The stay here is quiet, safety on the other hand more lighting, paying for parking, the out dated appliances, lack of amenities it is not worth the amount of rent that is taken every month. I can honestly say when things are upgraded rent will drastically increase

We like it. Apartment is nice, we're close to everything, and I have nice neighbors.Just wish the rent was a little lower. The staff is helpful, maintenance is prompt, and we even have a small playground.

Me gusta la comunidad no tengo quejas en referencia a ventera y sus empleados solo q es costoso vivir aquí en ventrera hay opciones de otros apartamento menos costoso por la zona claro tomando en cuenta q los apartamentos de ventera son grande tiene gym Pool

Only thing bad is when Kentucky had a snow / ice storm the sidewalks had ice and snow where I park there is no sun to help melted the snow I almost fell twice . Parking is very hard to find because there are so many permits parking (I hope they are paying extra to have these spots ) and a car in a spot that doesn’t move and is taken a spot I could use It makes it very hard to bring in Groceries

it is a good comunity but i don't like the puddle in front of the aparment everytime it rains. the neighborhs are ok. it is close to many stores and restaurants . The comunity . mail may be a bit crazy

My neighbors n I have became family ! It. Really makes a difference !! You care for them .you look out for them whether it be going to the mailbox or even the store . We help each other ! From small things to knocking on your door to say hello , how are you

I live here. They are expensive. Ill be looking to move once my lease is up. They wont let me move into a more updated apartment. During the summer they didnt have anyone keeping kids under 18 under supervision at the pool.

Rent going up to much and no updates for old people that been there the landscape is not up to power... We didn't have mulch at all this summer and the hedges was never trimmed they did do some painting they did paint a couple of things but hey the landscaping man yeah I need to really take care of it

Basically being forced to move out so that management can upgrade the unit. This rent is increased 150.00 annually and its horrible to treat good tenants this way. There is no way to talk with the owners, no negotiation about renewals, nothing. This is really sad

Very happy at Clearwater farm. The staff is great. Maintenance has been great also. The upkeep is very good to. The appartments look very good from the street and even better inside. A little bit loud on weekends. The cars fly through at night sometimes but what can you expect

I like it here, my only problem is the fact that nobody is actually outside willing to talk some times. I also don't like it when there's a big truck in our parking area. I don't like paying for repairs like I'm rich.

Except for the issue of the leaking in the the bathroom. I had been ok. If they cant fix the problem then I would hope they can do something to help me in fixing it for me. I.E maybe another apartment or something off the rent. Because this leak is other peoples bath water or toilet water.

I have to report repairs over and over . The rates are increasing and nothing inside has been improved. When something breaks they go their personal junkyard to find a piece to replace. Microwaves our three different colors from all the pieces. Dishwasher never worked in three years.

Weve been living at the Clearwater Apartments since January 2021 and so far were very pleased. Our apartment is very spacious, updated; the rent is definitely reasonable. The manage staff is very friendly and quick in solving our needs/requests. We highly recommend the Clearwater Apartments.

My experience has been alright overall. Initially when I first moved in, there were a few complications but everything was eventually fixed/figured out. Neighbors can be quite loud, you can hear a lot of movement.

Lovely and way better than I ever thought given that this was my first experience with apartment life. Friendly neighbors, lively and vibrant community. Management is excellent which makes life much more easier. In some ways it feels like a five star residency. .

My experience has been very good, although I have had problems with the administration for supposed loud music, and respect for the neighbors, even if you have a special date, you cannot play music, You can not have parties because everything is heard in the apartment, aunt of the neighbors, even if your apartment is large

It was a break-in theres been fights and the pool is not fun to go to because of the disrespectful children that are there without their parents they are under age and you feel you have to watch him to make sure they dont trial and people are over there smoking and eating trashing the place

Do not feel safe. Apartment needs major updates. Pool is filthy and unsanitary. Expensive and definitely not worth the price. Parking is awful. Never a place to park close to the apartment. The build is cheap and there is a lot of wasted space that makes electric bill very high.

The only other problem is parking, A lot of cars with expired licenses and have been sitting for at least a year, So that makes people park in other apartment spaces. At one time (recently) there were a lot of young kids running in and around the complex making a lot of noise. Throwing paper etc

I paid to have an upgraded apartment with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer. Its been almost two months and I still have two white appliances in my kitchen and no washer and dryer. I was not told about this until I had already got renters insurance turned on ALL my utilities and got everything ready to go and I come in and they tell me as we are about to walk through the apartment. Now Ive emailed two girls in the office and get no reply. Completely shady and totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

This is easily the nicest apartment complex I've ever lived at. The staff are friendly and very personable. The food trucks, decoration contests, and events they host create a fun, family friendly enviroment. The office is a beautiful old home, that has a nice sized pool in the back for the tenants.

I'm retired and my wife is confined to a wheelchair and we don't have any complaints at all about the community here. I used to own a home in the neighborhood right behind the tree line outside my building.

Dont expect a clean apartment upon moving in. When I moved into Clearwater Farm the floor was absolutely disgusting. Its taken them over two weeks to even get around to helping me. It is way overpriced for what it is.

Really good community, very peaceful and makes you really feel safe. Lots of people walk dogs , go on jogs etc.. plenty of kids are around swimming and having tons of fun. The front office also makes you feel welcomed no matter what.
