This has always been a good place to live for me, I really don't have many complaints. It's generally quiet and safe, no litter, isn't run down, no crime in the community or at least that I'm aware of. The rental office has always done their best to be fair and tend to your issues as far as my experiences go, can't speak for anyone else. I honestly don't think you're going to find too many other apartment communities as good as this one for an older complex.

The apartments are well taken care of and clean. The maintenance team is awesome, timely, and polite. Leasing was very easy and the front office people are very respectful and responsive. Maintenance notices for the exterminators and furnace filters are always provided in a timely manner.

We have enjoyed living in this community. Property manager (Carola), and assistant property manager (Patricia) and the maintenance team are always very efficient and kind. The apartment complex is always well kept and clean. Notices are sent with just enough notice (a little more would not hurt but it has definitely improved). General areas are well maintained and, from my experience, our neighbors are unproblematic.

Great community

The property is nice and has a lot of great resident events. I also like the dog park and the concrete floors help reduce the noise from outside. Having a washer and dryer is great and the staff is very helpful.

There is not very good communication from the management office. They have removed trees, playgrounds, and other features from the community without any communication with the residents. They also do not communicate well with the maintenance staff. In the past we have clearly communicated issues that we have had in our unit and maintenance staff shows up with "plumbing" or "electrical" on their report. Clearly the automated maintenance requests need some work, and they need to actually get the opinions of residents before they do things like remove the only playground in the community and replacing it with a poorly constructed dog park. We went from seeing children playing ourltside our apartment every day to an empty, fake grass enclosure that nobody uses.
