My experience here at the LPM Community has been nothing short of excellent. I would however like to take the time to ask anybody who currently is or who has worked with Torrian in the past, extend a lending hand and help me make this guy stand out. He really made the TOUR and application process a BREEZE, thanks again Torrian and LPM Staff .

    I've been living at LPM for almost three years. I love the location close to Loring Park, the Chain of Lakes and Downtown. The building has some great amenities, keeping them all functional can be a challenge at some time. What I like is that the management supports building a resident's community by hosting events. Summer afternoons on the outdoor pool deck can be amazing.

      My leasing and move-in experience was top notch. Megan was so kind and nice and helpful. I like to ask questions and she was never bothered. The elevators had a bit of a mishap during move-in, but that can happen and is nobodys fault. Patience is a good thing. :) So far everyone has been very kind and helpful.

          My experience here has been better than i expected! From how the interior looks, the community and staff have been nice. The community outside of LPM cant be changed and must get used to it. Side parking is very difficult and frustrating along with those who walk around the roads around LPM.

            We've been living in LPM for almost 6 year now, and things are getting worse. From security to maintenance. The neighborhood unfortunately is also getting worse, especially after the pandemic. We are thinking there are other options out there, outside of downtown or closer.

              Hello, While the neighborhood conditions are outside of our control, what we can do is do our best to help create a better experience for you, which is what we strive to do daily. Utility service disruptions that have occurred lately are due a slight leak that must be repaired. While temporary water service disruptions are inconvenient, it's the least inconvenient option rather than having to relocate residents who could have water damage in their units. Our maintenance team is now fully staffed with experienced individuals who are here to help you with anything you may need. While security cannot be guaranteed, we do our best to mitigate any potential issues, whether by restricting building access past a certain time, or installing new cameras throughout the property, which we are in the process of doing. Of course, we always encourage residents to contact us with suggestions or concerns they may have, so that we can address them right away. I understand things have not been ideal for you lately. Please contact the leasing office to discuss your concerns in-depth. We want to do everything we can to turn your resident experience around and would love to meet so we can find a solution!               The safety is really poor. I don't feel safe specially on my appointment. Very strange people that doesn't leave in the apartment they get access to get in into a building. The parking is thr big issue as well not safe at all no security at all time. People drive so fast in side the ramp. We need more security or even police in the building.

                Hello, It is entirely unacceptable that you do not feel safe in your apartment and so we'd like to discuss this with you right away! This is your community and your home, and we want to do everything we can to make you feel comfortable. We've implemented several changes to how individuals have access to our building, but no system is 100% fool-proof. We restricted access past a certain time through ButterflyMX, requiring residents to come downstairs and let their guests into the building. While we cannot stop individuals from having guests over, we do encourage residents to call concierge or leasing with any concerns they may have so that we can address it, such as loud noise. As for parking, I will be passing along your concerns to SP+, who manages our parking garage. They would be the best resource for future concerns you may have, but of course you can always give us a call as well and we'll be more than happy to assist. We'd like to discuss your concerns in person and would enjoy meeting with you so that we can find effective solutions within our control. We want nothing more than for residents to have an amazing experience while residing at our building. So let us know if there's anything we can do to assist.                 I am in my first month of living here, I have very few negative comments. So far I am settling in happily and look forward to calling LPM home. If you are looking for extremely dog friendly and hotel-esque design then come check it out! This was exactly what I was looking for.

                  Lived here for 5 years now and the quality of the building has gone down. Pool is consistently down either due to maintenance or glass issues. Communication of leasing or management team is not consistent.

                    Tha apartments are nice and clean but their are several residents who take things for granted. And as a result, either the pool has to be closed, food gets stolen, gym isn't organized, so many people smoke on their balconies etc

                      Frustrating. It seems like every time we get somebody good settled into management or the concierge, they are gone within 6 months. I see people trying to improve things and appreciate the efforts. But I dont feel like this building is the luxury living its billed as (or that Im charged for).

                        The views are tremendous and my apartment layout and setup is great. But I was mislead and not made clear of the air conditioning chillers above my unit when signing my lease. Very loud during the 6 months or so when turned on in building. Heavy crime area surrounding building. Do not feel safe walking outside at night other than to Lakes & Legends Brewery less than 1 block away. The community and people here are the best aspect of living here and the building does not hold enough resident events. So much more opportunity to create a top notch environment but it feels management doesn't want to spend the money.

                          Resident of more than 2 years now- This apartment charges luxury prices and claims luxury amenities but falls short on all accounts. The outdoor amenities are only open for 3-4 months of the year, and the indoor amenities are regularly closed for a host of reasons. Parking in the building is unsafe and expensive, with 2 or more thefts a month despite the $175 charge. Appliances regularly go down and take weeks to repair, and the water pressure varies from "pulsing and inconsistent" to "unusable trickle". I hope that anyone considering LPM will talk to current residents before making their decision.

                            I have had a good experience so far. Staff has been very helpful and polite. Maintenance responded to my request right away. The only issue I had was my neighbors across the hall were screaming at each other at midnight on a weekday, and I don't think anything was done about it.

                              I do love the idea of living here. A pool, a hot tub, a full sized gym, and plenty of other awesome amenities. But there are some elements that are shocking. How could a building built in 2014 have walls so thin that I can hear talking on the other side? Why can I hear everything happening outside? Why does management let the hot tub remain so filthy after a weekend that guests can smell the sweat in it? These are luxury apartments and we pay luxury prices. We shouldnt be able to smell trash in the mail room for days because it hasnt been picked up yet. The elements of greatness are all here, but the edges must be rounded out. Concierge is a surprising highlight. Amazing folks with amazing work ethic. Theyre 10/10. The view is amazing, and all the amenities are amazing when maintained.

                                    Very Frustrating. Necessarily independent. You must rely on yourself, you will not get any help, and nobody cares. It is a money drain with no benefits. The only great thing about it is the view. Did not take covid seriously. Would not recommend.

                                      The building itself is nice and the amenities are useful and well kept. The unit is also nice and is loaded with useful amenities. The communication and problem resolution from management/leasing is poor. Also, security of the parking ramp is very poor. There have been quite a few car break ins and a few stolen vehicles and it costs a lot per month just for a parking pass (note: parking garage managed by outside parking company).

Always helpful when in need. however, also in general also still an apartment building in the city during COVID at the moment. Hopefully we will get more events bac after COVID and the Management acts proactive to general building maintenance. LPM wants to be a upscale living experience which is fine, but I am also having certain expectations to LPM in that case.
