Apartments are a-ok.
A first time small apartment resident but my husband, myself and small dog do have plenty of room. Rooms are a nice size, nice large windows with blinds made of metal not plastic. We have spent the winter here so far and have had no problem keeping warm.Nice kitchen with deep closets and cabinets which holds double rows of pans and dishes. I like that. Wonderful friendly staff always offering help to any problems.Maintenance crew does a great job keeping our yards and parking lots clean. Yes, sometimes poop is seen on the grounds but thats not the fault of the managers, its renters who does break the rules. Bags are always handy to dispose of it.0n a 1-10....10 BEING THE BEST, I will give it a 91/2. Garages are also offered but parking in parking areas is also safe.

To pricey
To much money for cheap thin walls, dog poop everywhere, ran out of hot water and water pressure low. Not luxury!

Bad Construction
If you move here just hope that you do not get noisy neighbor and by that I mean loud music, kids that run above you, or grown people that just don't know how to walk (they stomp instead of walk), or some that just drop stuff instead of just sitting it in the floor because you are going to hear it all if you live below them. Its a shame too because these apartments have so much potential, looks great inside and out just not thought out all the way. Oh and another thing one of the bathroom and the bedroom doors open out into the hallway which is backwards and when you open the bedroom door the hall light switch is behind the door. Does that make sense? So if someone is in the bathroom and you walk down the hall they may hit on it they leaving as you walk that way.CRAZY Lastly, there has been some cars broken into and I wonder why. I have never seen a police car patrol the neighborhood at all. The only time you see them is if someone calls them.

I have to take but what I said before!
I agree this are nice apartments but build very bad. Your entire apartment should not shake when your neighbor downstairs or upstairs closes their door. Or regular walking from upstairs sounds like a herd of animals over you. The walls are entirely too thin, whomever build these said the heck with installation of any sort between the levels. Other than that I like it here, not problems with neighbors or anything. I live by the rental offices so maybe that is why. I still plan on moving next year when my lease runs out, hard to enjoy any type of quiet time and when kids visit I find myself telling them to walk soft, that should not be the case.

STAY AWAY
I have a small dog and it was already attacked by a larger dog that is always off leash. There is a little dog park that no one uses because people do not clean up after their pets and its full of dog poop so people let their dogs run loose; at least in the building next to mine. THE GARAGE SITUATION IS HORRIBLE. There is NO parking so you are forced to get a garage. The garages will not operate if the electricity is out. The rental office does not care and the corporate office just told me "they didn't design the buildings so they can't do anything about it". They refuse to put in an emergency generator because "it would cost too much". Meanwhile, I have been late to work THREE times in 8 weeks waiting for access to my garage. This morning, the electricity was on but the garage door wouldn't open because the key pad wasn't working-don't know if it was out of battery or not..I couldn't get it open it to look and I can't be running around at 6am looking for batteries. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. I am not renewing and I have only been here 8 weeks.

Very Pleased/Highly recomended
I have been living here at ACR in North East for about a year now and have been extremely pleased. The interior is very clean looking and sitting on the balcony is great. The exterior is great with the stone and colors very neat and clean appearance. I am on the third floor and have never heard any neighbors nor had any problems during my stay. The staff has been polite to me whenever I have questions. The rent is a bit steep but you get what you pay for! I am in the 1br/den and pay 1085/month for 1008 square ft. If I were to state any cons with ACR, it would be the close location to I95 exit ramp. I am able to hear tractor trailers downshifting throughout the night which makes it hard to sleep with the bedroom windows open on a nice spring/summer night. My unit is on the corner of the bldg so my bedroom is considerable cooler than the rest of the apt during the winter (not freezing, but noticeable cooler). This winter we did have a few good snow storms and maintenance did their job in clearing the roads. The roads here were no worse than the roads in Cecil co. I will saw the roads were cleared in a timely manner. Parking is tight here but nothing too bad, definitly not a disqualifing factor. All and all, this is a great place to live! I highly recommend these apts to anybody! A very satisfied tenant!

