Too expensive and they have nothing to cost so much And they also charge you a lot to renew the contract is an abuse I'm waiting to leave because if I renew again I'm going to pay 1600 for a room I hope they improve that because it's too much money for some apartments

It is average for the most part I try to communicate with everyone. I had two bad experiences here - one of the tenant hit my wife car : $1,400.00 damage and along with that my license plate was stolen off of my car.

Will, my neighbor across from me always leaves his cigar tips on the ground and it doesn’t look good when I walk out my door. And he puts out his cigar on the wall of the building and it just doesn’t looks good. I told him that we’re going to move out he said that he was going to stop throwing them down, but it is still going on.

So far good . The noise level during the weekend is ridiculous. People drinking , loud music and throwing garbage around when there is a dumpster next to the pool is unnecessary . The valet garbage is unnecessary, charging people 25 dollars extra for a garbage disposal service that the residents don’t even use

walls are thin to the point I can hear my neighbor snore in the living room, their conversation, etc...so I know they can hear me. Lately, the grounds in front of my apartment have trash thrown out and left on the ground for days and some kids unsupervised by their parents. Things missing from my apartment since day one. now I am missing a tablet. I do not appreciate access to my unit when I am not home or notice when maintenance will stop by.

It hasnt been great but it hasnt been terrible. Theres alot of crime going on in the parking lots at night. The walls are not insulated enough. They dont hold heat or air well. U can hear your neighbors snoring talking and walking. My ceiling is constantly cracking and has been repair 4 times. The maintenance response is good. The staff responsive

Although I recommended a friend, I never received the alleged benefit according to them for an error that could not be remedied. The price of the apartment is too high with respect to comfort, the conditions of the apartment and the benefits of the community. And complaints and requests are left unattended or give unsatisfactory responses.

My experience at the community has been quite a bad dream. Maintenance has closed out my requests, by stating that they are completed, when no one showed up. The Apartment was NOT move in ready. The dishwasher now has mold in the inside of the standing water, that's been there since July 25, 2023. The fan cover in the master bedroom, is falling off. The door on one of the cabinets in the kitchen will NOT shut. I would like a new dishwasher and stove, since the oven door is faulty.

The community is usually very quiet. They have well-established rules for the good coexistence of the residents. Something that has changed is the availability of parking spaces due to the increase in vehicles above what is allowed, which makes it necessary to rent a space if you do not want to park far away. The professional maintenance team and good resolution and although it is true that I had noticed an increase in response time and some difficulty but in my last experience, this improved 100% for better.

The community is great. I feel very comfortable in my home, the neighbors are friendly! You’re in a great area, right in the middle of everything you need! Sometimes experiences are personal and not the average. Experiences with maintenance has always been good and gone well. That's a plus because, personally, I have had quite a few maintenance calls. Experiences with the office have been few. That's also a plus because they have been rude, unhelpful and seemingly uncaring. I love to sit on my patio. It's rather quiet. Anything else I must attribute to the character of my neighbors who may or may not choose to follow the rules. You can't police grown-ups. But all-n-all, more contribute to a serene habitation than chaos.

I have been here since March 2023 and I love to live here. It is a very clean community, the staff who works here is very professional and it is quiet. It has a pool and it is near of the Jefferson mall. The apartment’s distribution is not common ( I live in 2nd floor) because it has a stair inside of the apartment and I love it. It is a very good place to live

Horrible service. I've been trying to get a water leak problem resolved since last week and nothing has been done. Every time i talk to someone about it, there excuse was, well is raining we are waiting till it stops ( WHAT).. SECOND TIME.. They're on there way.. BS waited hours, and nothing. I called again, manager saids, he knocked on hour door 3 times and no one answered. Lies.... I have cameras and noobe showed up. Yesterday, around 4:45pm management called to say the guy was on his way. Guy showed up and didn't do anything and left. This PLACE SUCKS

The apartments are nice, clean & updated and have large bedrooms and plenty of closet space. I've only had a couple of maintenance request when ac quit working & it was resolved with hours. Maintenance has been very prompt & friendly. I've had no issues with crime or security here. Most neighbors are quiet & respectful. Delivery is easy with no issues finding you. I have had no issues with hot water, bugs, or mold. Love it here.
