I like the area and apartment just wish I can see some updates been here 9 years, everything is same since I moved here and rent goes up but I see no updates to anything. I will say the new grill area is nice and the playground is nice as well which was needed in the area.

Its great and fun areas to live. I love everything about this beautiful and peaceful community.Their staff are always willing to help you with any concern and their maintenance are always on time and fixing problems that need to be fixed.

I have enjoy living here, due to staff being very professional. Nice neighbors, for the most. We still have people with very loud cars & they race around our complex, without any regards to other. My neighbor behind me has a chicken cop & they can be very scary at times.

No Security, speeding in the area where there is children, loud music from cars moving through the complex, The cost of living here is hire for the conditions of the apartment then any other complex close by.

Sketchy neighbors, car break ins, no amenities, too many fees, rent is too high, dog ---- and cigarettes everywhere, landscape looks horrible even after its been cut, buildings need to be power washed, about the only decent since thing venterra was that taco food truck

Everyone is very friendly they take care of any problem or repair as soon as possible. The staff is very friendly and get the work done as soon as they can. The complex is quite and the landscaping is keep clean and mowed

Have enjoyed living here. Everyone is nice. Expecially the office. Its quiet. The apartment homes are very spacious. Plenty of room. Staff here do what they can to help you in eny way they can. Thank you all for a good job done.

It was great untill new management came. They dont care . Just rush people in the units with lots of unacceptable issues. I witnessed someone moving out and within 2 days someone was moving in . How can you this happen . .

Great community/neighbors, great apartment, great layout, updated appliances and flooring, close to many shopping stores. This is my favorite apartment I've lived in. I've had no big issues while living here in the past year.

Only thing I would "complain" about would be that residents don't pick up after their dogs. Other than that, everything has been great. Apts are spacious and beautifully remodeled! Would recommend living here. Location is close to shopping, etc.

It was a very easy application process! The application response time was quick and was the move in. Everything is very easy to submit. The staff is super nice and super welcoming! It is a very quiet and nice community.

New company has poor communication skills. Money is their only concern. Company increased the rates on apartment homes and nothing was upgraded and if you want an upgrade you will have to pay more money. Although they are remodeling the Apartments that people are moving out of. How sway?

Peaceful ,,great staff always talkative, best one being Mz.Jane you need about 10 more of here,maintenance groups, is great also,but needs to were names tags,us as residents see them 1st,they are freindly n thoughtful.

I have good neighbors but the leasing office wasnt helpful at all. With the way was treated I dont feel happy. The lady I spoke to lied to me about the moving date, when I explained to the manager she refused to work with me, I felt so bad. Maybe because am black

Nice floorplans and neighbors. The maintenance is awesome. Maintenance men are respectful and very nice. Very pricey for a one bedroom w/loft considering there are no amenities besides one swimming pool (thats always very crowded with kids and teens) and a dog park. No gym, tennis court, clubhouse, etc. A lot of car breaking and no security cameras, alarm systems, etc for the price.

Love my apartment but the outside needs to be pressure washed. The people next door leave dirty diapers outside there door, I pay and a lot to live there and dont want to see dirty diapers and would love for my guest to have a clean nice walk way to come to my door

Very nice well kept place. Very quite and clean. Neighbors are respectful. Everyone in the office is very nice. Close to grocery stores and shopping malls. Very convient place to live. I have recommend people to check it out here. Just to expensive for me to live here. I have 4 kids to take care of. By the time I pay my rent . I barely have anything left. I'm quit sure I'm not only one to complain about the cost. Just in over my head.

We love it here and have only been here a couple of months so far but we dont plan on leaving anytime soon! We moved into the 2 bedroom with the loft and absolutely love it! Very clean upon moving in and office staff are great at communicating and getting back with you quickly if you need anything! Looking to move into a 3 bedroom with the loft next year because its so spacious.

Ive never had a problem in Clearwater Farms. I have had some minor maintenance issues. As soon I call the office it gets resolved promptly. The staff is always attentive and courteous. I've never had a bad interaction with any of the staff and would definitely recommend people to consider our community.

I like that it's a quiet community and they communicate effectively about any information concerning the community. But I don't like how rent goes up every year. Also I have had a couple issues with ants getting in my apartment. I will say it's a good place to live though.
