LPM Apartments are stunning! I am absolutely in love. I have heard some not good things about management but I personally havent had any bad experiences. The views are amazing and the amenities are key. Great place to live and a good location.

Great management and staff, some issues may be due to higher ups and the ordering of a window. The construction has been daunting and embarrassing for me when I have guests. I love the maintenance team and most of the LPM staff!

Mostly everything about living at LPM is great! I only have issues with the security of the package locker; one of my packages was lost there, and another of my packages was partially opened. Because of this, I feel that it's not safe to receive packages here. However, the responsiveness and courteousness of maintenance, the concierge, the leasing staff, and everyone else is wonderful. The community is also very polite and friendly.

The views are great. The maintenance and concierge staff are excellent. The building itself is flawed and the management is malicious bordering on criminal. Do not live here. The elevators are frequently broken, sometimes for months at a time. Management tried to force changes to leases to raise fees in the middle of lease terms. They frequently issue incorrect rent bills late and then charge late fees if you ask them to correct the bills before paying. I can't say enough bad things about the management company. I have never seen property management so incredibly incompetent.

Maintenance takes ridiculous amount of time to complete repairs. The leasing office employees arent responsive or courteous. There is no way to escalate concerns and issues. There is no accountability within Lpm apartments

We have had a great experience at LPM. Initially we were hesitant because of prior bad reviews regarding management, poor responsiveness, and problems with maintenance. However we have not found any of this to be an issues this year. We have a new baby and the apartment has been quiet and our neighbors say they have never heard our baby cry. For me, I have really appreciated the gym and swimming pool. The views are amazing. We have been happy here.

This apartment is all about location and the indoor dog playground for me. The dog amenities are the main reason I picked this apartment. But if you don't have a dog, I think you can find a better place for the price . Get ready cause I have a lot to share. There was a flood from a burst pipe in February. Everything is still a mess. I've been told by residents this is the second time it's happened in 3 years. However, there are often major problems. For example 36 floors of residents, many with dogs, and 1 working elevator. This has happened multiple times while I've lived here. They are planning on shutting down the elevators for a week again next Month. 30 minute waits for an elevator when you have a dog or anywhere to be is completely absurd. On top of this when I signed my lease I was told I could reserve the freight elevator to move in. I called reserved it, everyone acted like everything was ok. The freight elevator was down and had been down for 3 months. They will lie and mislead you and not compensate you for the inconvenience. A move in that should've taken 2 hours took over 4 hours because now I had to share elevators with residents using the elevators to get to and from their apartments. Guess who wouldn't cover the extra money it cost me with the movers when it was their fault. They never compensate their residents for inconvenience even when it's their fault. More importantly...They give you a price for rent than charge you more on top of it for items you might not want... you have no choice but you will be paying $80+ a month for direct tv even if you don't want it. The money they charge you on top of your rent will raise your rent at least $100. It has gotten up to about $150 more in the winter. They make it seem like internet and heat and garbage are included..: you are actually paying for those on top of your rent. Then if you want to park and you will want a spot in the garage in Loring Park, you will have to add at least $125 more. So on top of your rent you will pay $225-$250 more than they tell you. They have never answered a single email I have sent through the resident portal, but will spam you with emails daily. The team in the office only seem to care about renting. The maintenance team is nice though and they know my dog by name. Management is unfriendly and will not answer emails. But most importantly, you will spend at least $1500 a month to live here and they can't even manage to hire quality front desk people. They are just security guards. Additionally, most places that cost this much offer more services ... every other apartment at this price range at least has free coffee machines and other nice nonessential perks. If you are going to spend this much money, I suggest you do your research. Just moving in and moving out here is so complicated the majority of residents leave all their furniture behind... because the headache of moving and trying to use the elevators here is just not worth it to them. Only move here if you have a dog otherwise maybe look at some of the other high end apartments in Loring Park. Oh and one less thing... luckily I don't live near the elevators... but if you do you can hear the beeping of the elevators all day and all night. Anything that happens in the hallway can be heard in your apartment loud and clear. Happy apartment hunting.

They gave a great location in downtown and a beautiful building overall. The views are amazing! No location around compares to their views. They were very nice and accommodating with all my question on the move in process.