Ehhh.... Really not that bad...
I've been living in Chesapeake Ridge for almost a year now. A larger two bedroom style apartment. I would like to share some of my ideas about the neighborhood from a non bias point of view. Meaning, I'm not all angry because of one little thing an I'm going to blast them in a review nor do I work for the complex. I couldn't sit there and listen to people cry and complain all day frankly. I read most of the reviews on this site, and there are A LOT of things that are facts and just as many things that seem to be blown out of proportion. I'm going to try and touch on everything. Con: The Parking. This is no myth people. It is really a war zone out there. There is usually a spot some where in the complex that is open, but who knows how far you'll be from your building. There are also the people who think that the blue crossed out spots are special spots just for them because there to lazy to walk an extra few feet and would rather run the risk of screwing over a person who actually needs the spot. Ok, I am a little mad about that. There is a simple way around this and it s my first Pro. Pro: I got a garage. 50 bucks extra a month got me a huge one right out front my building. Fits a bunch of my stuff as well as my roommate s car. Of course there is a spot right in front of the garage for my car. If you don t get one, the parking lots are usually filled up by 8PM ish. Get the garage, it s worth it. Con: It seems like the contracting company who built the building kinda...eh.. rushed it... I notice things like, the walls could have used a better spackling job as well as another coat of paint (I used a "Magic Eraser" to take a scuff mark off the wall, took most of the paint down to the primer), there is no paint behind my toilet bowl (for real, my walls are tan and there is a white patch of dry wall behind my toilet bowl), the ceiling looks like it cracked during construction and they just put some spackling over it and called it a day. Pro: That all being said, it s still very nice in my apartment. The walls aren't that generic white but rather a nice tan. The carpet isn't the best but it s still nice and soft. I love the styling in my kitchen, nice flooring, stylish wooden cabinets and all white appliances. The bathrooms are very nice with plenty of room to work with in front of the giant mirrors. Nice wood cabinets and a nice counter top. Of course, the stuff I like is just my opinions and you should really see it for your self to appreciate it. Con(sorta): I've read some people saying how much they hate the washer and dryer because they are High Efficiency and they don t do a good job. I have to agree, to a certain extent. The complaint was that when your clothes are done drying, everything is all wrinkled. An that is true. I'm not sure about the one bedroom because I know they have smaller units and I don t know how well they work, but as far as the two bedroom ones go, they could improve. However, I hang my shirts up. As I m putting them on the hanger I kind of run my hand over the garment and by time they cool it looks perfectly fine. No ironing needed. Con: Speaking of appliances, the dish washer and A.C/Heating units are loud. Why they would put the A.C/Heating unit inside a closet IN the LIVING ROOM I have no idea. When it kicks on it kinda sounds like a jet taking off. The dish washer is pretty loud also. On the other hand, the laundry machines are both pretty quiet. The washing machine is so quiet it startled my girlfriend who thought it was some one tip toeing thru the apartment. Pro: I see alot of people complaining about noise and parties. Now of course I know it depends on what building and section you re in, but I think its fairly quiet 90% of the time. I do however; see the college kids walking down in between the buildings in the very center of the complex at all hours. So I do believe that there are people with legitimate complaints, but not me. There are times where I do hear things, people yelling or arguing, cars honking, doors slamming. These things are far an few between and lets be honest people... it s an apartment complex. You want absolute silence; go live in the woods some where. Con: I do think the office can do a better job keeping the "problem residence" out of the complex. A family just moved in on the first floor, within a week there were two guys out front brawling and the women of the house was screaming and yelling about "don't go he's got a gun". That s paraphrased per my roommate because I didn't hear anything on my side. But still. There are