It's very quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. Price is right and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff was extremely responsive and efficient and fixed our issues promptly. The ladies in the office were more than helpful and responsive to our needs.

My family and I have been here for five years and are very happy with the community! Management is wonderful and handle any issues you may have promptly. I definitely recommend Montgomery Club Apartments!

The area is safe and the neighbors are friendly. My parents used to live here before I moved in on my own. When someone asks me about apartments in this area, I recommend Montgomery Club Apartments. They are affordable as well.

Pro: I would recommend this apartment to others. The apartment overall appearance is good & emergency maint. respond in a timely manner. The managers in the office are on top of the property, from what I have notice so far. Con: The main Leasing person is not very knowledgeable, room for improvement. Just double check info with a manager if it doesn't sound reasonable .

It's safe and comfortable. There are too many changes in office staff & rodents remain a huge issue. Easily accessiblility to shopping, eating & public transportation. Exterior is sufficiently clean..

The property is a very nice and safe place. The staff is very prompt and helpful. I dont have and parking issues. The pool and gym are great. The grounds are well kept and clean. Overall I had a great experiance living here.

My whole experience was great, the staff was great, moving in was a breeze, the people are nice, everything you ever need is close by, my 2 jobs are 6 minutes away, this is such a perfect location for me i love it

Come to Montgomery Club if you love roaches, mice, noise, broken stuff in rooms and ------ staff. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for rent because there's a reason the rent is so cheap. Also if they try and stick you on the bottom floor, say hello to Ronny the rat!!

We love these apartments. Its very celan. The staff are really friendly. Maintenance is quick to come fix any problems you might have. We love the area and how close it is to our jobs. We are hoping to live here for many more years to come. Very happy here.

Satisfying! The leasing office staff are very competent. They deals with queries swiftly. They are consistent in their efforts of making our accommodation experience enjoyable. The maintenance staff are officious in the manner they deal with queries.

The apartments are big and comfortable but there is lots of pests roaches, etc but overall is okay. Everything is close to you stores highway. The pools are nice, parks should be nicer for the kids not enough playground the parks are way too close to the roads.

Terrible. Would never rent from this company (Grady Management) ever again. You should avoid this Montgomery Club Apartments like the plague. If I could go back, I would have spent the extra money to live in a completely different apartment complex. This has been a terrible experience. The management and front desk completely disregard you once you sign the lease.

The has been a great year in my apartment @ Montomery Club Apartments. Neighbors ar very friendly and courteous . I would defiantly recommend Montgomery club apartments to my friends and associates . The only thing I don't like is being so close to the trains

This place is a real dump. I am sick and tired of the mice and roach infestation in this place. My truck has been scratched many times here. I am sick and tired of complaining to management but they are useless especially the manager who is really nasty with residents! The only thing I like about this place is the location. I cannot wait to move out ! I do not recommend this place.

Wanted to wait a month before completing in case anything changed my satisfaction; nothing has! Clean, W/D in unit, plenty of parking, convenient to 270, GREAT staff from PM to Patrick to maintenance tech. So thankful to find this complex!

We have had so many issues that we had to communicate to the office. The apartment is mold infested. The apartment wasn't cleaned before move in. There was roach droppings all in the cabinets. The bathroom had a horrible smell because of the mold. Many issues that we communicated are still unresolved. The kitchen is disgusting. No matter how much you clean it it's still has an offensive odor. I don't recommend montgomery club apartments to no one especially section. This place needs to be burned down. Parking there is horrible!!!

I have lived in Montgomery Club, in Gaithersburg MD, since 1999. I am satisfied with the apartment here and the community. It is accessible to I-270 and the Washingtonian area, which is about 7 or 8 minutes away. The staff is friendly and any repairs are attended to. There are lots of families and children, so care must be taken to drive slow while parking. It is about 5 minutes drive to shopping areas.

Had never heard of this apartment complex and while driving by, decided to inquire about vacancies. The decision to lease an apartment here was one of the best choices I've made. From the beginning, I was made to feel at home and relaxed in a non pressured atmosphere by the rental management. After moving in, we've received stellar maintenance and professionalism regarding any and all issues with our apartment. And lastly, I love being able to pay my monthly rent online!

Franco has been phenomenal since we first stepped into the office. He is very attentive, professional, and answered our questions efficiently and in a timely manner. My family and friends felt invited when they stepped into our new community. Carla the property manager has been kind and has done her best thus far. I look forward to our stay in this community. Over-all, my experience has been very positive. Management changes over the last few years have lead to many improvements, both in appearance of the grounds/buildings themselves, and in service & requests. Parking, although still an issue at times, has vastly improved.

Very nice community but needs a lot of maintenance. The parking is a bit of an issue as the visitor parking is very limited and it seems that everyone has more visitors than people that actually need to park. The price is reasonable for what you are getting in the apartment.

I moved in earlier this month and I am very happy to with the unit that my wife and I chose. It is very spacious and comfortable. Not only did it come with all the basic appliances but also a washer and dryer, which is a big plus since I hate going to laundry mats. The community itself is quiet and well kept. Every week I see the landscaping guys working on the grounds. Also, the management staff are very helpful and professional. I like all of them. Overall I would recommend this place!

The apartment is infested the roaches and rats. The neighborhood is very dirty my apartment was dirty when I moved in the appliances didn't work when I moved in the cabinets were dirty roach infested inside the cabinets my rat poop in my cabinets
