Recently moved here and we love it! The amenities are fantastic and we can not wait until the pool opens. The only negative about her is parking. For the amount of rent you pay there is not enough parking and you are at risk of being towed if parked in a lot that isn't your color.

    I enjoy living in this community very much. People are very nice, apartments and neighborhood very clean. If something is in need of repair, they are quick to fix the problem. (less than 24 hours with my experience). Very nice, community gatherings, etc...

      Pros: Pool, Attractive Exterior, Well Maintained Grounds, Pet Friendly, Garage Available; Car Wash Area, Well lit area at night, Safe. Cons: Unprofessional assistant manager, rude pool life guards, noise of tenants and dogs. The washer and garbage disposal were not working at the time I moved in. Garbage disposal worked well after a quick response by maintenance. However, it took two service calls before the washer was repaired properly. Carpet was very worn and cheap quality and should have been replaced before I moved in. The kitchen vinyl floor showed considerable wear. Some of the electrical outlets simply did not work and I couldn't get the electrical prongs in several of the outlets. Many tenants are out-of-state who fail to register their vehicles in Maryland (a ticketable offense). The speed bumps do not slow the residents down. The recycling bin is too small and thus constantly overflowing. The garbage compactor works well. This luxury apartment building fills the bill in some areas such as the pool and clubhouse but the interior of the apartment should have a ceramic cooktop stove; wood floors and tile; lighted ceiling fans; etc. to give it that luxury feel.

          My husband and I have been here for 3 yrs and plan on renewing our lease in this clean, quiet, pet friendly neighborhood with great amenities. The maintenance staff is professional and respond quickly. Our neighbors have always been friendly. In all, Chesapeake Ridge is a great place to live.

                I have very much enjoyed it here !! The staff is awesome and the property and amenities are great !! I just wish the apartments were more sound proof, I can hear my upstairs neighbor pounding around especially in the kitchen !!

                    Has all amendities, very nice neighborhood very convenient to Cecil college. Nice pool, weight room. When having problem, maintenance is right there fixing it. Very satisfied. Personnel is great to work with and very helpful.

                      I travel with my job. This is the first time I rented an apartment. So I did the process online. It went great. Upon arrival I found the apartment clean and spacious for my wife and I. The management and staff were very friendly. I would definitely rent here again.

                        I recently moved into the community August 2016. I have been very pleased with the cleanliness, good lighting, quick responses to meet any needs I have needed tending to.                           Chesapeake Ridge is a great community that is safe to live in. The facilities are all well maintained and the staff are very responsive to your every need. Insulation for first floor apartments are my only negative about this community.

                            We are very satisfied. Everyone is friendly and property well maintained. Feel very safe here. Having a garage near my apartment has been an asset, parking near where I reside is always available. We were. Very pleased with the snow fm oval this past winter. The repaying of the roads and parking lots was handled well with little disruption to the community. The pool is very well maintained.

                              It has been very nice. Location is convenient and the staff is friendly. Apartment was very clean at the time of move in. We had one broken shelve and the staff came that day to fix it. While the staff was there, they checked all of our other shelves to ensure we wouldn't have another issue. They were great.

                                    From signing the lease to the present, my experience living here has been easy sailing. Everything is up and beyond my expectations from a apartment complex. The management makes sure to keep tenants up to date from maintenance upkeep to events provided at the clubhouse. The apartments are in excellent condition which includes large bathrooms & closets. Not to mention the convenience of providing a washer machine and drier within the apartment itself. I also love when I come home at how wonderful the grounds are kept.

                                        Everyone is great. Leasing office personnel are always Helpful in all ways from asking about what is provided around the area to receiving packages that don't fit in mailbox, and answering any general question I have had. Maintenance promptly responds to any of my few requests for anything that may need fixing. Has fund raising events, Christmas party, Halloween contest, and other events throughout the year. I enjoy the quietness of the area, tenants take care of their animals as required by leasing agreement. I have enjoyed living here, and will continue to do so.

                                          The apartments are really nice, with different options and layouts available. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are friendly. There are 2 playgrounds, a dog park, multiple grills with propane, and a 24/7 gym. Couldn't really ask for more!

                                            Excellent staff, maintenance and living quarters. Entire community is very well maintained. Friendly neighbors as well. Sometimes the parking situation can be a little of a headache if you're coming home from work late. Chances are you will have to park in the overflow area which can be a good distance away depending on how late you return from work.

                                              The apartments are extremely well maintained and taken care of. It's located in a nice and quiet area nestled behind some large and beautiful trees. When asking about pricing prior to moving in the staff was extremely responsive and helpful in getting me all the info I needed, after our decision to go ahead with the lease all documents and necessary paperwork was emailed to me in a timely fashion. Upon arrival to the apartments I noticed how clean the community was and the property is absolutely beautiful. The pool was closed but they have a decent sized work out facility as well. Only complaints are, the parking can be a pain sometimes and I wish there was more than 1 trash compactor.

                                                  My overall experience has been about what I would expect. The appliances are a little old and frustrating, especially the oven. The kitchen is small as well, requiring us to use the stove as counter space most times to mix or chop things. Also, the washing machine always smells of mold, even though we keep it opened and clean when not in use. That being said, maintenance staff is very prompt to fix problems when they do arise and I don't feel as if everything in our apartment is falling apart. We did have a problem with noisy neighbors that I felt was not being addressed, even though we spoke to management multiple times over the course of several weeks.