a lot of lazy people too. The trash backs up because some one doesn't like pushing there bag all the way down the shoot. You get two or three people like that and it backs up and out. That and the people next door must have gone on vacation and let there daughters stay in the apartment. It seemed like every night for like three weeks they would just sit in the master bedroom next to mine and laugh and giggle like the two teenagers the were. They would have groups of guys over who would leave liquor bottles in the parking lot. Now I could have complained, but it seemed like every night around 10 or 11 they would quiet down. Must have been past there bed time. I think they should keep all the college kids out. I don t know how they would be able to do that, but if there going act like there in a dorm building, they can go live in one. Pro: The leasing office has a very nice life guarded pool out back. A free gym with all of the essentials, a club house with a living area complete with a bar, pool table, flat screen TV, comfy couches. All which can be rented out for parties. I think is may be free but you have to put a security deposit down but I m not sure. I saw someone say that the gym always has kids who hang out in there. It may have been like that before but it's not like that now. I go often, 4 to 5 times a week, at all hours of the day and night. Rarely ever are there even people in there. I can count on one hand the amount of times that I've walked in there and there was one person in there. Let alone a group of kids. Its very nice equipment. An there are two TV s for viewing. Con: There are people who do have dogs that don t pick up after them. There are little posts with doggy bags for that use but it does seem like alot of people are above picking up animal turds. Most of them walk them to the tree line and let them do there business so that it's out of the way. There not supposed to do that either. They do have nice little fence in "bark parks" for the dogs to run around and do there business, it just seems like most people are just too lazy. They want the dog just not the responsibility that goes with it. Go figure. Pro: I've noticed that not too many people have commented on how it s by far one of the nicest places in the area. There Brand NEW! No one lived in my unit before I moved in. Con: The noise from the highway is a bit much. The problem isn't really the cars on 95 it self but rather the trucks getting of the exit headed north. They come around the turn and hit that "Jake Break" and it just echo's through out. It depends on what building you're in but I've been jolted up out of sleep because I had my window open due to nice weather. It is kind of annoying. Pro: I've NEVER had any problems with the maintenance guys. There always out there quickly, usually the same day. We had a problem with the water heater when we moved in. Fixed it. Just recently I called with a problem about my smoke alarm and my heater running constantly. Gave me a new alarm (still wrapped in plastic) and replaced the thermostat the same day a called. A in my book. Pro/Con: As far as the every day noises go, I don t hear much in my apartment. A door here an there but not much. The lady below me ran into me outside and said we were being loud on night an she was going to come up and complain but she didn't. We try to be nice and quite but she said she can hear us walking around, and there isn't much I can do about that. That was when I moved on in February of 2010 and I haven t heard from her since so I guess it tolerable. I would suggest living on the third floor if you are worried about noise. I have come to notice my garage stays nice and cool in the summer and surprisingly warm in the winter so it might be worth it to deal with a little noise from above to save in electric. Con: I do agree with people when they say the electric and water bills are a little steep. The water especially because we get hit three times, like you would if you own a house. Got to pay to get the water in, Pay to heat it and then pay for them to take it back out. All together it varies around 60 to 80 an month for everything. That is with just two people in the apartment. Overall, I like living here. My lease is almost up and I wouldn't mind signing a new one. I hear they're pretty outrageous when it comes to rent increases but we'll see. I am sure there are nice places out there with a better deal. Also, there is room for improvement at Chesapeake Ridge but I have recommended these apartments before to friends and I m doing it in this review.

