Nice community

nice community but small floor plans. the prices are a little high I came for a tour here and was tour by Jose he was very knowledgeable about the community he seems nice and caring, he took me to a clean apt for a tour. I recommend this place.

The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. It's well lite and clean. All the neighbors are also very kind and welcoming. This is my first time living at an apartment because I have always lived in a home, and I didn't regret my decision. This is a very beautiful place.

I've been here since March 2021, so far so good. I had researched several apartments in my area and chose Montgomery Club. I enjoy living here, the community is quiet and the neighbors are respectable and courteous. My only dissapointment is that I did not expect the plumbing issues that I've been experiencing which have been addressed by maintenance but have come up again lately.

My experience back in early 2000's was exceptionally. Over the years this community has gone down with all the drugs, rats, mice, and roaches inside of the walls and roaming inside your home. The influx of filthy uncivilized residents brought this community to a slum.

Unethical business they don't care for people who spend their hard earned money. You could fulfill your obligation contractually and they will try and take your money. Worst place i've ever lived. O and rodent infested apartments mice are all over the place.

It was great since the beginning. Always helping me in every step of the process. I also see a lot of care in the community, the green areas, the playgrounds. My family is near by and so is my job. A perfect location for me.

A lot of ants and cockroaches. We have babies and we have been just for two weeks and a lot of problems are going on with the apertament. The carpet is not new and the door locks are old everything is trash.

I moved in when my father passed away and I especially like the pest control that is done as needed. Since I have moved in, I have only seen a spider one time. I have no problem with maintenance as they are quick to respond.

The apartment set up looks really good.. but my biggest issue is the roaches. I see roaches everywhere, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, I mean everywhere in the house. Ive only been here for a week and I'm already regretting it. They keep sending pest control but I keep seeing more and more, this makes me think this place is infested. I'm already thinking about leaving after only being here for a week.

The whole experience has been wonderful. From the moment of getting the call to moving in. The home was clean and well put together. The process didn't take too long for moving in. But overall I am very satisfied.

I called to make an appointment and the assistant managers Carla was so helpful and gave me the information needed to apply. When I came to do my self guided with Patricia she was very informative and knew what my expectations were. Loved the place but the they didn't have the apartment size I needed, I will follow up in a few weeks

I love location, location, location!!!, near to DC but not as expensive. Washer and dryer in the unit is a plus!! a important fixture for this COVID times. I called 3 times today and always feel like my phone call was welcome. :)

Sometimes it's really hard to get a answer from the Lease Office, even after 2-4 emails, also the neighbors smoke cigarettes from their balconies and toss the garbage to the apartments below, other neighbors smoke marijuana on the steps exit of their building that smell goes into the others units.

Good to live. Nice people. Sometimes you may hear some noice from race car. Have mice in my apartment, the professional staff helped us address this issue. The property manager is responsive. Everthing works fine so far

I have only lived in this current community for a week so it is still very early. So far, I have not had any problems. I have lived in Gaithersburg for 20 years and I do not see more problems than usual living in Montgomery Club.

It's ok to live here but you have to stay on top of people to get things fixed. Don't like the fact that they have hud check my place even though I don't have public housing so why are they checking my place.
