The building is gorgeous, and community spaces are clean and awesome. The views can't be beaten. Unfortunately, the area does not feel safe anymore, the park has crack heads and homeless, police are around the block all the time at night. The rent is absurdly high considering the building amenities and elevators are shut down half the time due to poor preventive maintenance practices. Most of the property staff are EXTREMELY nice and polite and they are great people, but problems persist all the time here and all we get is "sorry for the inconvenience"

I really like living at LPM. It has been unfortunate that in coincided with COVID-19 and social unrest in the neighborhood so we haven't been able to enjoy the amenities and neighborhood to their full extent, but we love our apartment, the staff, the amenities and living above Eggy's, the brewery and Lotus!

LPM is a great place to live. Easy to find and in a beautiful part of Loring Park. The amenities are phenomenal and each apartment has plenty of space, not to mention the huge windows. A perfect choice for any young professionals.

Easy process with the leasing staff and a very easy process to apply/move in, etc. The location is great with a large park across the way and all the restaurants and bars close by is very convenient! Amenities are nice and the building is kept very clean inside.

When we moved here we loved the amenities and our apartment. Since then we feel there has been a deterioration in both security and general upkeep of the building. Security and maintenance of amenities and elevators should be vastly improved.

LPM is a great community which brings a blend of the diversity of people living in harmony and enjoying the benefits of modern, classy lifestyle in the beautiful Loring Park neighborhood offering the best of the amenities, 24*7 fresh coffee to keep you awake, housing for all who aspire to live a quality life, great leasing & front desk management team, good eating joints in the close proximity, close to public transportation, and a brewery next door. It offers all you can expect from a great community.

LPM is a jewel of the Loring Park and south downtown neighborhood. It is a safe environment that is in proximity to downtown. The amenities are really great and the views from the north side of the building of downtown and the park are perhaps the best in the city. Young professionals looking for an upbeat, high end apartment situation should definitely explore LPM.

Our time at LPM has been good. The amenities are great when theyre open and maintained. The community and surrounding neighborhood has its problems but thats to be expected in Loring Park. The neighborhood is walkable but there isnt much to walk to which is rather limiting.

Its been alright, I had some pretty major issues with my apartment when we first moved in. Still going through this process was made slightly easier with help from the leasing office. Unsure if Im unsatisfied at the moment with how everythings been handled as far as move in and coming home to some maintenance issues that effected my day to day for 5 days now.

I chose to make the LPM my home from the 1st day the building opened and have been here every since! We're currently on our 5th manager and she has been the best one so far! I was treated extremely unfair by the manager before the one now and he put me through HELL! He was a horrible, narcissist. From the time the 1.2 or 1.8 million dollar remodel began (which until the recent

Horrible apartment building. The building is far from luxury. Every amenity has broken multiple times while living here including elevators, gym equipment, coffee machine, sauna, hot tub, steam room , and even the grills and pool table My lease is coming up and they want to go up over $500 dollars on my unit. ($1400 to $1900 and some change) IN A YEAR. Parking has already gone up 25 dollars since moving in. On top of all that the halls have stained carpets, trash from the trash rooms in each floor often spills into the halls and smells horrendous. The fix RECOMMENDED by management?! Taking my trash down 8 floors through the lobby or back y'all into the parking garage to the dumpster- leaving threatening messages on the trash room doors saying if our trash is left anywhere outside the trash shoot or super tiny recycling bin we will BE FINED 25 dollars. Which is beyond ridiculous seeing as the trash shoot itself has been clogged close to once a month since I moved in. My BIGGEST ISSUE IS THAT THEY TURN OFF THE AC FOR TWO THIRDS OF THE YEAR. hot night? They tell you to open a window. Try being on the 8th floor above a liquor store and trash gas station and have your windows open at 11pm. You can't. The screaming people, cars, etc make it impossible. Or be on an upper floor where winds are beyond acceptable for open windows. All your plants will die from the range in temperatures from having the windows open and you'll either be freezing or hot Two out of three elevators don't actually lead to floors within apartment building. The one that does is always reserved for moving or maintenance. This backs up the other two elevators which will leave you with up to a ten minute wait. Also there's always some sort of animal bodily fluid or spill in the elevators. Management pretends to care but don't be fooled. The staff is switched out monthly it seems. Not a single person from when I moved in still works here. There's surely a reason why. I'll let you guess. I contacted management/concierge tons about these issues - work orders for spills in halls, Letting concierge know about urine in elevators, emailing management about trash issues etc. it's a lost cause Pros? The apartments are an okay size and the maintenance people are attentive. The concierge service was switched and it really made an amazing difference.