Couldnt wait to leave!
First impression was wonderful. The apartment layouts are nice, especially because the two bedroom apartments have two full bathrooms. However, using the term luxury it quite a stretch. There was never parking! On a good day, I could find one on the curb somewhere, but even that was rare. During the winter, it never was plowed the next day. Even when they did have someone plow it, they didnt salt the roads. So it ended up freezing over anyway, I got stuck twice in the apartment complex. The walls are entirely too thin, I could hear everything my neighbors did. Im a light sleeper so it was terrible for me. Their dogs barking all the time, and their alarm clock that went off at 5 am every morning. Oh, and then there is the lawn company that comes at like 6am, which is odd, because the lease has a noise ordinance. A normal apartment you should expect these things, but when your paying 1300 a month for a "luxury" apartment, its ridiculous. The gym is wonderful, but good luck being able to use the equipment. After office hours, young kids pile in there and hang out. The ladies in the office and maintenance were always very nice. There was a few minor maintenance issues, but they were handled pretty quickly. Overall, the apartments are okay, but not for what your paying for them. After the pricey utility bill, and rent your better off renting a house. I think the reason they are able to keep their prices so high is because its pretty much the only decent apartment complex in Cecil County. I would not recommend moving in there to anyone!

Other options
I rented from Alta Chesapeake Ridge because they had a fantastic deal at the time, 2 months free rent and 1075 a month for a year. I was very pleased with the apartment itself, but the label of "luxury" did not hold up. The walls are paper thin and the floors as well. I could hear every footstep from the apartment above and every cough from the neighbor. The parking is, well, there is no parking. We were forced into a garage which we were able to get for fifty bucks instead of the usual 100. If you want to be able to park close to your apartment, a garage is the only choice. Though, it was never rare to find someone parked in a no parking area. Don't try and call the main office to fix your issues because they don't. They're usually busy. We were relieved when we got the notice that our lease was ending and thought about staying just because we didn't want to move our stuff. However, rent was going to be going up 200 extra without the garage so we were prepared to pack up and say bye to chesapeake ridge. Moving out was a different story. And when we said our final goodbyes we were all too excited. It is being turned into a total dump, not worth the luxury price. Kids everywhere, dogs everywhere, and people constantly complaining because you walk out your front door. You're lucky if dogs are kept on leashes and kids play football in the parking lots by your car. The noise from 95 was not too bad, we got used to it. However, you can move to elkton and pay the same rent for a 2 bedroom apartment with an attached garage. Also, when you move out they say they are taking the water bill out of your security deposit. Funny, my water bill for the last month was the highest it's ever been and i wasn't even living there. Don't expect anyone in the office to help you or listen. Its a joke. Rent a townhouse, rent in elkton, move back in with your parents. DO NOT rent from Alta.

Nice
The apartments have a nice floor plan and we do like living here. Pricey for the area. Not much insulation between floors. Most residents in agreement that water bill is too high. Pool is great for kids and adults can enjoy the workout room. Office and maintenance staff are very helpful.

Nicest apartments around!
I have shopped around many apartment complexes in the area and these are absolutely the nicest by far. Obviously, you pay for it, because they are also the most expensive, but you get what you pay for! The apartments are very new and clean with very nice finishes inside and absolutely gorgous landscaping outside. It is a quiet community, very clean, and the staff are VERY responsive to requests. Maintenance are also very professional and capable. They don't have a weight limit for pets which is nice, because big dogs tend to be lazier and actually do well with apartment life. You will often see your neighbors out and about walking their dogs in the evening and most are generally very pleasant, social people. You get to know your neighbors a bit if you want to, and there is clearly a nice standard of people here - no drug dealers or groups of rowdies. There is a beautiful outdoor fireplace and entertainment area with rocking chairs, etc.,over by the pool. The complex is right off the interstate and the highway noise can seem bothersome at times, but it is also surrounded by woods and just has a very pleasant feeling. We have been here a year and I wish we could afford to stay, it's been absolutely lovely.

A bit expensive, but not bad
We moved here in Feb. 2010 for my fiance to be closer to his work. The office was really nice during the tour and answered all of our questions throughout the process. The worst part about moving in is that the parking lots aren't directly in front of the buildings in the back of the complex so we had to carry everything further than anticipated. The layout of the apartment is nice, I love that I can fit everything into the kitchen. The storage in the bathroom is great too. I do think the apartment is lacking some serious closet space, we can barely fit the vacuum and mop with bucket in the front closet. There were some minor issued we noticed when we moved in, a ladybug infestation and that on some of the walls they didn't go all the way to the top with the second coat of paint. Not a big deal. We noticed that most of our neighbors don't obey the dog leash rule. It wasn't a big deal until Easter when I opened the door for our guests and our neighbors dog came tearing into my apartment and started chasing my cat around. We complained a few days later and they have now sent out two letters letting residents know its not acceptable. We don't hear our neighbors too often, other than when the dogs are running around above us. It sounds like someone is bowling on the carpet. The people below us are rather picky though, I was pounding out chicken breasts for dinner and they banged on the ceiling for me to stop. It was 5 PM. I got the impression that the office staff just doesn't know what to expect. It seems like they should be in an apartment building in Towson, Timonium or somewhere where no one but wealthy professionals will live. I don't think they fit in very well or understand what life is like in middle of no where Cecil County. 12/10 Update: After being here almost a year I see where the other people who said no are coming from. I've only called the leasing office 15 times for the same 3 maintenance issues that still haven't been resolved. Each time my request is "lost" and someone is coming out right away. The company they use to bill for water is a complete joke. They fake the reading numbers, tell you that obviously when your apartment is completely empty for 2 weeks you will use the same amount of water as if you were there and charge you a $5 a month fee to send bills late. They've also "lost" my payment 3 times. I don't trust Alta Chesapeake or the water company anymore and I'm beginning to question if the buildings really passed any type of inspection. I'm sure I'll update again when we move this summer.