Love the views but had troubles communicating the mamangent through phone which is NON-existent and the office hours are almost impossible to meet up with someone to talk to if you have any concerns because most people work a 9am-5pm job, in my case I only have one day off a week and work 7am-5pm everyday and when office is closed before I leave and after I return home. The community areas are not very well cleaned despite how much we pay in rent.

I have enjoyed my year and a half at LPM. Though I think the rental prices are a bit high, the amenities, ease of parking and maintenance staff make it easier to justify paying the bill each month. The neighborhood recently had a bunch of its local businesses torn down for newer construction, and that put a damper on the area, but that's out of LPM's control. The apartments are a tad small, and I'm not 100 percent sure we'll renew when our lease expires, but that speaks more to the desire to move away from downtown and less to what this community has to offer.

Front desk staff if knowledgeable and kind. Mangement is rude, unresponsive, and neglectful. Not worth the price, red online reviews. Sink is clogged have not even washed dishes yet. Would not recommend or extend lease.

When I sent 2 separate emails to management to inform them that a perishable package had spoiled because I was informed of it's arrival, no one responded to the email. Also, they are not honoring my lease. My LPM lease guarantees a flat rate of $130 for utilities throughout the term of my lease, 14 months. Despite assurance from LPM Management that my lease would be honored, it has not been honored.

I feel very welcomed here at LPM and I love the surrounding area. The price to live is a little pricey. But, I do love the view. Its not a place I can afford long term. But, for right now Ive enjoy living in the center of the busy city. I also like being so close to Loring Park. It doesnt make you feel so trapped in the city when you need some fresh air.

Parking is a challenge. The hot water goes out far too often. The package receiving is a disaster. Communication from management is delayed at best. Its nothing special, just another average community with a shiny veneer.

We just moved in 4 days ago and everything has been good so far. We love the location and all the amenities on the 6th floor. It is great that the place is pet friendly. We love seeing all of the dogs.

Beautiful views, friendly staff, great maintenance team, easy access to downtown and freeways, heated garage, amazing amenities, friendly neighbors, comfortable and large apartments for the price and location, close access to the skyway, animal friendly, and I mean they LOVE your pets and provide them with their own amenities. I really cant speak highly enough

I love my apartment. LPM could be the best building in Mpls, however, it rates as one of the worst because of years of lack of sufficient attention to the appearance of the community areas,ie the entrance, the 6th floor and the hallways. Carpets are worn/filthy, walls need painting, furniture is worn/dirty, grounds are unkempt.... This is not a reflection of the maintenance crew..they do their best with the facility they are given to maintain. You are letting the most beautiful building in the area fall to ruin and poor reputation. The office staff is apathetic.

Very nice building in a great location. The amenities are wonderful and the building is well-kept. Great staff onsite that are friendly and helpful. Rent prices are very reasonable for the value provided in the building.

Entrance floors look grossly disappointing - embarrassing bringing friends over. Staff have changed several times - new manager is unapproachable. Front desk attendant look like security and are nothing like concierge.

We have been living here since last 3 years and it's been great! But the changing management makes things so hard! Maintenance takes forever to fix something and elevator keeps breaking. There was a long time when only one elevator was working and the apartment kept giving away donuts for some reason! Other than that, it's been great!

This is a beautiful property being slowly and steadily destroyed by an incompetent management company and insufficient vetting of new tenants. Constant issues with the elevators and amenities and musical chairs at the front desk turn what could otherwise be a hallmark property into a glorified student dormitory. Case in point, someone literally defecated in one of the building's stairwells in protest of perpetually inoperable elevators. That does a good job of summarizing the character of certain tenants and the incompetence of Greystar as management company.

Best place i've ever lived. Security, front office, maintenance, and facilities are first-class. When looking for an apartment, I always look to see if Greystar is the management company. I've lived at one other complex before where they were the management company, very consistent experience.

The maintenance LPM maintenance staff is very kind, timely and knowledgeable, but the contractor vendor used for hot water repair and installation needs to seriously be reconsidered. 4 hot water outages within a 2-3 month timeframe is unacceptable. There needs to be a permanent fix in place immediately.
