It's okay. Transportation is very good. Parking is good. Parking cost is extremely high if an extra car for residents. Visitors parking space is very limited. Towing policy has no warning option. Residents guest get towed and I believe that there should be a warning given first with no physical security guard on the premises before and after the office closed.

it is a very good community. the maintenance guys are awesome and the architecture is like a town house. I will refer it to anyone who will want a good and affordable place to live. the leasing office respond promptly to our request.

Its pretty ok fast maintenance. not too many issues. Staff are ok when they want to be. The apartments are very spacious. Ok neighbors. I stay to myself so I love over here just minor issues but it's not major

I absolutely love the location, it is super close to Rockville and in the middle of really great shopping centers. You can get to any of the available major retailors within 10 minutes. It is right off of 270, so you can literally take two lefts and you're there.

Rather not give a negative comment to this site. Everyone has a job to do or lack of. Friendly neighbors. Quite in the mornings and some what noisy in the evenings and at night. No parking available at night.

Montgomery club Apartments is a safe community and have wonderful staff. Work is always completed on time and professional . The buildings are well kept and the apartment is close to schools and grocery stores.

The property is clean and well maintained except for the dryer. The dryer does not work really well but the management does not want to fix it. I hope the next person will have the better dryer condition.

it was so bad when you the manager never there to help you and people at the front desk they horrible always had attitude i will never recommended and they allow big dogs like husky and boxer with out pet deposit

Staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall the process of moving was a smooth transition. Love the split level design and the fact that it has washer and dryer in the units. So far no complaints.

The community on Killarney lane is very nice. Overall clean environment, quiet, a family community. Parking sometimes is a problem as spaces fill up pretty fast. Overall, I like the location and proximity to shops.

I like it is very peacefull not to many noise good neighbors..only some of them slam the doors sometimes and make noise but other than that is very silence wich I like that..i have to say the people in the office great people and very helpfully no complaints for them.

Great experiences, great place to living, feel safe and happy. Great management and costumer services. Love being there. Difficult with parking, but happy environment and people living around there. Cheap and helpful.

Montgomery Club is a nice, affordable community in Montgomery County. It's it not one of the new communities in the area, but you're getting what you are paying for. My unit is the perfect size for my household, and my ceilings are high which I love. In my experience, my neighbors are quiet, there have been times where I've heard commotion outside, but it never really lasts or anything. I feel safe in my community.

It's a very nice Community to live, the people and the apartments are clean;and there's no loitering around this Community every try to keep our Community near and livable, so I would recommend anyone who needs an apartment to come and join us

I love the layout of my apartment; it's the perfect sized studio for me. Mine doesn't have the updated kitchen cabinets or a microwave, but works just fine. Bugs haven't been an issue because they spray every other month which is nice. Any issues that I have have been resolved quickly. I was kinda rushed to sign papers once I sent in my deposit and didn't receive the gym and visitor pass, but got them a couple months later when I noticed I didn't have them. I wish the staff emailed about things instead of leaving notices at our door.

It has been a great experience so far! We have loved our time here at Montgomery Club. The living has been great and the maintenance staff has been UNBELIEVABLE at getting to and fixing issues! We definitely enjoyed our time this far!

Except for the rodent issue, this is a very friendly community. The maintenance staff are prompt, professional and courteous. If the rodent issue is solved, I can say this is the best place to live. I would recommend this place for sure.

Very polite and respectful. Honest workers , treat the staff very well and the residents . The moving process was so easy and helpful from the staff. They work with you and act like they really care. I love living here.

I have been staying this apartment for last 3 months and have very good experience with the staff. Attending maintenance calls are very good but need co-ordination them self for maintenance calls. It is the nice place to stay. everything that I need and want is so close.

This is a peaceful community. So far I have not had any problems in this community. Everybody in this community mind their own business. The community is safe. Noise is minimum, and the environs look clean most of the time.

I have lived at Montgomery Club since 2002 but just moved into this smaller unit. The staff is great and the apartments are very nice. The neighborhood is on a bus line and close to shopping, which is also nice.

The onsite property management personnel are very nice and accommodating. Easy and plentiful parking. Exterior of buildings are well maintained. The apartment door and windows transmit exterior noise so it's not totally quiet inside, but it's OK. Very convenient to shopping and I-270.