Don't recommend it
These apartments are overpriced and not worth the money. The insulation is VERY poor, we can hear conversations word for word from our neighbors, not to mention what else! . . . and the utility bills are ridiculous. None of the rules are enforced, people let their dogs go to the bathroom everywhere and don't clean it up, and it seems like every person in this complex has a dog! Most of the grills, etc. throughout the complex are broken, and people just pile their trash up by the compactor because they are too lazy to put it in. The police have been called to our building numerous times for domestic disturbances, and parking is a MESS! Like the other poster said, if you pay extra for the garage, that's great, but otherwise, you will never find a place anywhere near your apartment, and people park on the roads making them very difficult to navigate. They increased the rent significantly after only a year. We have been there a year and will be VERY happy to be leaving.

Comfortable living, minor annoyances
I have lived here almost a year now. The apartments are comfortable and attractive. Between the apartments on the same floor the insulation is really good. We can never hear the neighbors next to us, however between the floors is not so good. We can hear every move the people above us make (especially when they vacuum at 2am!?!?). When we first moved in we were very unhappy with the college students living below us (there was at least 6 rowdy young men living in a 2 bedroom apartment), luckily they moved out soon after we moved and now all of our neighbors are very respectful. That's just the luck of the draw I guess, but I do wish they wouldn't rent to groups of young college students who party and make so much noise to live among the single families. Not to mention parking is very tight and when you have 6 people living in one apartment, all with cars, it makes it nearly impossible to find a spot. Pay the extra money for a garage, it makes all the difference! If we didn't have a garage I would be VERY unhappy with parking, but since we're always guaranteed a spot, I just feel sorry for the other folks who don't have one. The grounds are well kept and very pretty. The pool is nice and there is a life guard on duty. The gym is small, but has anything you would want and is never crowded. There are bbq grills throughout the complex for use. The office is staff is very friendly and try to be accommodating, but some things they can't help. It's definitely much nicer living here than other apartments I have lived in, but it's also more expensive than other apartments I have lived in. You get what you pay for!

Please Read This
Allow me to introduce my self; my name is Kristine Humes and I have had the pleasure of managing Alta Chesapeake Ridge since March 2009. I have taken some time to read our reviews and I would like to take the opportunity to let you know that we are doing everything within our control to make Alta Chesapeake Ridge Apartments the very best community in the area, offering luxury at an affordable rate. Our community offers a 24 hour fitness center and 24 hour business center, a resort style swimming pool, a fenced dog run, a car care center, barbeque areas, sand volleyball court and a meticulous clubhouse with billiards, shuffleboard and so much more. Please keep in mind that not all reviews can be taken seriously. Unfortunately, many times residents and even competitors use this platform to smear properties, so ratings sites should never be your only source of research. I would suggest you visit the property and always ask lots of questions! And, if you would like to address any concerns, my door is always open, I would love to hear from you. dont judge a book by the cover...
I moved in alta chesapeake the summer of '09... I am currently looking for some place else. "Luxury" does not describe this place! The price you pay does not fit with the area or what you recieve... Since I am paying 'X' amount I expect the parking lots to be plowed in some what of a decent manner, and for the side walks to be at the minimum of two shovel widths apart, not one! It would also be nice if the staff would keep track of the alarms that go off for hours at time near the mail boxes... Parking is another issue, which I was told would not be, I don't know who designed these parking spots however who ever did must not of been anticipating alot of residents. Either they need to add more "LUXURY" to Alta or they are just going to turn into a '------' apartment complex that every one wants to avoid!! Expecially since my brand new apartments bathroom ceiling already started leaking water! Not worth your money.

Incompetance
Just moved in this summer and had a few issues with my apartment. Loved the apartment I was shown and was promised an accent wall with the color of my choice. But when I moved in I was told that they do not offer this feature. They also suggested that I may have been confusing this place with another. In fact, I know for sure it was Alta Chesapeake Ridge because I specifically talked to ----- ( the one that talks too much) in the office. For real, she is a real chatter box. If you have an hour of time that you don't mind never getting back then visit ----- in the office. So needless to say I was very disappointed about the painting issue. I even bought furniture that matched the wall color. :( The maintenance man came right away to fix my issues. He was very nice. Even he said to not waste my time with that ----- woman. Other than that, the apartment is nice. Although the area is boring as hell.