Its been a good experience- when the building was first built the feel was better with how management maintained the property. I feel every since the first management shift - the quality has gone down. Rent is also increasing more steeply and I dont find it too reasonable. Parking garage is very unsafe and pricey too. I had some vandalism too. Anyone can get into the building from the garage easily too. Otherwise I enjoy my stay esp due to the building style , the gym!, and the windows! Im likely one of the oldest residents here in terms of how long Ive been here :) Its been a home to me for the most part :)

Pretty nice place. Elevators are clunky and slow. Love the view and aesthetics of everything. Amenities are great except for the $2000 coffee machines that are always out of order or needing a grounds removal. Internet speeds are so good! 450/300Mbps d/u

Well stuff does get stolen around the grounds but it seems like management is starting to get that under control. The block can feel kind of unsafe, but staff seems to keep the lobby feeling safe and clean. Always see the cleaning staff keeping it clean and doing a great job.

Fine. There are always events around. Noise level varies accordingly. Loring park is otherwise a relatively diverse neighborhood. LPM community itself is largely tied to the individual. Management periodically hosts parties/events and the degree to which one chooses to participate is completely up to them.

Overall I have had a great experience both with management and the community. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly throughout the leasing process and move-in. Location is superb, being close to major highways and having several great restaurants close by, plus a brewery right next door! Only downside is parking for visitors - there is a ramp but street parking is quite limited. I absolutely love the view from my apartment!

The management of this building is in complete disarray every single day of the week. Those in charge have no intention of staffing the building properly, and the management/customer service element is absolutely abysmal. Don't take my word for it, tour the building and ask for yourself -- Do I even SEE another employee besides the one trying to get my money?? They put money into making the building appear upscale and desirable, yet the relatively higher cost of proper staffing is something they avoid like the plague. Their entire focus is on finding new unsuspecting prospects to replace the parade of disappointed residents that leave the moment they can get out of this nightmare. The entire staff has turned over entirely in less than one year. There is no longer a Property Manager onsite. Every single effort from corporate management is designed to create an illusion -- Phony gimmicks to illicit good reviews, and tiny give-backs to keep those in the know from squawking too loudly. Talking directly to regional management is like talking to a robot. They are all brain-dead corporate drones. Don't be fooled by the appearance of this building, the moment you sign a lease you will become the last priority on their list.

In the past I have been disappointed with staff and maintenance requests for the community however I'm seeing a bid shift in a positive direction so I am leaving a rating blank for now as I'm unsure. I love all the improvements and I hope it continues!

View from apartment is really beautiful. I feel that parking is expensive when compared to other apartments.Leasing agents were not responsive earlier but I see new faces in leasing office now and hoping they would be more responsive in future. Enjoying my stay so far.

The views are great! The loud parties, pot smoke, cigarettes smoke and rude management are not great. Due to the huge population in the building there is often debris in the hallways and dog waste throughout. I wish things were different with management because I will miss the sunny views. But bottom line for me is to be treated fairly and with respect, especially in your home environment.

Well maintained building and everyone is friendly. Takes a long time to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office for questions or issues. Package delivery system and dropoff is great. Need an after-hours call line or call forwarding if security steps away from the desk. Also need better solutions to get to and from storage and parking. It costs a lot of money and isnt the most convenient. Theres a great park nearby but not a lot of restaurants or shops in the area. You have to walk downtown or drive to get to any of those things, but the neighborhood has potential!

The amenities will get me through any polar vortex and every Minneapolis winter. The views are stunning and the short walk to Loring Park is perfect for any dog owner. The neighborhood is lush and the landscape is well kept.

Well it has been very disappointing actually. I love my apartment when I am in it and I love my view. the location is perfect. But the management of the building and the 6 months of construction has been abysmal. I will start with the curb appeal. My view every time I come home or leave. The first the my guest see. 3 big mounds of mulch with dead plants and canine excrement. unbelievable.
