’s maintenance schedule. ME a TENANT had to complete my OWN maintenance request because it wasn’t in the maintenance workers schedule but they had enough time to drop the part off to my front door. Make it make sense, completely ridiculous!

I really enjoy the spaces. The apartment has spacious rooms and very cozy bathrooms. I love the kitchen layout and the lighting.The only thing that bothers me about this apartment is having noisy neighbors upstairs. But the administrative staff of the community is excellent—very polite and responsible. I currently feel very comfortable living in this condominium

I was very welcomed by the staff, I had just moved to the area so I had quite a lot of questions and every employee that I spoke to was very happy to talk & help me out! Great people that work there & the maintenance is done immediately! I had an issue with my bathroom sink and they got it fixed the next day.

My upstairs neighbors are very loud around the clock, there is hardly any parking. Other than that it’s nice clean and for Valet trash should be optional as we don’t use it. Everyone seems to be pretty nice

Overall, I've had a very poor experience. I've had continuous and excessive noise issues with my neighbors. It's a combination of the noise made by the neighbors and the quality of the apartment doing nothing to help muffle the noise. Maintenance has been slow and ineffective at fixing issues of the normal variety and of more serious nature. Add on the top the luxury price for this experience and I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone.

It was good at first but over the years these apartments have become very inconvenient for us , parking sucks , security sucks , the up keep inside apartments that have been around for years or residents suck , we have the worst refrigerator here and we have asked for a new one and the answer is no

I have had nothing but positive results since I moved in. The Management staff is excellent and they are all very friendly, professional and always helpful and sensitive to any personal problem I may be experiencing. Maintenance is excellent with quick responses to all Maintenance requests.

The location of the condo is great, the facilities are good, the only downside is the price . It is getting way too expensive every time you renew your lease, there are not incentives to renew your lease , specially now that there are some other condos that offer more for a lower price.

My experience at the community has been good overall. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I notice is the grounds are poorly maintained. I will see the same piece of trash in the same spot for a week or more. There is broken glass near my parking spot that has been there for days with nothing being addressed. I consistently see leaves and trash in the breezeways