If you're looking for a nice, clean apartment...
As far as apartments go in this area, these are the best. They are brand new with upgraded appliances. If you are looking to be close to 95 it is a great location. I haven't lived here for too long but have been happy so far. The office staff is very friendly and were helpful with gving me directions to places in the area when I first moved here. I have been enjoying the pool this summer especially b/c it doesn't ever get crowded! If you like to work-out, the fitness center is great b/c it is new equipment and it rarely gets crowded. Overall I would recommend these apartments. In fact, I have referred a friend and just received my referral check for $750!!!

Not worth the price!
For an apartment community that is advertised as a "luxury" community, this place is extremely lacking in many areas. I will say that they do look great on the outside and they have beautiful landscaping. They also have top of the line appliances which is unusual for a rental community. HOWEVER, the apartments are poorly constructed. While I don't hear talking or footsteps, I can hear every time my upstairs neighbor flushes the toilet or runs the dishwasher. The expensive "high-efficiency" washers are extremely loud and take twice as long for a load of laundry as a traditional machine. The washers and dryers in the smaller apartments are not great. Clothing that doesn't need to be ironed when dried in a traditional dryer is in a wrinkled ball when you get it out of the "high efficiency" dryer. The apartments do have a sprinkler system but no chain lock (hotel lock or U-lock) which is a bit upsetting from a safety standpoint. While my building is not noisy, a few of the neighbors are VERY inconsiderate. Although it is against the lease terms, many people leave their trash outside their apartments and management does nothing about it. I also have a relatively expensive chair and rug on my patio and I frequently find them with a fine coating of ash because my upstairs neighbor seems to smoke on his balcony 24/7. The office staff is very nice but very ineffective. They don't seem to actually do anything and when they actually do something it is usually half-assed or incorrect. Depending on which building you live in, parking can be a big problem. I have come home as early as 7:30 in the evening and there has not been a single parking space in the lot in front of my building available. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There is a reason the management is offering such good discounts...because they can't get or keep tenants any other way.

Looks beautiful on the outside but wait until you move in... parties at all hours of the night, trash all over the place, office staff is rude, alarms going off all of the time. I can't wait until I am out of this place! Luxury apartments they are not.

PARTYING & DRUG USE
I am moving out! After some strong warnings from management, the offending group temporarily quieted down, but now has resumed the late night (1:00 am to 4:45 am) parties. Trash is left all over the parking lot, banging on walls and loud talk is common in the stairwells, urinating on the lawn, and smoking dope in the parking lot has been observed more than once. This is mostly happening in Bldg. 102 and until management takes firm action (eviction) against the offending tenant, people will continue to leave.

Quiet--the college/basketball teams are gone
Except for Newark, Delaware, near the University, these are the nicest and newest apartments around within 50 miles. Price is lower than older, smaller apartments in Belcamp/Aberdeen area, and lower than Wilmington/Newark. All of the floorplans are larger than any others in the area. Grounds are nice, but were still in construction during the other reviews posted. Quality of the fixtures is nice, colors are neutral, but the grade of the carpet is pretty bad...the only negative thing I can think of. Well, that, and the street lamp they put up outside my bedroom window after I moved in. Garages are huge...many big enough to two cars, or a car and outdoor kitchen or shop. Bottom line--nicest new place in the area, and I looked at everything. Very convenient location--right on 95, and easy to get to everything.

nice place, partying is going to kill them!
Live here for the location for work. The kids are driving me nuts!!! Trash in the parking lot, cigarette butts everywhere! Loud screaming and fist fights in the parking lots. I wish they would have put all the immature kids in one building by themselves. We have some very nice people in our building, but the few morons really spoil it. We will probably be leaving early, certainly not renewing.

I Like IT
Very nice place, walls a little thin. My neighbors upstairs, I can hear every step they take and every move they make having sex. The college kid are bring the complex down with their partying, but management is trying to change that now. Right off 95 and in between Philly and Baltimore so location is good. Management is very nice and tries to do their best to make you happy. I live here because of commute to work and it seems to work out for me. Like I stated before, once they get the college kids under control, this place will be even nicer. Kids are kids and they have not matured and maybe should not have been rented to, they party and leave trash in parking lot. Have not had a chance to check out pool or how neighbors act at the pool. One last thing, some parking lights have not work since I moved in, making some areas dark.

Nice but too pricy
I lived there for a short while and it was nice but not worth the price. There really isn't anything around either. Boring town! There was also alot of dog poop everywhere. No one would clean up after there pet.
