This is a peaceful community great location to a lot of things including my job staff is friendly and upfront about everything maintenance answers trouble calls in timely manners and does a great job of communicating when they are in and out of my apartment love the pools

Neighbors are constantly noisy and apartments are not soundproof at all. Reserved parking (which costs extra) is poorly enforced, if at all. Often hard to reach the office by phone/get someone to pick up. Other residents don't clean up their dog's poop. I liked it when I first moved in here, seems it has gone downhill (and up in price!) which is unfortunate because the location is convenient!

Overall it is a great place to live but the rent is way to high for the amenities that they offer. There's trash usually in the parking lot, dirty hallways, landscaping is not great it is awful. Grass needs to be .owed more often,newer updates of appliances.

I have lived here some time and I have experience many changes during this time. The residents have changed a bit and there are more families and younger people moving in. It seems some residents are not careful with the trash and it has become a huge problem.

Overall I love this complex. I would hate to ever leave but with the continuous rising of rent this may be my last lease with Clearwater. As a resident since 2019. I do not like how outdated my unit is but yet my rent keeps increasing as though I am paying for a newly renovated unit. I find this very unfair to resident who have been loyal to this complex for years longer than myself. At least replace the mini blinds.

Horrible. Apartment Management is unwilling to compromise or negotiate the raising rental costs. Maintenance does a poor job trying to fix problems with apartments. The issues are never properly fixed and keep arising.

Jane is fantastic, she is the only one in the office that I prefer to talk to. The others conduct themselves with alot of attitude over the phone. The trash is always over flowing, grounds are not kept looking good.

I love my apartment and the location is really convenient to stores. It's well lighted at night and pretty much quite. I love the hardwood floors, and how well staff embrace the community. I look forward to many more years at clearwater farms.

Was great up until about 2 to 3 years ago. Price doesn’t fit property. Grounds are a mess. Bushes covering my windows. They cut grass fifteen different times a week. Trash everywhere, poop outside of doors in bags.

we love our apartment and the community but the maintenance issues with our AC unit is ridiculous and makes our apartment unbearable. we should not have to put in a maintenance request on a weekly basis.

When we first moved in it was all great. Now lawn care service does not blow off porches well or around the door and breezways.If they tear up something on your porch the office Manager is great about compensation. I really like living her but the rent is getting to high and we are thinking of looking into other options. There is a lot of trash around the dumpsters that causes rats.

It’s a great place to live. It would be nice to have a longer Grace period to pay rent like homeowners do. Cause at the end of the day this is our home, renting or not. Be nice to maybe lower monthly rate or give discounts to those that have been a resident for more than a year to get them to stay longer and to referral other people

all very well I like the condo good security customer service by the administration office is very good help with our language without any problems they treated us excellent I really like everything about the condominium, its apartments are well maintained and clean, its gardening is beautiful, we have an area for pets, a good option, and a park for children and two beautiful swimming pools.

So far is really quite a, friendly office staff really friendly and well prepared. The process to move in was like 123 , they work with you to make things happen easily . Everything is working well for me and my family, my daughters love it here.

Staff never knows whats going on. Some staff are rude. Maintenance doesnt communicate with them or with resident and then just enters your apt without notice when it was a month old maintenance problem. No communication what so ever and lack of knowledge about their property.

The floor plan with the loft is great. I love the management team; they’re always so helpful and kind. And you can tell that they put effort into upkeep and improvement of the property. The pool is really nice to have too. The only complaint I have is that my rent rose significantly (17%) when I renewed my lease. But I think that is pretty much everywhere in Louisville now.

Over all it’s beautiful here. I’ve been here almost ten years. The office staff are very nice and respectful. The maintenance staff are great about getting thing completed. The landscape is beautiful. Nice and quiet. Very peaceful. However I would like to see a little more lighting, and cameras and speed bump.

My husband and I have never loved an apartment complex more in our lives! The neighbors are very sweet, helpful, and respectful! We truly do feel safe and respected here! The staff is amazing with making sure to address my husband as his preferred name and pronouns, which is a big reason we feel safe here as a ----- couple!

Issues with plumbing - not initially resolved months ago, resulting in backfilled and overflowed sink in the kitchen. Use of kitchen and sink for 4 days!! Multiple plumbing issues over the past couple months. Maintenance never resolved the problem just put a hand aid on for may make nuts. Causing a sink to flood with backfilled water from other apartments-flooding to kitchen floor, dining room and living room

Love apartment but not affordable on one income.

I love my apartment. Very spacious and good closet and cabinet space. Have never seen one bug in the 3 years I’ve lived here. Maintenance is friendly and responds quickly to any issues. Neighbors in my building are quiet and respectful. Definitely one of the nicer complexes I’ve lived in. Only downfall is rent goes up dramatically every year. My rent is about 250 more now than it was when I moved in almost 3 years ago. I’m sure it will increase a lot this year with them upgrading apartments. But they’re not upgrading the ones people have been living in for years. So we pay more rent every year but don’t get the upgrades which I don’t need. I’m satisfied with my appliances and all. Don’t feel we should have to pay more rent for other units to get upgraded. Not sure if I’ll be able to renew my lease this year due to the dramatic amount I’m sure it will increase and I’m not making any more than I did when I moved in. It’s not affordable on one income with kids for sure. But other than the rent increasing so much every year, I love my apartment and wish I didn’t have to move.
