Amazing Place

The Ridge is an excellent choice if you’re looking for everything to be top notch for your living needs. It starts with an amazing property management team led by Stephanie and Lilly. They are knowledgeable, responsive and extremely professional. The property is scenic and very well kept daily. My apartment is very spacious and full of all the things that are needed to super comfortable living. This area is quiet and has a family like atmosphere If you’re looking for the Best property in North East, look no further than Chesapeake Ridge. This is the place to be!

Not recommended to live here

If I can give 0 star or nothing I will, stuff is nice but never do their job right, from the beginning of our staying in this community we complain about neighbor upstairs constantly bagging and dropping something in the floor even in quiet hours, the neighbors kept denying it even we have an audio recording proof how bad it is. And I asked them how many times to come over in our apartment let them hear how bad it is, but they never came. For 15 months they never resolved the problem with the neighbors instead break our renewal which is we already accepted the renewal offer but they break it when its only 45 days left in our lease, the regional manager ------- can’t handle or resolve the problem Instead give us a no renewal lease, they put us in a bad situation and we spent $ 5,000 just to move out. If management listen and do come to our apartment and hear by them self how bad is that neighbor making noises everyday maybe they knew who they should throw out. Neighbor doesn’t give a ---- that someone is living below them and doesn’t matter if she is disturbing who lives below them, my husband and I work night shifts and we are only home just to sleep in the morning and when we have off and specifically me working 2 jobs only sleep for like 3 to 4 hours but I can’t get that 3 or 4 hours sleep because of the neighbor noises, management know about it because we complain but they never do anything to solve it. So I will never ever recommend to my friends or even not a friend to live in this community. All they know is ripped you off.. Doesn’t matter if you complain how many times or you have a proof still they won’t t do anything instead they will throw you out like you are the one who’s doing wrong. And to that lady who lives above ---------- enjoy your living there hope you will find a neighbor that worse than you.

A Great Place to Call Home

We have certainly enjoyed our stay at Chesapeake Ridge! The property always looks beautiful and is so well maintained. We have been especially fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Stephanie Emery, who is so personable and accommodating. Having lived in many apartments, I would like to note how well the sound-proofing is between units. The buildings alone are well built and maintained, and we especially love that sound does not seem to carry through the walls. We will miss Chesapeake Ridge when we retire from apartment living!

Amazing

I contacted Chesapeake Ridge and spoke with Craig. I really appreciate how kind and helpful he was with me during my application process. He was extremely helpful in areas I was extremely confused with. Craig spoke with me over the phone and via email, he walked me through step by step details I needed to iron out for the approval process. I think the team this wonderful for going above and beyond when I needed assistance. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for the commitment this staff has had while helping me transition with this move. Thank you so very much!

Good place

The staff at Chesapeake Ridge Apartments is always helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and will listen to any requests I have. It is easy to recommend this place to others. It is upkept nicely and residents are given many perks.

The complex itself is decent appearance wise but I have lived here over 4 years and each year the rent gets higher and higher (almost $300 increase) but there have been less and less advantages (pool parties, community events) and a lot less desirable neighbors.

I am very satisfied with the choice I made here at Chesapeake Ridge after selling my home and relocating to this area. It takes a considerable amount of adjustment to change life-style in this case, and I have only lived here for 6 months. The physical property is very pleasing, although neighbors (through no fault of property management) are difficult to get to know. However, I hope to remain here for some time in the future.

Very clean apartment complex. Maintence staff is amazing! Very friendly and quick to fix things. Apartments are outdated and need renovations. Parking situation is horrible. Dog poop everywhere becAuse nobody cleans up after there dogs. There is really no visitor parking because the visitor parking is filled with everyones extra cars they own or people park in visitor parking because it is less of a walk from there designated parking zone. Very easy to hear neighbors

Well maintained property, great amenities, friendly and responsive professional staff. Regular community activities. Plenty of play areas for all ages, club house and I like the mini car wash area for quick rinse and vacuum. Maintenance requests are promptly serviced. Convenient location off I 95, yet set in quiet residential area. A great value and place to live.

Staff is very professional. Maintenance responds very quickly. Have had no issues or surprises. Apartment was just as we saw during our walk through. Pool and gym are well maintained and a plus. It's right against 95 but we don't hear the noise inside the apartment. Apartments are pretty spacious.

The experience has been good. The only negative was out first week in there was snow. My kids left their boots outside the door when coming back in. They were out there for 30 minutes before I found out they were left there. However, only my sons boots were still there. Someone took my daughters snow boots. Obviously, this isn??™t the fault of property management but did put a damper on the beginning of our experience here.

Love living here. Staff is nice. However the parking is horrible. When the community was designed they did not compensate for engough parking spaces .Sometimes you have to walk 2 to 3 blocks over to get to your building or park on the other side of the community. There is not even engough overflow parking. It is not convenient at all, especially when you have groceries etc. Other than that..apartments are very nice . Well maintained and the maintenance staff is very responsive and friendly. They go over and beyond what they need to , to ensure tenants are happy.

We have enjoyed our stay so far. The apartments are clean and well kept. They are setup so they are functional and there is a lot of space. They accept dogs which has been great for us! We love the dog park and all of the outside areas.

Very happy living in this community. My only complaint is that I can smell cigarette smoke from the apartment above me. The maintenance man did fix where he thought it was coming from, but I can still smell it seeping into my son??™s room. May consider relocating to another apartment. Overall, I give this community a 9out of 10. It??™s a pleasure to come home

friendly and helpful staff. maintenance is exceptional. they are always quick to fix anything I need and friendly. Apt is spacious and very nice. Quiet area for an apartment complex. some renters are selfish though by taking up a parking space with a car that never moved and has dead tags. some people don't care about appearance of property by throwing trash or not picking up after their animals
