My experience here has been phenomenal. The leasing office staff is very professional and the maintenance team personnel are quick and efficient. There is room for improvement however with the pool boys. Hire better pool boys. Last summer the pool was hardly ever open on time. If the pool opens at 1000, it should be clean and ready for residents at 1000. I shouldn't get there and have to wait 45 mins for the pool boy to clean. Also, it would be nice to have an actual bench press and squat rack in the gym.

It's been great so far. The grounds are clean and the staff is friendly. We haven't run into many issues at the apartment but if something needs to be repaired, it is done quickly. The apartment is a nice size as well. We are very happy with everything for the price we pay.

Maintenance request are taken care of immediately. Very friendly staff including maintenance. Love roomy apt, lots of closet space. Perfect for me and my son. 2 bathrooms is great to have. Peaceful area. Well maintained.

The maintenance staff is wonderful. The lighting and conditions outside are beautiful. The office staff is like any where else-some good, some difficult. The amenities that I use pool, gym are always on top shape.

Overall it??™s been great. We love the staff and the maintenance crew. Our only complaint is people don??™t clean up after their dogs and some just don??™t understand The apartment life. They slam doors really hard and the people below us always sound like they are going to kill each other with their fighting. My wife and I are very easy going and for the most part don??™t like to get involved in other people??™s business so we let it go for the most part. The lady above us walks around in high heels Sounding like she is going to come through the floor and she slams her cabinets like it is her job but the one time we are listening to Christmas music hang stuff on our tree around 8-8:30 PM, she walks down to tell us to be quiet.. pretty hilarious.. I just wished the people in our building were more courteous to others and understand they are in an apartment and they need to stop acting like crazy hillbillies. Isn??™t that why we pay so much to live here is to get away from that rift raft..

Chesapeake Ridge is more like a vacation resort. Simply beautiful inside and out! The landscaping is well kept. The entire staff here at Chesapeake are amazing. Anytime you have an issue the problem is resolved in a timely manner

Walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors. If you have someone above you, you can hear them walking. Besides that, everything else is fine. A bit to pricy for what ut includes. Maybe they could include water in the rent instead of only trash removal. Most importantly, the apartments are located in a safe area!

All staff are nice and maintenance is great. The pool was fantastic for my granddaughter she meet so many friends. At the pool parents brought food and the children all shared with everyone all staff are very friendly and helpful

Property is well taken care of, we like the system to get rid of the trash, the fact that it has amenities such as the Gym, the Club House, etc. Only real disappointment is that the club house closes when there are no staff in the office. We were told differently when we rented initially.

My husband and I have lived at Chesapeake Ridge for 5 years and renewed to stay another. This complex is clean, well-maintained, the staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and efficient. The amenities are great. We've looked at other complexes in the area and still chose Chesapeake Ridge as our favorite.

Upon the walk-through at Chesapeake Ridge, my boyfriend and I were more than pleased with the look of the apartment and the general appearance of the complex. For a first-time renter, the process was very simple and easy with the help of the office staff. Since move-in, we have had very few problems(typical) that have been resolved quickly. The apartments are generously sized, clean, and great-looking! I highly recommend this property!!
